We recently moved into the area, and we were looking for a top notch groomer for our Aussie. I can't tell you how grateful I am that friends recommended Dtails. Everything about the experience made us feel like they truly cared about our dog. Our groomer, Ashley went above and beyond to make our elderly, and sometimes nervous Bella feel comfortable. Ashley at Dtails is wonderful! I have a very hyper and nervous Boxer and Ashley took great care of him. He has not been this soft in a long time. She is one of the only groomers we have ever used who has been able to clip his nails short without causing injury. Thank you Ashley and Dtails for being so wonderful and patient with my very excitable dog!

The girls are great! Sam and Nicole groomed both of my babies today for the first time. Angelina is great and gave me updates all along! They both look SO CUTE! Thank you so much! Just swapped groomers and started going back to Dtails. They always do a great job and I love the items they have for sale. They are a little on the pricier side and the locations aren’t convenient for me which is why I stopped using them before but it’s worth the drive/price. Very trustworthy company!

Dtails is a great place! All of the girls are so friendly. Our pup is not easy to groom, and no matter who we have, they all have patience and get the job done. And she always looks great! Highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and service here! The process from beginning to end is smooth and professional and the staff is outstanding! My baby is catered to as she's a bit timid and I feel totally confident bringing her in knowing they really do care. Highly recommend and tell everyone! A+++++

They did an amazing job with our Husky Luna and if you have an husky…. you know what their fur is like. and they even pinked her paws and tail out for Gloria Gemma breast cancer 5k like we asked. so happy. we will def be back regularly.

Although a grooming appointment can be traumatic for a cat, Dtails did a very good job of allowing ours to be calm. Karissa was very friendly and helpful. We will be bringing Selkie back in the future.

We always appreciate the feedback and support we receive from all of the team members at Dtails Cumberland location. We have been consistently bringing our German Shepherd for nail trims and bathing and they have been working to help our dog be comfortable in a grooming setting with noises, distractions, and of course being away from her pack. Not only does our girl look great after her grooming session we also know they offer her a caring experience. They truly love what they do and it shows. We can’t recommend them enough!

Highly recommend! They were able to accommodate Asher for an appointment the day of, and he’s now fresh and clean! The staff is extremely nice, professional, and text you about 20 mins before it’s time for pickup. Asher will be back!

“It’s just hair it will grow back” is what the groomer told me after I complained. Reference photo vs. Actual haircut . My 5 month old bernedoodles FIRST haircut. So so disappointed . Don’t recommend will not be back.

Angelina and Ashley were absolutely wonderful! I brought my cat Ziggy in for a nail trim and they were so loving and gentle with him. Their fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend Dtails in Cumberland!

I got my dog from down south where I think he had been abuse so he has never been able to get groomed and six years I tried bringing him to somebody else a few years back and they were only able to finish half of him. Today,. I went to details and she was amazing with my dog. She completely finished him. She was also super cute commutative and they correspond via text which is very helpful and they take debit cards which is very helpful but mostly my dog looks beautiful and he does not look traumatized. I will be coming here all the time and I hope someone who has a dog like mine read this and can find a home for his grooming needs just like mine.
