Smaller store. The manager was outside socializing and smoking. When I walked in the store, she started barking at this young man who works there to stay in the front .She was very rude and pushy. I told him that it wasn't right how she spoke to him.He dismissed it and said it was his 3rd day working. And at least they allow him to smoke his vape. This is definitely the first and last time I'm coming to this store.

The manager is this creepy woman who stands outside the door like a bouncer and practically scans you going in. Wouldn't be so bad if she didn't smell and was smoking everytime. Only go at night if you're smart. The witch coven might grab you.

Very long check out line with 2 cashiers, but it got worse when one of them started counting out their cash drawer. Now 1 cashier with 9 people in line.Cartons all over needing to be unpacked, store was a mess.UPDATE: Store much more organized and young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. +2 starsUpdate: Store is still very messy with lots of stuff up front that needs to be put away.

I love family dollar stores, especially this location out in the country, it's always clean organized and never messy with items and boxes thrown out all over the store like city locations, I've been to many city locations and I don't like them. This location in Gloster is the best one! It's never crowded it's always neat and clean they have a sale section and they have friendly employees and there's never huge long lines to wait to check out it's never overcrowded and masks are still to be worn. This store has a new roof it collapsed during a storm last year and was closed for a few months but is now open and better than before!

Nasty Staff , one of the staff members was yelling at my friend while we we trying to check out. Doesn't make me ever want to go back there. They need to get better staff.

Good selection, great prices. Fantastic sales on closeouts, etc. The app makes it possible to save even more. Clean and well organized store. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall great pkace to shop, but whoever is in charge of coolers needs to do something. Coolers go down too often, or restocking/reordering isn't being handled right, causing lack of selection in that area.

If I could give no stars I would. Lost my purse in there. Girl behind the counter told me she found it. I opened it and all my money was gone. Don't know who did it but there is a thief in there. Tried calling n they don't answer the phone. Too busy outside smoking and bad mouthing the customers n making fun of them. Needless to say never going in there again.

I bought a pair of shoes that were marked down and the cashier was kind enough to ask the manager if I'd be able to return them if they don't fit, very thoughtful and considerate

I've never seen a more unprofessional group of workers as I have here. They cuss in front of customers, barely do their jobs, and act like complete monkeys. I'll travel further out to a different FD for now on 🙄

Staff very friendly and helpful. The usual Family Dollar goods. This store is near to the George Washington State Campground so it's great for charcoal and camping stuff. Could be swept more often.

Great store, the manager their is a great person. I watched her greet everyone that comes into the store, I know that they all do that but i can here her even when shes just walking the store. Also a very hard worker. Thanks for the great service !!!

This store has multiple workers who not only refuse to use a mask during COVID, but also stand right by the front door while vulnerable people come in and out. The elderly in Chepachet are at great risk because of the managers negligence. Many elderly live neaby. People are going to get sick. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO WHO YOU EMPLOY, FAMILY DOLLAR. I refuse to go back in.

Spend at least$60.00 - $100.00 a week here ... The selections are good, prices are excellent, BUT this week I really had to go to the bathroom so while at the register, I asked the cashier if I could use the facilities , she looked over to the manager standing there and after about 5-10 seconds, looked at me and said, the door is blocked....... Nuff said

I usually buy Pampers size 1. I followed weight on Family Dollar brand diapers and bought size 1. They didn't fit. I went to refund them because they have money back guarantee. They refused to refund or exchange for larger size. Even though money back guarantee. Why have 100% money back guarantee if you don't honor it. I called and emailed main office three times and recievef no response. Poor customer service.

Family Dollar is the best for everything- everyday items -dish soap -cat food- etc........anything....... dish towels all little things you need around the house it's great $1 great way to stock up on Little Things
