The dog washing stations are terrific and the cost is very reasonable. They give you everything you need from towels to shampoo to ear wash. Appa enjoyed the bath and the treats! Will be back again for sure.

I love this place. Healthy food, treats and 2 wash stations! Staff is very helpful and nice. If you need anything call ahead. If they have it, they'll hold it at the register for you. Really glad they're in the neighborhood

If I could give this place 100 stars, I would in a second. Honestly, the staff here is second to none. I've dealt with 3 sick cats over the past 2 years and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and just overall kind, caring and willing to go above and beyond without question. Thank you for all you've helped me with. It has meant a lot.

This place is fantastic! Been here 3 times in as many days! The bathe your dog yourself option is great! They have everything you need to do the job! I'm an OTR truck driver and needed more freeze dried food before I hit the road again. They have a huge assortment to choose from! The guys are very helpful. Whenever I'm around here again, I'll definitely be back!

Great place to get all of your pet's needs. They also have a very convenient and inexpensive dog washing station with three separate "tubs" in a fenced off area. Money well spent when considering the possible mess and undertaking that can be at home.

I come here all the time. The staff are so nice, any time I've had a question they've been attentive and helpful. Their selection is also excellent, I never have to worry about anything I buy being bad for my dog because they are so through about the products they put out. He loves coming in and seeing everyone and checking out any new toys.

Great place! The staff is the best, the place is crystal clean. I bring my dog there for the self serve bath. Best value on earth, and he loves getting his bath from me. They have all the best food, treats, and toys too!

I am so happy Rumford Pet Express moved in to replace Pet Valu in Barrington. It is great to have a local business for all of my pet needs. They still have the self service pet baths available. Any time I have needed help, the staff has been knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Great store, great employees!

Love the self-serve dog washing station. Well worth the money. They have all the supplies and a harness to keep doggy from running away. Waterproof aprons you humans too!

Love this place and their staff! Held back one star because their prices are higher than most and they don't price match. Oh and to being your pet in to use their bath stations is AWESOME!!!

CAUTION!!!!! If you are scent sensitive (as am I) you will not want to enter this store. Thankfully, another smellaphobe friend told me about this, so I brought a mask. Unfortunately, the mask did absolutely nothing to protect me against that smell, which was so nauseating - something like watermelon and gasoline (I'm kidding, but it was close) that I couldn't stop smelling and tasting even AFTER I was out of the store. Had to shower when I got home, and I wasn't even in the store five minutes. I will never go back there, but will go to the big store instead. Why businesses do this is beyond me. Natural smells (i.e., dog and cat smells) aren't the problem, it's the perfume, fabric softener, and air fresheners. People are sensitive to stuff like that and it can make us sick. Businesses need to stop doing this to protect the people who keep them IN business.
