I’m not kidding when i say the cleanliness of this shop was horrible. Dirty tanks stacked on top of each other and everything.Almost all of the animals were sickly and skin and bones with no food, water, or base settings for any of them. Tanks were dirty and too small for most of the reptiles.Me and my friends went there together out of curiosity and were in horror. I own a corn snake and the state of most of those snakes in there made me feel sick.There was also a random guinea pig in a glass tank with maybe 2 specs of bedding, no hide, no food, no water, and she was dehydrated , hungry and very skinny. Her nails were so overgrown that they were curled and clearly hurting her. She was not being cared for and obviously needed affection. the top of the tank was left open and no price.The person at the register only barely remembered to ask if you knew how to take care of an animal, and was clearly there for the paycheck. Excited about animals but hadnt seen how unwell they were.There was also a fully grown iguana in a tank that could barely fit its body in. Genuinely awful.The animals were unkempt and i feel so bad for them. They have a great selection of reptiles, but their state they were in was depressing. I wish I could have rescued them, but they would just get more and treat them just as bad.0/10 would not recommend. Most of these 5 star reviews are clearly fake, multiple photos clearly show this. This store must have just dwindled in quality.

My friendly neighborhood reptile supply store; feeders for my snakes are fairly priced, the staff is knowledgeable and kind, and I always enjoy my stops into the store!

Great little store. All the reptiles we saw were very well cared for. Staff loves to impart knowledge about proper care and feeding, just ask. Just picked up a Florida king snake for my eldest.

Got our bearded dragon here. He was so docile n healthy. Quickly has become one of our favorite pets. This shop has provided us with so much useful helpful information on his care, has willing checked him over to calm our worries if one has raised and always has abundance of proper food with employees that have great knowledge on care. We have even thrown a birthday party and the shop has helped link us with someone to come out with 8 reptiles to show and teach the crowd at a great price. If it's not family owned I'm surprised because you get that community feeling there not just from the employees but they quickly welcome and treat customers like family too. 😊

This place is great. The people in there are very friendly. My snake was having trouble eating and I brought him in. They got my snake to eat within 10 minutes of being there. They are the best go to them ASAP for reptiles!

The owner was quite knowledgeable. Very helpful with our questions and made great recommendations. The story behind the store is sweet and family based. It's a smaller space and kept warm for the animals.

this place was super dirty. they sold me a snake that had mites and did not tell me. Within 1 week he died. Considering going to another reptile store because this place was not worth your time. Would not let me handle any of the snakes I was interested in buying either. Also I was going to buy isopods and they guy there said he had them but when it came down to me purchasing them he said that they were not available in store. Do not recommend.

We bought Yoshi, a 6 month old male pastel ball python, back in March of this year and have loved having him as part of our family! We have had no issues with feedings, he has a great temperament and has always been a confident and friendly snake since we first handled him at the shop. The staff at Sabrina's are very friendly with no hesitation let us (including a 7 year old) hold a few different snakes before we decided to take Yoshi home. We had a great positive experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a pet snake.

Derrick and Shelley are amazing, friendly souls that run Sabrina’s. Any time I have an issue or concern with one of my reptiles he’s the first person I go to. With his knowledge and experience over the years I trust his word and method. With his aid he’s helped me save and keep my animals healthy and happy.They’re dedicate to any animal that enters and exits that building. They helped me and several others when our reptiles were sick. Derrick gave the best care, and guide lines to assist in their recovery. They take in rescues and surrenders and placed them in new homes. They are eager and willing to go through the husbandry of each and every animal that they have to make sure they have the best chance at their new home.

This is to cancel out any one star reviews. I have never been to a reptile shop with so much selection and so healthy of reptiles. About 8 years ago I rescued a bearded dragon on the older side that had clearly not been taken care of in previous years with his previous owners. He just died recently and because of Sabrina’s I was able to give him a much better chance at life. I know have a pastel ball python and go in every few weeks for feeders. Derrick always has plenty of options and is very helpful and explains very well which sizes do best and how the feeding schedule works. His girlfriend is also very sweet and very willing to help. If I could give Sabrina’s more than a 5 star rating I would. I highly recommended them and don’t be afraid to ask questions. They know everything about all different kinds of species!

