The staff at PC was great. We spent at the home show asking questions, they were patient and detailed. When I called with more questions, they were happy to continue the conversation. When we arrived at the store, they spent time with us to be sure our design and purchase was exactly what we wanted. The recommendation for site preparation was beyond our expectation. We went down twice to try to see this place from north of Butler. The first time the place was closed on a Saturday. Which said on their website that they was open.The next time we contact him and make sure that he could be there we came from Butler to cranberry and he was not there we waited 45 minutes he never showed up until we was ready to leave. In which we had to be somewhere else this guy was kind of rude to didn't seem like he really cared. His outdoor furniture wasn't that great we end up talking to somebody else and they got us an order. Which we felt was a better product than what he was even selling.

I would like to leave 0 stars if possible. I would not recommend this company. Everyone that we have dealt with has been rude and inconsiderate. They are not interested in putting the costumer first, only themselves to make the sale. We did not receive any communication after contract was signed and deposit was down. The bare minimum was contributed and shed was received late in parts.
