Walmart closes earlier than promises as in advertising... this is false advertising.Walmart #2205 West York Pennsylvania Service Desk and Money Center closed before 8:00pm. Closed up and dark. They are supposed to be open until 8:00pm. How long have they been closed once folks noticed?I took a photo of the Service Center, forgot to take photo of Money Center that was also closed before 8:00pm.This photo registered at 7:58pm. I walked by at 7:56pm and went back to take a photo.This is not the first time. It is happening more and more.Shame on you.

It's almost always chaotic and crowded... a bit of a sensory nightmare. They never have enough registers open either, but, it's Walmart so I don't ever go in expecting much. Prices are usually decent and I can get most of what I need in one store and sometimes that is just what you need.I will say that the employees are usually very nice!Overall if you want a more "peaceful" Walmart try the one in Etters.Also, I don't know if this is an all Walmart thing or just this location but if they have an item at this store in the app for a lower price, they will not match it. You have to buy it through the app and pick it up or have it delivered.

Employees are very rude, they embarrassed me without even saying sorry. My experienced today is the worst, they held me on the side because I did not print a receipt and it because it was sent via text message. Why give an options of emails and text messages if your very own employees doubt it. People were staring at me because of it. They even took my phone to get other employees to check on the receipt while me standing there waiting for my phone. Was Just thankful that my husband wasn’t with me, knowing him there will be a seen for sure.

their grocery pickup people keep giving me expired food. picked up an order yesterday and one of the items was over a month expired. the other items were a week expired. eight out of the twelve items were expired. disgusting, does no one check dates when they're stocking or picking orders?

This Walmart is terrible. If you care about your car, I strongly recommend parking as far away from the doors as possible, or leave someone in your car to keep an eye on things. We witnessed shopping carts drifting across the parking lot and hitting parked cars because lazy people either couldn't return them where they belong, or because the employees that are supposed to be returning them back to the store entrance just don't. There's trash everywhere. There's smashed cars everywhere. That's just the parking lot. It doesn't improve much once you're inside. I wouldn't go here.

West York Walmart is the worst Walmart. It is dirty people are very East York Walmart is a little nicer, employees though are very rude like you're doing a favor or like they are doing you a favor should I say. There's usually no registers open hardly self-checkout and the employees as I said are very very rude there is one lady however a customer service who always goes out of her way she is super nice I want to say her name is Faye but I'm not sure 😃

My wife just waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for her online grocery order. I tried calling into the store and absolutely nobody answered the phone. Except for one kind deli guy who took down my information to give to the manager. Finally after getting her groceries. She was on a live chat with Walmart customer service who ignored her also and disconnected the chat. Something needs to be done about this. My wife gave up her whole Saturday evening to wait for groceries that could have easily been brought out to her in a timely manner

Very poor customer service. Needed to reschedule tire installation due to a shipping delay on the tires ordered. App scheduler wasn’t working and no one will answer the phone in any department to assist in making an appointment. Even corp customer care couldn’t get an answer and gave a solution of driving to the store to be able to speak to someone. I’ll definitely take my next $1000 tire purchase elsewhere!!

This place really sucks.... employees are very rude and never keep things in stock...lunch meat counter lady acts like it's just a problem to even wait on you...the personal shoppers run around that store with their carts butt in front of you and act like your in their way...this place needs new management and new employees...I'd rather drive 30 minutes out my way to shop in Hanover Walmart then return here ..

West end Walmart rarely stocks their shelves and never has more than 2 registers open in a Friday or Saturday when they're busiest. I always have to run a full cart of groceries through self checkout which is "so fun". Trash is found in nearly every aisle too.

Very difficult & dangerous to shop here. Workers speed around with either restocking carts or shopping carts, for patrons who place orders on line, destined to be picked up later using parking spots taken from disabled clients. I was nearly rammed several times! Those same workers are too busy to help customers who actually come to the store to shop. Sad!

As a customer, I would love to see more employees working the registers and communicating and interacting with the customer like myself and others. I understand that our world has changed making people order online more, my advice to a multi million $ company hire more people there are a lot of them looking for work, just imagine what your sales would look like if you actually listened to your customers and what they need to keep your company growing. From a very dissatisfied grocery cashier of 25 years. Customers come first.

I hate coming to Walmart anymore! It's messy, crowded, No customer service and always out of product, but today takes the cake. Security guard follows me around and then approached me in hair care isle and tells me to stop smelling the shampoo! Jeez I was just trying to decide between Ocean or Vanilla....SMHI'm done with Walmart

If there is such a need to lock up something like a 20 dollar toothbrush; then have associates available to help your customers unlock it. You have your customers doing the check out, now you don’t even have your employees in positions to help in other areas. Walmart has fallen off so bad

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, we’ve been waiting in the parking lot for our online order and they got every other car except for us, and then proceeded to sit down in front of store on the blue baskets, idk who runs the online order service but they need better management

I bought sliders for my volleyball team from here this week. I called and spoke to someone about the options and pricing. The lady I worked with was friendly and professional. I arrived earlier than planned and they were still ready for me and neatly packaged. Although it wouldn’t fit in my cooler so I redid the them, I still appreciated the quality and attention to detail and care. My team devoured the sliders. They we delicious and probably healthier than fast food. We will be ordering again. In a time when most places are short staffed this deli department is providing excellent customer service anyway. I called the Walmart in East York first and did not have the same experience. I drove the extra 30min to come this Walmart instead. The only pic I have is from after I had jostled them in my car. But I will share anyway. Thank you deli staff from a happy coach and team.

I called Walmart & pushed #0 for the operator, and no one ever answered the phone. I called a couple of times and then tried a 2nd Walmart, and the same thing happened. Poor Customer Service. Also, they don't offer price matching. It's so sad that they offer price matching. It has be on their items that they sell in their stores only.

Took 1 hour for someone working in the electronics section to find someone with a key to unlock the locked in items. They kept ignoring me and pretending to stock items that were fully stocked until I got an assistant manager to assist me. Never usually have issues with this Walmart
