I love this store. It is one of the few stores where shopping in person is needed because they have so many options and items that are helpful but I didn’t know were available. Friendly staff too.

Nice things, ridiculous prices. I have found a lot of their items at Target, Walmart, and even the Dollar Tree, for A LOT less!!!!! I'll only go there if I'm desperate.

Would’ve had a decent experience had the employees not kept hounding me and asking if I was “finding everything okay”. Like maybe I would enjoy shopping and actually want to purchase something if I wasn’t bothered every five minutes by multiple employees. If I needed assistance I would’ve asked. Over kill on “trying to help”. Not every customer wants to be hounded while they shop. Makes it less “friendly” to want to be in there especially if they look like they know what they’re going in there to purchase.

I just started going into the Container Store. I knew it existed but never went in. I often walk my dogs at Garden City and while I was there I called the store to see if dogs were allowed and was told they were. That alone is a plus for me. The staff was very friendly and took the time to say a little hello to my dogs. That day I just bought some hangers but I'll definitely be back.

my husband and I worked with Dawn at the store in Garden CityCranston. Dawn was very patient and created great spaces for our four closets. Matt was our installer and completed the job quickly.every associate we interacted with was polite and very helpful.overall great team work and we will be shopping again soon.

One of my favorite stores, I could spend an entire day here. The variety of items is large and the quality is so good. The customer service is quick and the staff was friendly. I will be coming back here for more home items.

Honestly, I was in the store about a half hour, was never greeted or asked if I needed help, was looking for a closet dresser, they had a couple I was interested in, I probably walked past 6 or 7 employees while I was there, they weren't very hospitable. I definitely didn't feel welcome.I'm a pretty laid back and patient person, so this isn't being exaggerated because of any other reason.

Great selection. I found products to meet my need. A little concerned about the quality, though time will tell. A tad bit pricier than expected but if the bins hold up, I would consider it worth the price considering I had no other options that fit as well as these.

The negative ratings really should be disregarded, this is an amazing store and the prices are so amazing. I was surprised how affordable everything is and they literally have containers you wouldn't even think you need until you come here. I got my first apartment last year and I find myself here constantly for more things. I love it!

Emily took the time to Evaluate our needs. We live in a very unique home without a lot of storage , she helped us maximize the space we have to make everything we wanted. We also needed to incorporate a piece of furniture into our Design, she made it all work! Emilie was always smiling , patient and answered all her questions.

Shopped today and found everything I needed for my next project.Did ask for some help and discovered the items I was looking for were in 3 different places. Glad I asked for assistance.Lanes are marked for 1 way but make total sense for moving throughout the store.The place was clean and bathroom doors were propped open to reduce hands on the doors.Employees & customers all wore protective masks.

Very helpful (but not pushy) staff and great selection of items. The store is always clean and nicely laid out. I wish they did more deals/discounts throughout the year because things can be a bit pricey.

Our closer designer, Ashley was so helpful. Our closet installation came out wonderfully. Our installer was on time, professional and our closet looks and works beautifully.

We had an interior designer help us redesign our closets with the elfa systems from the Container store. We had a person from the Container store come install our clothing closets and our matience closet. Everything was installed within a day and it us everything we ever wanted or needed. Absolutely love the elfa products. Great service. Love its customizable and since its a wall hanging system we can change it if in the future our needs change.

They have very good selections but the registers are not trained very well. I purchased 5 containers but she charged for 7. Moreover, she charged twice for almost $100. I had to back to the store to complain about it.

Drove 45 minutes to The Container Store from CT. We don't have any, that we know of in CT. Like there storage containers of all varieties. Lots of organizers for multiple needs. Well stocked. Helpful staff. Worth our trip!

Me and my friends went to use the public bathrooms in the store. We apparently were taking a long time and another customer had just walked in. There was three stalls and one was free. The lady saw there was toliet paper in the last free stall so she decided to wait for another one. She waited about 2-4 min and asked me and my friend to hurry and leave the stalls so she could use them for herself. She then later got the manager and the manager came into the bathroom and told me and my friends rudely to get out of the stalls and leave, mind that we were not done. We were accused of something were weren't doing and were asked to leave the store. The manager was very rude and wanted to only believe the lady who complained.

Was harassed by an employee for allegedly not wearing my mask correctly. My wife and I immediately left and will not return. Amazon has cheaper items anyways so don't waste your time here.

Good product options but terrible customer service. None of the employees ever said hi or smile. Not sure if HR and DM could hire the right people to work there. Please improve on customer service and HR processes!
