Good place for animal food but that's about it. The fish/reptile section is just an endcap while the wild bird section covers two shelving units. Not much in the way of dog and cat toys but the collar and lead section is larger than the wild bird and fish/reptile sections put together. The really cool thing about this place is you can bathe your own dog for $10. They don't sell dogs or cats which is nice to see but they do sell bettas in the small containers and have some "bowl" options that shouldn't even be used.

Very impressed with a store. The staff was awesome! The dog wash is that stand up level so you don't hurt your back or Knees bending over. Again the staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. I plan on bringing my dog here every time now!!... I don't think she'll have a problem coming she was spoiled with treats. :)

We enjoy this location for a few reasons. Prices are fair, staff is exceptional and the store is always clean. The staff creates a warm and inviting experience each time we visit. We can wash the dogs in their dog wash area and get the supplies we need while there. Great job everyone!

I love this store. The staff is courteous, friendly and informed. I brought my dog here on his “Gotcha” from the pound day, he was overdue for a bath. Staff helped set me up to give him a bath, provided the Oatmeal shampoo for $10! I was happy that this was our 1st stop, we needed dog food, treats, bowls etc. Our pup is happy to join us when we go to Pet Valu, he knows he’ll meet warm friendly staff and will get some treats. We always prefer to support local business. This is conveniently located a has wonderful customer service. The height of the the bath is much easier than bathing him @ home. Keep it local.

Fox is the person I have dealt with both times going. They are very knowledgeable and always know the right items to recommend when I'm feeling unsure. Friendly friendly friendly!! I even brought my dog inside with me and they were just super awesome with greeting him and giving him so much attention. I highly doubt I'll be going to any other pet store than this one!!

I went for an for an adoption event for rescue dogs! The store had a neat selection of toys and treats. They had whimzee veggie ears which we have been unable to find in any other store (we've kept our eyes out for them for almost a year).The staff were so friendly and accommodating and they all seemed so thrilled to have a bunch of adoptable dogs hanging around all morning.

Check out their grooming department! Groomer is very experienced and does an amazing job. She doesn't push them thru like you often find in a chain place. Shows a genuine love of dogs and takes time to find out about them and what you want specifically.

A Canadian company trying out a satelite store here in Cumberland RI. Many choices of high quality pet foods as well as toys and supplies for dogs and cats. Also discounts for seniors and vets. Only $10 to wash any size dog from start to finish including shampoos / conditioners etc. Roland and Leanne are very helpful with any ?'s and products. Same plaza near Ace hardware Mendon Rd. Great experience !

Moved from Scituate RI, use to go to the East Greenwich store, they was great to deal with. Now I have been going to this store since moving to area , well They can’t compare to EG store , first bad experience was they wouldn’t price match a flea collar from pet co , mind you I bought one from them 2 weeks prior , and needed another because my dog lost , 2nd is night before thanksgiving I go in to get some stuff and see advertising for 50% off and was told not till Friday and cashier says maybe let me ask , well the man she asked says no, bad customer service skills , for $ 12.50 you lost a customer who spends at least 300 a month at this small store, because I believed in supporting them , but I guess I’ll save money and go to the big guys. Sorry that’s just bad customer service

Nice store with friendly and helpful staff. The Aquarium department isn't large, but it had what I needed. Betta fish are in a filtered system so they're not half-dead from ammonia poisoning when you buy them. Easy to reach from a RIPTA stop on route 75. No bike rack, but I believe there are poles on which one could lock a bike.

I bathed my Siberian Husky at the store. He loved the experience with the water, shampoo, and rinse. The blow dryer sounded like a vacuum cleaner sound which freaked him out. He bolted and broke the tether latch off. I then dried him with towels. It was definitely time for us to go. But I would use this bath facility again for my convenience and time efficiency.

Awesome selection but some stuff on sale great some things pet supplies near me has way better prices. But everything in this store is good and not fake pet food and cheap overpriced stuff. Just alot of good stuff at reg prices unless on sale

I feel like Barrington and East Providence locations have a little more knowledge on foods than this location. Also, it was quite dusty and dog smelly in the store as well.

I like to see the cats, when you first walk in. They also have great sales. Over all the prices are kind of high. Depends on what you want to get. I go for specific items.
