If you are looking to get into more bulk or who side processing then make this the only stop. Cryovac machines, grinders and in house service make the place a one stop for everything you need and whatever you get here will eventually pay for itself. Very good service and they answer the phone and sell great brands far as equipment goes.

The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they sell. He was more than helpful and answered any questions I had.The selection of seasonings is top notch. They literally have something for everyone, regardless of what flavor intensity you're looking for.

I would give zero stars if I could, but it isn't an option. Product is good, actually great.. been using it for at least 10 years, but the customer service was atrocious!! Older gentlemen behind counter was incredibly rude, ill-mannered, discourteous, unpleasant and plain nasty. He will never get another dime from us. Every question was met with scorn and disdain! , another customer walked in just as we were done being berated for not knowing cheese to meat ratio, the other clerk came out and commented on the amount of people"wow, what's going on out here?" Our clerk, looked up and said "I don't know, But I'm getting ready to shoot myself... " I'm all in to buying from local and small business, but I'm not a doormat

The shop has been there as long as I can remember. If you're making sausage, hams or jerky they've got it. The prices are very reasonable & they're knowledge is irreplaceable.
