My son took our German Shepard, King to this shop today. He was long overdue because the last groomer we had was not doing a good job. He came home looking and smelling amazing. His nails are perfect. My handsome boy is back!! My son said the women were great with him, and very professional. Clearly dog lovers. Thank you for the great care you took, and the wonderful job you did! What a weight lifted from my shoulders to know we have a place like this to go to.PS- King was bred in MO, but we rescued him from a home that should never have owned a Shepard. After reading the comments, I appreciate the owners philosophy on breeders vs adoption, and the fact that she is educating owners on the difference.

They do such a great job and make sure the experience is fun and fear free for the dogs. My dog used to hate getting groomed until we started coming to Paw-parazzi, now he loves it and looks great!

If you are not bringing your dog here for grooming, you are missing out! Raina and her staff are amazing! They are friendly and care about what they do. Our dogs always look great after going there! I have gone to other groomers and have had terrible service. I'll keep my dogs going local and supporting this great business. Paco and Wilson always look amazing. Went here for the first time with my 6 month old mini schnauzer today and it was a fantastic experience. I stopped in with her 2 months ago for a meet and greet and Mia didn’t want any part of them taking care of her. Raina the owner suggest I play with her feet and ears and work with her being comfortable being touched all over. So I did. Today I was warmly greeted by Raina and 2 of her staff. I asked for a bath, groom, nails and ears or whatever they can do to make it a good experience for Mia and them. I got the call to pick her up after only and hour and a half and when I walked in Raina was sitting holding Mia and she looked adorable 💕 Mia had a beautiful first groom. The three of them were very patient with Mia took their time in welcoming her and getting her comfortable. What a trooper Bethany was, Mia wanted no part of them trimming her nails but I asked if we could give it one more shot with me holding Mia and see if she would tolerate the trim. Bethany was so quick it doing it Mia was able to get all her nails done. What a wonderful first experience for Mia and her mom!!! If your reading this review don’t look any further for a groomer you have found them. Thank you ladies, we will see you in 6 weeks😊

I have been bringing my loved one to Raina for three years now, and I wouldn’t dream of bringing her anywhere else at this point. Raina provides the best of everything and takes tremendous time and effort to research the products that she uses, and what’s available on the market that is the safest and healthiest for her clientele. She is the kindest and most dedicated professional I have encountered. 🌟 She is also extremely knowledgeable about dogs and canine health as she has multiple dogs of all kinds and breeds in her personal care within her own home. She also has experience in the veterinary field. My dog loves coming here where she has shown reservation and hesitation regarding other local places.Is it any wonder that she pulls clientele from all over the state and Connecticut? Simply the best!Looking at the few negative reviews, I am absolutely shocked! They are not believable and I find them incredulous.

Just came back from another grooming appointment and looking shiny and fluffy! I’m so grateful for this team. My dog has been to other groomers and he hated them and I felt awful bringing him to them. Paw Parazzi truly loves their fur friends and treats them with amazing care. I hope I never need to find a new groomer again!

Paw Parazzi dog grooming LLc in Chepachet RI is by far the best grooming company in southern New England. The prices are affordable with A+ service. My 70 pound Lab is always well taken care of and looks and smells great every time. Their expertise, professionalism, and knowledge is superb. My dog is always anxious however when I bring him to Paw Parazzi they are able to keep him calm and he loves all the staff there. Paw Parazzi are especially excellent at trimming nails and cleaning ears. At other groomers I have been to their attention to detail always seemed to be below expectations but not at Paw Parazzi I am always blown away on how awesome my dog smells and looks. His fur coat is always shinny and healthy looking. It would be unwise to not bring your dog to this establishment for the great price and the consistent 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Just got home from another great experience at Paw Parazzi!!! Raina & Bethany are the best!!! I've been to other groomers that I will never go back to again. Only Paw Parazzi for my dog Quinn!. They not only do a great job and keep a very clean place, but they have gone out of their way to answer questions and help me find answers to things no matter how busy they are. They recently helped me pick out something for Quinn and helped me fit her with it today. Wouldn't even except money for it.can't begin to say enough good about them. They truly love their customers, both human, and our furry friends!!! Thank You for everything Raina & Bethany!!! 🐶😘

