I’m so impressed with Jess! I have a 7 month old Portuguese Water Dog whom I had taken to another groomer in town twice. She was never fully groomed and then that groomer ghosted me when I called her.Jess took her time and clearly has a lot of dog training skills and my pup looks awesome! It couldn’t have been easy, my puppy squirms, mouths, goes bananas with the hair dryer. I couldn’t be more appreciative!

Took 2 toy poodles. 1st time here. Jessica groomed. She quoted me a price on the phone, also said she has a pay what you can policy. Before I saw them she doubled the price she quoted and then told me the pay what you can policy had been discontinued. She gave me about $20 off. When I got home and really looked at them, 1 had a clean face and 1 a box cut face. The cut on both was uneven and ragged. The tail hair was too long. She also told me one of mine bit her. He's been groomed by 2 other groomers and never bit anyone. I felt she was rough with them if he really did bite her. So several hours later I called and cancelled the appointment for my 3rd toy poodle. Next day I went to my regular groomer. She had been out due to surgery. I told her my experience at Paws Pet. She felt awful for me. I made an appointment with my regular groomer for my 3rd poodle.So my advice is go to Robyn at Pink Poodle in Westerly especially if you have poodles, Maltese or other long haired breeds. Jessica will never touch my dogs again.

My 7 month old golden doodle had a lot of matting on her ears especially, and the front of her legs. Jessica did an amazing job grooming her and took great care with her ears and all of her, she didn’t rush.I highly recommend Paws. I was very pleased with the outcome and will definitely be returning. 👍

They did a wonderful job with our goldendoodle! We tried Paws Pet for the first time after we were unable to get an appointment with our regular groomer. Our dog is somewhat skittish but the staff was very friendly and he came out happy and nicely groomed. They did exactly what we asked for. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely be bringing him back again!

Lynn is a great groomer. What's best is she's a huge animal lover as well and when I drop my four dogs off for their appointments, they are taken care of with as much care as I give them. Her studio is very clean, which is always a concern when looking for a reputable groomer. I moved to the area a year ago and was so worried about who i could trust my fur babies to. I'm grateful that I found Lynn.

Our Yorkie is 11 ½ years old and we have always groomed him at home. Since I can no longer groom him, we took him to Paws in Charlestown. I thought he would be scared and maybe snap at them so we brought him the day before to introduce him to them. They were so nice to him and sat on the floor with him and gave him treats. When we brought him the next day to be groomed, they did exactly what we asked and he was very good for them. He looked beautiful and we were surprised that he didn’t give them a hard time. He fights having his nails cut but they were able to do them. They are certainly experienced and patient and we would highly recommend them and give them 5 stars!!
