Grew up going here when it was The West Manchester Mall and boy was it a special place back then! Today it's not a mall anymore and it's just not my cup of tea anymore. I will say that it has some nice stores and a cool movie theater that was left over from the mall. It might be worth checking out for some but for me it's once and done.

Used to come here as a kid when it was an enclosed mall, but now that they have tried to make it more "upscale" it's lost the charm it once had. At least the movie theater has been upgraded and is an enjoyable place for a night out.

Good variety of stores to choose from, along with a movie theater and multiple restaurants. The only downside is basically the same as every shopping center, which is that some of the parking lot can be a bit of a mess to navigate. Most of it is wide open, which allows vehicles to just drive haphazardly through( still better than the usually cramped lots and there is no shortage of parking) while down by the wine and spirits it is like a highway on ramp. Overall, it's still set up better than most and is a pleasure to visit.

Service was horrible from the start. She came after a tew minutes got us drinks.. which she forgot who got what. And forgot one of the 4 drinks.. then we said we needed a minute. She was gone for 15 minutes.. and when she finally came back to the table she walked away right away to talk to another lady.. and talked for awhile. Finally she comes to order.. when one of us asked about switching onions out for feta cheese her answer was.. umm no! She says I can take the onions out and have them add the cheese.. I said so YES then? She says there will be a charge for the cheese.. ok well you could have said it much different with less attitude.. we ordered breakfast.. easy stuff. It wasn't busy at all. But it took about 15 minutes for her to come say they were out of hollandaise for the eggs Benedict.. so we choose to get it with no sauce. But then when she brought our food that was not ready. So they had to wait longer.. my omelet looked good. But I picked my toast up and the blue plastic piece from the bread bag was between the toast and the omelet. I wish I took pictures. But at this point I was over it. And just told her to take it off my bill. The place was dirty.. big pieces of egg under the table. Like not just some dirt. But literal food under the tables. Like they just keep sweeping everything on the floor and leaving it. Then her attitude when I was upset that we waited now a long time in this place. And now I can not eat here. Her response was ma'am I didn't cook it.. We were just going to leave all together. But everyone else ate. It used to be good in here. Not anymore... the last time we went in we ordered drinks after a while of waiting. And after about 15 minutes or so we gave up and left.. no one ever came back with our drinks or to take our order. I know I'm done with this place completely. The manager tried to smooth it over. But didn't really offer anything. The server wasn't just a bad server. Her ppl skills were lacking. I think she forgot she is working for tips. We usually tip really well. My family works in restaurants. My daughter is a server. But I'm not tipping if I have to go get food somewhere else after I go out to eat.

Great experience today at Loft/W. Manchester Mall. Went in to make a return of an item I purchased online. I really liked the dress, but it was just too big. The associate there quickly found the exact dress, one size smaller, and made the exchange for me. Excellent customer service! Definitely will shop here again.

Shopping center is booming compared to most other shopping malls in America. There are a lot of really convenient stores in this location where you could buy anything from fine clothing, shoes, videogames, housewares pets supplies and anything in between. In addition to all of the retail outlets there are quite a large number of food venues as well. Great place to visit over lunch if you work in the area.

Nice i grew up there watched it grow into this amazing place perfect litlle place to shop eat and go catch a movie in comfort afterwards the theather is so cozy the king sized fulky reclined chairs are alsome and tbe food is like no other they have tacos, pizza chicken fingers and more that you can order and take right into the theather so if you stop by go to the movies there you wont be disappointed oh and you get to pick your seats specially reserved for you.

West Manchester Walmart has great restaurants and one of York's better Walmarts in terms of maintenance and customer service. East York Walmart has slightly better product selection and prices though I believe.

We love coming up here to shop, as long as we stay away from the Walmart. The employees at Walmart totally disrespect their customers by forcing them to wait in long lines if they have a cart full of items and need to use a cashier. After shopping and/or eating at other businesses in this shopping plaza, we have to relocate and do our department store shopping across thew street at Target.

From what we have seen of York, this is a very nice shopping center. I went to the Tropical Smoothie and had a great snack(Blueberry Bliss). My wife and daughter went to the At Home and found what they needed.

The circle of stores in the middle should not have parking. It's a major bottleneck for cars, and I'm sure cause of many fender benders.
