By far the worst Family Dollar store I have ever been in. My anxiety was awful. The mess from the moment you walk in is disturbing. I couldn't get down 3 aisles because there were carts and boxes blocking the aisles. I tried to walk down one area and the employee threw an empty box right in front of where I was going to walk.The cashier had stains all over her shirt and her appearance was very unclean.This says alot about the team that works here. I will not be revisiting this store.Btw- I found what I was looking for but was unable to have access to the products. So I left.

Probably the worst family dollar in RI. Employees will block off entire aisles with products on pallets and just walk away. They'll eat wings and other takeout while checking you out at the register. I've waited to checkout because one of the cashiers was busy homeschooling her daughter while at work. I've never gotten in and out in under 20 minutes because of how slow the staff is. It's almost hilarious how difficult they make it.

Terrible location. The line will always take an incredibly long time. They allow employees to talk about inappropriate things on the work floor. And they are combative to any customer with a question. Well worth the extra money to go to Walgreens up the street for similar products.Back again. Absolutely nothings changed. Multiple employees in the store. Only one on register. Huge line out the door. This store doesn’t care about the community they get rich off.

I have been shopping at this store for many years and today Oct. 26, 2017 it was a night mare. The children they hired were yelling to each other thru out the store and tossing things around. I believe I counted 6 employees who were more interested in loud private conversations than the 12 people waiting in line to check out. Only one register was open . Rush hour traffic is the same hours that this store is really husy. Its ridiculous and if it doesn't change the rush hour customers will be stopping somewhere else. Send the children packing. .....Also no one would budge to let customers pass thru the aisles. Where are the good people who worked here?

Every time I go buy something in this place it come damage and the manager had in attitude. His very rude and ignorant with the customers. It hasn't been the 1st time I go there and his disrespecting you customers. I am sorry but thus will be my last time buying anything from family dollar until you guys find respectful people that could work for u guys. As the manager us rude the employs are in the same road.. That store is the worst one i ha e even stepped my feet in never again.

Store is being remodeled. What a horror story. Boxes, skids etc in alot of the rows. Can't reach most stuff. Should be closed while update is ongoing. Someone could get hurt

Only a few staff are actually polite and professional, the manager is incredibly rude, staff are constantly on their phones instead of working, and the place is always a mess.

The family Dollar store is a mess they need help they don't want to hire nobody but kids put an application in in an interview every time I go in and ask managers never there I don't understand that store really needs help bad corporate need to check into it

Don't buy electronics!! if u notice there is no return policy on receipts or in store. They do not accept returns on electronics regardless to if they work or not...
