BFF is incredible; I can't say enough good things about them. Extremely easy and convenient drop off and pick up. Flexible hours and 24/7 overnight option with staff always present in the building. They send video and picture updates throughout the day and post on social media. All of the dogs seem to love it there and our dog is no exception, he is so excited to go every day he can't wait to get out of the car! The staff is kind and thoughtful and you can tell that this is the place you would trust to take care of your dog with the utmost love and care.

There is truly not enough I can say about this wonderful facility. I have a 1 year old Golden retriever who weighs in over 100 lbs at a healthy weight. He is full of puppy energy. I have struggled to find a daycare that I believe he truly is happy at. Well, after trying 3 other daycare facilities over the year, I have finally found his happy place here at MyBff resort! Sam and her staff go above and beyond to ensure the facility is kept clean, remains safe, and fosters a healthy playful environment. Sam sends lovely updates and videos of your pup throughout the day which provides comfort seeing how happy my boy is. From the moment we pull up tucker can’t wait to get out and play with his friends and the staff at the resort. He never comes home smelly or stinky despite his long, thick coat of fur. He takes the biggest nap after his time playing with all of his friends. They are adaptive and so kind to the pups that come in. They bring their own pups to the daycare which speaks volumes. Every staff member is caring and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Their instagram page is filled with tons of updates for each pup which is so fun to follow. I really could write a novel explaining how happy I am with their care for tucker I feel at ease during my long work shifts finally knowing my pup is happy and well attended to.

This place doesn’t let dogs play with their toys. Also rude. On a Main Street also. Multiple kennel cough outbreaks when I used to bring my dog here.

Our dog loved coming here for daycare. We recently moved and miss the folks at my BFF very much. The staff is professional, detail oriented, and make drop off and pick up incredibly easy for both dogs and humans! The facility is very clean. We received a video update every time our dog was there, which is so reassuring. The grooming services they offer for regular clients is great as well. Thanks to everyone at my BFF for giving Rigby a great daycare experience!

Loved this facility up until we moved!! Best daycare for my pup ever, super attentive staff, updates throughout the day and super flexible drop off and pick up. My dog would start barking and getting excited just pulling up to the building!!! Wish we were closer or would still bring her here!!!

The best Doggie Day Care around! Locally owned, they are seriously amazing. My dog absolutely loves it and the staff is knowledgeable, patient and treats the dogs like their own. They even send you a personal video every day of your dog and let you know how he/she is doing! AMAZING. 10/10 Recommend!

I take my Golden Retriever there. Amazing staff, they did an hour long orientation for us on the first day. Screening process is very strict, which is great. They keep you updated via texts through out the day and send videos of my puppy so I know he is having a great time. They even come to the car to pick up and drop off my pup so I don’t even have to get down.I highly recommend My BFF Resort to anyone.

My BFF is a definitely a Resort for your furry babies. I was honored to be able to see this amazing resort. Very clean facility they even had outdoor play and cool AC for inside. I was amazed how much love goes into all the doggies. The staff are fun and always present to meet the needs of their furry guest. I was well impressed of the extra mile the staff goes through keeping doggies safe, happy and clean. No doubt the best doggie daycare/boarding I've ever seen. You can feel the hard work and pure love that goes into this place.

Took my little guy to My bff resort when we adopted him from a local rescue. He loves going there, and has lots of friends he enjoys playing with. The staff is extremely friendly and kind to the dogs, and we never worry about leaving him there. The space is very open and allows plenty of room for running off all that puppy energy. It's always super clean, unlike other day cares we visited.The cost is affordable and allows us to send our pup three days a week. We love taking him there !!!

This is the only daycare I would ever bring my dog to. 100% trust them with my fur baby. Even the boarding is great, all the dogs sleep on a mattress together with a staff member. My dog always has fun here and sometimes never wants to leave. They are very compassionate towards animals and are the best around for what they do. People please choose wisely! We toured 3 other facilities in RI and they are basically comparable to a prison compared to this establishment. Thank you my bff for all that you do!

My BFF resort blew me away with their customer service and the care they provided for my fur baby! Before I even dropped my dog off I felt at ease, I knew Lucy would be well looked after and loved. When I picked her up at the end of the day I was not disappointed. I got a summary of her day and I could tell she had a blast. She felt comfortable around the staff and had a fun day with all the other fur babies. Lucy and I are both excited to return to this great company for our doggie daycare needs. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Words don’t do this place justice! I completely trust them with my puppy, Biggie, and know that he is loved. He always looks happy after a nice stay with the staff and all of his furry friends. The staff is also amazing, they are great about following his meal schedule and are very good about communicating with you. Their price is also really good. They are hands down the best!

The best daycare in RI! The staff is very compassionate and loves what they do. My dog is always so excited to go to daycare! When we pick him up sometimes he doesn’t even want to leave his friends because he is having so much fun. The facilty is very clean. Everyday the staff updates us with videos on how our dog is doing. If I could leave more stars I would. Thank you my bff!!

