Very fond of this market, and their quality family has shopped here for decades. The only fuss I have is that Adrienne lost her cool today, at register 1 @ 12:30pm - It’s not OK to humiliate a customer. If I could speak to her in person, I would. I’m no longer near - I’m out of state. To the ownership, thank you sincerely, for such a wonderful market.

The lady working behind the baked goods counter was incredibly rude to me for no reason. I was waiting in line to cash out on a busy Saturday and she asked everyone while they were waiting if they would like anything from the case, when I politely asked for two items from the case she was visibly annoyed by my request. After bagging the two items she wouldn’t even hand them to me and appeared to deliberately leave them at a far reach closer to her end of the counter. I stay in the area frequently and like to shop local, thanks to her horrible attitude I’ll drive to Stop and Shop in Wakefield next time.

Been going here for 20 years and never had an issue but couldn't believe what I witnessed today. An older gentleman had brought his own bags and was told that they would not bag for him if he used his own bags. He then asked for paper instead and the girl behind the counter scoffed in disgust that he didn't want to bag his own groceries (a basic expectation at the supermarket I might add). Then she was incredibly intolerant of him not understanding how to use the credit card machine. She also "joked" that he was trying to steal a couple of items in his cart. After he left she had the nerve to say how "entitled" he was. Her distain for the elderly is something she should be embarrassed about. Have some respect. The store should be ashamed to employ someone so intolerant.

Have spend a lot of time in south county and Charlestown but as a visitor, picking up odds and ends from the mini super when visiting. Now that I own a home here I have been shopping here more often avoiding the trip to westerly. What a pleasant experience amd the access to better quality meats, seafood and bakery goods. Nice to cook chicken breasts that aren’t the size of turkey and much more tender and flavorful. Their deli bacon is also a must for bacon lovers. For such a small market (comparatively speaking) they manage to carry most everything needed for basic to more advanced cooking. Kudos to management.

Great place. The deli has amazing meats and this little Mart has just about anything that you could need. Prices are higher than the big super markets but the convenience is worth it.

Had a very bad experience with one of the cashier. Very rude when asking about an order that was made. Will not be returning. I have seen previous reviews about the customer service being terrible. It is a shame that they keep employees that are rude to customers for no apparent reason.

The best meat in southern Rhode Island. If you're looking for good steak and seafood this is the place to go. Their prices to reflect a small store at the beach in the summertime. But the quality is in Meats and Seafood can't be beat, I had one of their New York strips last night and it was outstanding. Tim the owner is very helpful and you can order roasts and different cuts of meat and then I'll have them ready for you. It's kind of like the old time butcher shop was very high quality product.

I was at the market today standing in line to check out when I heard the cashier berating an elderly man about his manners. I did not hear his previous comments that caused her to attack him but to berate him in front of everyone in the store was nothing less than rude on her part and very very poor customer service. In my opinion this individual should not be dealing with customers in any manner shape or form. Shame on her and your market if you keep her employed. Not the usual customer service I am used to receiving at this store and have been coming for the past 50 years as a resident.Irene Mowry

Live right up the road from this place. Great little market with all the basics and plus a little more. Best meats around. Steaks and chops are out of this world. Fantastic assortment of local caught seafood, and OMG the best pies. The baked goods are made fresh daily including pies, cakes, cookies, and you must try the bread. The only negative is the prices, but it's understandable since its a small local place. Still shop at the large grocery stores but find myself here once a week grabbing something a forgot or if I'm craving a good steak to throw on the grill.

This gem has what you need for a perfect meal. The deli has the best steaks, seafood, cold cuts. Fresh produce, fresher eggs and the desserts you pass as you wait to check out will guarantee to break every good intention you've made. Also the only place I go for coffee. Custom House whole bean. Mini Super is what makes Charlestown the best place on Earth.

The mini super is my favorite place to stop in and grab stuff to make for last minute supper. Their deli is excellent. They also have baked goods like cookies, cupcakes and pies. They have normal stuff you would find in a small store like canned goods, drinks, milk, breads, snacks, pet food. They also carry baby items, greeting cards and packs of firewood.

Everyone is talking about the baked goods for a reason: they're DELICIOUS! No big chain grocery store could even come close to competing with the Charlestown Mini Super when it comes to fresh seafood and scrumptious baked goods. If I ever need a meal on the double, I come here.

Good selection, super convenient location if you're vacationing in Charlestown, much easier than going to Westerly or Narragansett. Meats are excellent, as is the seafood. Bakery items are also pretty good and always fresh.

The mini super is exactly that! Dont let the small size fool you, their service is great and selection of most grocery items is great as well. They also have tasty bakery items near the checkout counter that always satisfy. I always enjoy visiting the super mini.

This is what the name says, a small grocery store. Decent selection of items with a nice deli/meat seafood department. Also lots of specialty baked goods up front. Very convenient but somewhat pricey.

Great little convenient store. If you live or vacation in the area and don't want to travel far, this is the place to go. It will have anything you need. We go there all the time and do recommend it. Plenty of parking.

Love the mini super. Sandwich and salad bar. Family run and they are generally always on site. Prices are great food is extremely fresh almost like a big farm stand