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff here all work really well together, and are extremely knowledgeable about any little critter you may have questions about..(and if you, like me, happen to come at them with a question they never heard, they will actually help you find the right answer,not just give you false information)Prices are beyond reasonable, and its always a good laugh stopping in and seeing people who love what they do. Keep up good work guys,we love what you do!

Small home-like store very nice owner and amazing reptiles and other amazing species! Cool morphs are decent prices . They take cash and cards which is super helpful and sell reptile supplies as well food for many different animals and accessories for your tanks! 10/10 will be returning and I picked up a big cork bark for my boa!

I got a ivory ball python yesterday, and my cousin did to. Well she got hers a year ago and the snake didn't die, she had 2 other snakes that she got at petco and they pasted a month when she first got it. Sabrina's reptile kingdom is a great place to get a snake, gecko, or a turtle! There's an alligator there to, he's chill and awsome to stair at. I think my little snake will have a great life a head of him. The workers and great with kids and if you are wanting to get an exotic pet you should support this small business.

We got our first red tail boa from Sabrina's after 10 years of not having a snake. So happy with our new baby! She is super mellow and adjusted to her new home so fast! Great eater. You can tell she was well taken care of while they had her. Definitely recommend visiting Sabrina's reptile kingdom!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

So where do I even start? I've been a regular customer for well over a decade and I have NEVER been disappointed. From the selection of animals to a variety of feeders, SRK has it all and more! EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in, I'm greeted with a friendly, "Hiii how are you today?" accompanied by a warm smile that makes you feel like you're right at home. Which is honestly how this place makes me feel. Let's start with the facts, SRK is a family-owned business, opened in the memory of the family's fallen member, Sabrina. EVERY employee dedicates their time, energy, and passion to helping every single person who walks through that door. The second you walk through the purple door into the building and walk into the big room, you're overwhelmed with the number of animals that you see. There's a HUGE Water Monitor enclosure that was built INTO the building! There's the largest variety of different snakes in the whole area, I had to ask "just how many snakes are there in the building?" one night and I still don't remember the number ahaha. I've seen just about everything over the decade in there; crested geckos, bearded dragons, tegu's, blue tongue skinks, iguanas, corn snakes, ball pythons, Burmese pythons, pacman frogs, scorpions, tarantulas, tortoises. My favorite thing about shopping here is that no matter how busy the place gets, you're always paid attention to, I can't even count how many times I've been told "I'm so sorry for the wait, is there anything else at all I can do for you?" I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for anything reptile related. I've obtained several different animals from SRK and I've never had a bad experience in all the years I've been coming here, and I'm always quick to send all my friends and family there.

I had been having trouble feeding my snake lately... It just didn't want to eat. The guy that helped me with my purchase, on the phone and in the store, was not only extremely nice and professional, but also INCREDIBLY helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be returning for future purchases!

After my crested gecko escaped, I had no idea what to do. I was in a complete panic as he scurried around the room, crawling into nooks and crannies I couldn’t reach. I randomly called this place and they walked me through how to coax him out and get him back in his cage. With the help of the kind soul on the other end of the phone, I was able to safely get him back in his habitat. The whole time I was on the phone they were super kind and patient with me, as I was in a complete and total panic. The people that work here are angels. ❤️

I have continued to return to Sabrina's Reptile Kingdom for business due to their excellent care of their critters, their excellent customer service, and how friendly and pleasant everyone here is even when I have a whole list of questions. I spoke to Chris, the owner, and he was able to guide me in the right direction and help me understand all my options for feeder insects for my rescued mantises. Norm was very pleasant to talk to in the shop and also very informative too. I have over 45 exotics, and I would say over 30 are from this shop, all healthy and with great personalities.