This is, without question, the most incredible daycare and overnight boarding location for your dog. There are no cement runs and kennels here. The dogs do everything as a pack. They are monitored and supervised by the most incredible staff I've ever met. Overnight guests sleep WITH THE STAFF! On top of that, it's the cleanest, most spa-like place for a dog you will ever find. I cannot say enough about my BFF. My Foster dog LOVES going to 'school' and it has done the most amazing things for his socialization and training. We love this place!!!

We have used My BFF numerous times for both doggy day care and for Boarding. I love the fact that they don't use kennels for the overnight stays but instead a staff member sleeps with them. When you have to board, they take a video of your pup every day and sends it to you so you can be assured that your baby is healthy and happy playing with the other dogs. Hands down best place to board if you have to leave town.

We LOVE BFF resort. Our dogs LOVES BFF resort. Our dogs loves getting ready in the AM with so much excitement to see all their friends both humans and dogs. The staff at BBF are so warm and welcoming to us and the dogs. Three of my wife's family members has BFF watching our furry friends when we are away or in need of everyday care. Such a great place for us to know that the dogs are cared for at all times.

These guys will love and care for your puppies like nobody else. Attentive staff 24 hours a day, overnight boarding, immaculately clean. They will be in the best of hands! Also, their dog CPR class is well worth signing up for. You never know when something scary can happen. The class will leave you well prepared in the case of an emergency. Can't say enough good things about My Bff Resort.

I've been taking my dog here for a few months. I can't say enough good it hints about my Bff resort. The facility is very clean, and whenever I pick my dog up, they're always cleaning!! Drop off and pick up is easy and quick - a staff member is waiting for me at the door or already at the car waiting for me to open my door. I like that there no set schedule or advance notice needed once we bought a multi day package, which was WELL worth the price. This means I can drop my dog off whenever I need to without having to schedule in advance.Picking my dog up at the end of the day, even if I've had a bad day, it cheers me up to see all the pups at the window looking out. In addition, I get a video every day showing me how much fun my pup is having playing with his friends. It's true what they say that a tired dog is a happy owner. Just love it there!!

Awesome place for my pup to burn off energy. He comes home ready to cuddle and sleep. I know he loves it at My BFF Resort because he never wants to leave. Sam is great with the dogs and very knowledgeable about the pups and their behaviors. I'm thankful for this place because I know my pup won't spend the day in a cage.

I moved and tried to find other places but BFF is the best by far! Even though there are other options, I will add 20 minutes to my commute to bring her to BFF.1- the staff are attentive to the animals and will send video feedback through the day2- the dogs get ample play time through the day to which my pup is always exhausted when she comes home3- their available time is WAY better than competitors which allows customer flexibility4- price is in line with competitors; however, considering the level of care and time availability, you cannot find a better value

Best dog daycare and boarding!! This facility is beautiful and clean!! Lots of space to have your dog run around. I love the natural light and all the windows that dogs can look out. The staff really love caring for the dogs and I know my dog is well taken care of. I love this place!

Literally the most loving environment ever!! The love and dedication that goes into each and every single one of these amazing pups is truly unmatched. Highly recommend! THE ABSOLUTE BEST - After going to multiple doggy day care centers in Rhode Island, My BFF Resort is the only place I feel comfortable leaving Finnegan overnight. There is always someone there with the dogs 24/7 and the staff stay in the same room with them when they sleep. During the day at daycare, I receive updates with pictures or videos of my dog playing. When we pull up in the morning, Finnegan gets so excited and his tail starts wagging nonstop. I appreciate all the extra time and efforts that the staff takes to make sure both Finn and I feel comfortable. Thank you if you are reading this!!!

Friendly staff and low prices. Conveniently located and opened 24/7/365; even on holidays!! My pup is so tired when I pick him up he doesn't even want to go on walks. My son and his wife decided to send their dog Clovis to BFF. I am the grandmother, so I was a bit hesitant!My daughter- in -law always sends me a video of Clovis everyday! Which eases my worry!! Clovis is enjoying himself and making friends.It warms my heart to see how the staff supports and encourages Clovis to play.Now, only in a short time, he is getting exercise and playing. I no longer worry anymore!!I could watch the dogs play all day!! The supervision of Clovis and his friends are closely monitored which is so important. A wonderful place!!

I have been to other dog daycares and none even comes close to BFF. To start, I was given a tour through the entire facility. Not just a room or two or three but the ENTIRE facility. Second, they are by far the cleanest and most beautiful. I absolutely love the decor. Love the big windows throughout. Love the tile floors. Love all of the plants and orchids. Love the floor to ceiling curtains....etc...etc...etc. I can not say enough. Last but not least, love the staff!!! I can tell that he loves this place just as much. I know this because he never wants to leave every time I go to pick him up. Thank you BFF. Thank you for setting the bar for others to emulate.

I bring my pup Koda 2-3x per week and he has a blast everyday he is there. Staff and service is top notch. Drop off and pick up is super simple they come right to the car for you. Everyday I drop Koda off I get an update via txt with a short video of him playing with all his pup friends! They have much more lenient time for drop offs and pick ups then most places and longer day care hours. I recommend BFF Resort to anyone looking to put their pup into doggie daycare.

The owner and employees have a true love for the dogs in their care. The facility is super clean and deceptively larger than it appears to be from the outside. You can see how happy your furbaby is when they go to and come home from daycare or boarding.
