They had a card deal that when you bought 10 bags of dog food, you would get the 11th free. When it came time to get my 11th bag I was told that it was over a year and I didn't qualify any more. I now go to Pets Food Plus and have gotten my free bag EVERY TIME I have purchase 10. Much nicer people at Pet Foods!! VERY BAD SERVICE AT WOOF WOOF AND WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!

Pricey but I love supporting local businesses and my dog loves the natural ingredient treats which is a must as she has allergies and will be an itchy girl. So I'm grateful to have found a convenient place with friendly staff. And they have a truck too that they take to events which is how I heard of them in the first place.

Picked up my pre-ordered birthday cake for for pup. Second year in a row. Always looks great and my super picky guy actually likes it! No junk, fresh made.. Owner is a super nice lady and worker there is great too. You have to visit this place!

Sherry, the owner, is wonderful. She helped fit our dog with a new harness, a PFD for safety and recommended the best tasty treats for my beloved dog. I’ll definitely be going back!

My favorite place for all things dog! I have three dogs at home, and am constantly getting their favorites, and plenty of new things! Always stocked with the things I need, and always priced fairly! Fantastic rewards system, plus they are hosting events for the dogs for most, if not all major holidays! Always super friendly and knowledgeable!

I wish this store had better customer service. The staff seem disinterested in the clientele, even surly at times, and every time I've visited I'm left with the feeling they didn't want me there. It's too bad as it's a good location with interesting items. Also, they should extend hours beyond 5pm as most people work until at least that time and pick up supplies on their way home. At least I do.

Worst pet store experience I have ever received. Cute store, treats are adorable and inexpensive. Except when I go in with my dog the women working had a dog there that was not friendly at all and the women was incredibly rude to me there. I asked what kind of dog it's a German Shepard which she kept behind the counter. Not to mention the lady basically kicked me out of the store when my puppy peed on a plastic toy, and made me pay 40$ for the toy. She made me feel incredibly uncomfortable from the moment I walked in. I wish the service was better. I went there for a dog cake and left with a 40$ water toy. which my dog won't use. Worst pet store experience I ever received.

Update....Unfortunately the customer service from Jocelyn is horrible. This girl is very rude and has a terrible attitude. It's consistent every time I shop there! My friends and family have also noticed it. She also makes you uncomfortable while you are shopping like you're shoplifting!! After today I will not be returning. Enough is enough. Good Customers make your business and BAD employees ruin it!

My dog loves this place so much from appeal, to toys, to their cookies and biscuits this is a great little shop to get cute and tasty treats for your furry friend. The store in Bristol is not wheelchair accessible but if you are in a manual wheelchair and have a very determined companion with you (like my mom) they can get you up the stoop and inside.

Our pup had a bit of inflammation in his shoulder (play time at the park). The team recommended some holistic oil to help ease his discomfort. Haven't been able to administer the oil yet but very satisfied with the services we received. We will happily be returning.

Amazing store! Helpful staff and great atmosphere :) they even have CBD treats and oils for dogs. They also make birthday cakes upon order for your fur babies. Highly recommend!

This happened a few years ago but I feel that it should be heard. I also posted this on their Facebook but it seems they have "disabled" the review section. My husband and I walked into the store, as we normally would with our mini Aussie. We were greeted and our mini Aussie was loving the attention she was receiving. We began conversing with the owner of Woof! Woof! and as soon as I told her who our trainer was, she started flipping out on me. Repeatedly saying "she uses prongs!" "she uses prongs!" over and over again. I tried to get a word in saying "I'm with the trainer while my dog is getting trained and there was no prong collar used," but she didn't seem to understand and continued to harass me. My husband and I had to leave the store, and as we left a co-worker actually had to come out and apologize to us because the owner "refused" too. I found that disturbing. Needless to say, we have never stepped foot inside that store since.

Whenever we visit Bristol we always stop by here to buy their excellent dog biscuits, other treats for our dog and perhaps a toy. Prices are reasonable and staff friendly.

Loved this place, our dog devoured the treats we only bought two because cooper is picky he ate all of his and the other one was for a doggie friend cooper looked at the box and barked until we gave him the other one lol !! They looked so good like suger cookies for dogs I wish I could order them online

First of all, WOOF WOOF needs to review their website. There's so many grammatical errors- it makes them sound uneducated. Their store is cluttered, the staff I encountered were not friendly, and in my opinion, their products are overpriced. Not a fan of this store, AT ALL. I'd rather shop somewhere else, and I would suggest everyone else does, too.