Best in the area by far- worth every penny!We brought our 5 yo miniAussie in for her first grooming after we adopted her last year. She did such a wonderful job, keeping all her beautiful Aussie features like her britches and feathering fully intact, accentuating them with her expert work. Our sweetie girl also had a great time even though she is very shy.My advice- always make your next appt when you are there! We learned our lesson by not doing this. Never again- this is the only place our pup will ever go. ❤️❤️❤️🐕

Dropped off my dog over there. Specifically told them what I wanted, they did the complete opposite!. Would definitely never go back, and they charge if you cancel an appointment, so if your mom dies and you can’t show up to the appointment they will CHARGE you!!. Would drive a couple more miles to get more quality and better customer service. Save your money.

Today our tiny rescue dog, who no one could even touch, had a full groom and bath. He has been with us a few months and was shaved under anesthesia when he was neutered. He came from the streets and was fully encased in knots, emaciated and super bitey. As his fur began to get longer, i really stared stressing about how i would take care of this poor guy. I never imagined he could be groomed without anesthesia. Raina and Bethany made that happen today, Leo is feeling and looking wonderful. I don't think he's ever been so comfortable or been able to see past his hairy face. I'm so grateful for Paw Parazzi. They also gave me lots of helpful tips to take care of his long coat, as it's something that's new to me. One thousand times thank you! I highly recommend them for any pet grooming needs!

Has no hesitation to shame you on your dog breed and whether they are adopted or rescued. Asked all the wrong questions that have nothing to do with grooming and everything to do with making you feel like an inadequate dog owner. Very disappointed in the overall experience.Edit- the owner Raina personally called me to understand the situation. Such a wonderful owner/ person. So kind and willing to work with the situation at hand. Awesome awesome awesome.

We brought our puppy in, and like another reviewer said, were told about the breed in a very negative manner, making us very uncomfortable. They seemed put off and very unapproachable. We missed an appointment due to some technical issues and were then guilted over the phone while someone in the background was extremely rude commenting on the breed and calling us liars while we attempted to explain what happened. Yes, they groom well, but it's definitely not a personable groomer. (They seem like the people who prefer dogs to humans and are proud of it in the most toxic way)Edit: The owner called us back to explain. It seems that this was a one-off situation and will be handled. We appreciate the communication and feel much better.

We LOVE Pawparazzi!! The quality of the hair cut is always top notch. You can tell they sharpen their clippers regularly, because the shave is always even and not choppy. They do a great job vacuuming up the clippings too; I'm never covered in fur when I pick him up. If our dog gets finished beforehand, he doesn't wait in a crate- he waits in a penned in area on the floor. We love that! Thank you, Raina, for delivering a professional, top notch experience each time.

Brought in 2 well loved dogs. I thought this was going to be a wonderful experience until it went down hill. The owner asked where I got my dogs. I said a breeder. Both the owner and staff shamed me for not adopting a dog instead of getting from breeder. One of the staff members is pregnant, the other is the owner. What I'd like to say here is why did you get pregnant when there are so many children that need adoption? You have your reasons right? I have my reasons too! I do contribute every year to the local shelters via United Way. If you only want to groom rescue animals, please say that when people call to make an appointment.Response back to Owner:First and foremost Raina Ballou, you should not publicly blab your assistant's personal medical information. I feel sorry for her. I have no reason to lie. The person working to help hold the dogs was pregnant and was concerned about getting a heavy paw on her belly. Maybe she isn't staff, maybe she is a friend to the business and just helping out that day. No idea. But let's be clear, you did tell me many dogs sit in shelters for the kind of breed I have and it would've been nice if I could have adopted instead of turning to a breeder. You looked at the other girl and both of you were commenting how sad it was that this breed sits in shelters. I felt so small. so ashamed. I almost cried. You had my 2 precious babies in your care. Do you really think I was going to say anything at that time... I just wanted to be done. Your words haunted me. I questioned if I was wrong getting my babies from a breeder. I just felt so depressed. Is fine that you don't want to own up for that day. Just remember, everyone has a story, a reason, and has feelings....
