I highly recommend coming here. I didn't wait to long for a appointment to get him in. The owner was really nice. They did a great job on my husky especially with all his hair/shedding. The price was great as well. I feel alot of groomers overcharged and that's not the case here. I needed a good place to stick with and I truly believe I found it. I'm happy and so is Rocky. Thank You

I was late for my appointment and she was very nice and understanding about it and was still able to groom my dog. The price was very reasonable especially considering my dog is a Siberian husky and has lots of hair and doesn't like to be groomed. She did an excellent job, he looks silky and smooth and smells very clean. Also had him done in less than two hours. Definitely will be coming back!

I took our cat pepper to get his nails cut this weekend and was very pleased with the service. I called to make a last-minute appointment and they were very accommodating, even waiting for me when they were getting ready to close. The woman who cut my cats nails was very quick and efficient. I was really impressed that she was even able to cut his nails because I have tried at home and never succeeded. We will definitely be back 😊

The only place i know of that takes “large” dogs like my chow chows for example. Everywhere i go they turn me down or are unable to groom or clip my dogs nails. But this lady and her husband i believe are the best! I dont know how they do it because sometimes i can’t stand my dogs but she does amazing work and the dogs smell and look great whenever i pick them up. Highly recommend this groomer!

Our shih-tzu had been going to the same groomers for years and she was amazing and so good to him. Unfortunately she retired so we were referred to groomindales. The first time he went she cut him the way we asked but charged us 10.00 extra because he is really old and went to the bathroom on himself. The second and last time he went there she cut him completely opposite of how we asked. He is very old and thin and we did not want him shaved down. She completely shaved him down and looks terrible. Once again was charged 10.00 extra and was told she couldn’t cut him anymore due to his age and him not liking the groomers. Which I understand but just completely unprofessional, no compassion, and cut him exactly how we requested not to.

We absolutely LOVE groomingdales even our 2 dogs love walking in! The groomers are gentle and professional. There have been a few times we didn’t know what we wanted and just let the groomer do whatever they felt would help our fur babies feel better (after all us ladies love leaving the hair salon after a new updo or color right😉). I will never go anywhereGroomingdales, you guys are AMAZING!

If zero stars was an option I would’ve chosen that. I have a 16 year old shih tzu with loss of muscle mass, I asked the groomer to please cut him with a scissor so his bones would not look so pronounced. I also asked her to feel him so she’d know what I was referring to. She said she’d have to bathe him first so she could see what she was dealing with. She said she would take her time with him because he was older. An hour later he was ready. To put it simply, he did not look good at all. You could see every bone in his body because she shaved him down and did not cut him with scissors like I asked. When asked why she said he was matted which is a lie because I brushed him prior to dropping him off. She couldn't possibly careless and proceeded by telling me that she could not cut him anymore because he was too anxious and wouldn’t stay still (hello he’s a dog!!) To top it all off she charged me $50 because “he wasn’t easy” even though she did the exact opposite of what I had asked for. My sister had also told her when booking the appointment that he was old and to not cut him as low as usual. It was like she did it on purpose! She was very cold and unapologetic. She showed no sympathy or empathy at all which are not characteristics of a good groomer. I would highly think twice before taking your pet there.

Brought my shitzu on for grooming. The technician my dog deeply right by her eye. She had to know that she did this now its infected. And off to the vet we go. Shame, shame on you.
