Solid location with easy access and ample parking even for large vehicles with trailers. The people are nice and customer service is quick and efficient. Stock for most things is good with plenty of options for most products when building. I am docking them one star though since the finishing product could be better. I find the selection of things like lights, faucets and such could be more expansive.I suggest using the Home Depot app on your phone and switch to store mode when shopping. Sometimes things aren’t where you expect and this will make locating product easier.In a pinch you can always use ship to store although I find ship to home to be faster. They do offer curbside and locker pickup as well.

We went to this location hoping to get help with our home remodeling project. We went to the flooring department, where one gentleman was working with a customer… we waited… 30 min later after he didn’t even knowledges us… all he could have said: I will be with you… or just a hi…. Nothing… so we went to the next available associate and asked if someone can help us out…. She was doing absolutely nothing, just sitting ….and she said no… it’s not her department…. What happened with customer service Home Depot??? Very lousy… there thank goodness there are other stores around…we went to Lowe’s where the gentleman in floor department was extremely helpful…

About 6 weeks ago, I purchased the below items. I am so happy with this washer and dryer! The clothes come out very clean and the dryer dries everything with minimal wrinkles. I did get the 16" pedestals. Everything is very high quality and very sturdy and runs quietly. Delivery and hook up was quick and efficient. Does Home Depot is usually pretty good however sometimes it's hard to get somebody to help you I tend to stop at the Shrewsbury location I tend to like that one a little better it's on my way to work and the customer service seems to be better however this location of Home Depot usually has what I need and it's nice to be able to order things in advance

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought two LG appliances and had them delivered. The delivery team not only damaged multiple parts of my home and the actual appliances, but also hooked them up, without setting up the drainage. Beth Ann from the York store was to order me a replacement appliance, since her Home Depot Team damaged the washer… and I have had yet to hear anything back from her, after she said she would order a replacement over 7 weeks ago, and I’ve called to follow up with her personally 4+ times with no call backs.POOR POOR POOR customer service. The only thing good here was their third party insurance company that compensated me for my property damage.WORST customer service. What are these people paid for? What a disaster.

I wanted to get some things for work. I found a hard hat light 1200 LM's I needed a good pair of gloves water proof warm flex. Well they had so many different kinds. I found the perfect ones. Spent more money then I wanted but that's not unusual.

They have knowledgeable people in the paint department to help you pick out whatever paint you need and supplies they were really helpful to me when I bought new locks there as well so I could get them keyed there all to the same key The only downside was the communication from one of my locks were done so I could go get them

Store workers do not seem to know where things are and not too quick to help you except one exceptional worker I came across in tools. Kimberly in tools was very knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. She made my visit worth the trip. I hope they realize what an asset the store has with an employee like that.

They have incredible all customers services and they are hiring for jobs for apply to work there.They have quality products and brands in all equipment,machines, households supplies,kitchen items and great products. They are on the first floor. They have quality products that you needs and wants for bathrooms, boxes and other things too. The staffs and employees are very intelligent wonderful people and generous helpful to all customers and communities too.They have a large parking spaces available for all with cars. They handicap parking space too.They have a Excellent expensive and moderate sales prices are very quality and available there.They accepted cash, debit card or credit card for the purchases of anything you buy.

Went inside and told customer service that a car was Illegally parked in the handicap parking spot and nothing was done. Very upset Especially for me being handicapped.

GREAT help with locating needed products and getting info about items from associate "Rochelle". She was very knowledgeable and was happy to help walk me thru store to find the different items I needed.Check out was quick.ONLY ISSUE .. loading big bags of mulch can be a big difficult if they don't have employees there to help. They did have one on this day (none a previous day), but she was overwhelmed with customers needing bags loaded. She should have had more help, but she worked hard. Weekend are likely better staffed, but weekends aren't always the most convenient time to shop!

This place was no help. Looking for a connector from the grill to a cylinder propane tank Could get no assistance on top of that the person that I did Looks at the boxes and tells me that she doesn’t know if they have them that I can just look online versus helping me to see if they were actually in there since I explained I don’t know what exactly I’m looking for or what it would look like she also did not even bother to look it up for me she just simply told me to look online and turned around and walked away, very rude, very unprofessional in my opinion will not be returning.

It was a nice experience today going to this store. We had help with the door department. The guy was friendly, helpful and seemed to know something about doors. Same for the lady jn the paint department. It's nice to not have to look all over the Flippin store for help like you do at East lowes. I highly recommend this store.

Fed up with big box hardware stores. I stopped going to Lowes on the east end because the parking lot sucks. But now, with Home Depot, it's practically impossible to have a cashier checkout. They force you to use the self-checkout while several employees just stand around and talk. Two days in a row I had to use the self-checkout using a different register each time and both machines wouldn't read the chip. I even used different cards each time including a HD CC. The volume on all the registers is so high its like they yell at you. Everytime I go here it becomes more of a miserable experience. And I can't help but think of the time I was there and they let a couple walk right out the door, stealing a cart full of power tools. Going to drive further from now on and go to Ace or True Value.

I was there this morning to purchase some spray paint. As I scanned my first can of spray paint the the scanner wouldn't let me purchase it. It called for an associate for help. No one showed up. Your scanners are to sensitive. You need to do away with those scanners or fix them. I ended up going to Lowe's for my paint. Home Depot lost a sale.

The in-store shopping experience here is normal, not bad but not really special either. Online ordering to this store is a joke though. I ordered 16 tubes of adhesive that they keep hundreds of on hand in the store but because i accidentally ordered them as 4 packs instead of 16 individual ones (thinking i was going to just get a case of caulk tubes), I'm now waiting almost a month for a VERY common product to be released to me as 4 packs. This wasn't clear on the website. They said I'd have my products by 1/9, now it's 1/11 and they just said they might have it by 1/20. I ordered 12/28. A almost a month to wait for products that they have hundreds of on hand.The worst part is that it took me over a day to finally figure out how to get a person at corporate to help me figure out any information. The customer support robots do a great job at protecting their workers from having to talk to people.I won't be ordering from this store ever again. I HIGHLY recommend the Lowe's that's a half a mile away from this location as an alternative to this Home Depot location.

Had a Great rental experience on Easter Day. Went to rent a tiller only to realize it was too small so I drove back to location and they were able to cancel/not charge for the time 1hr that it was in my possession and was able to issue me a new contract and rent me the proper size needed. Very friendly service and accommodating.

Purchased over $5000 worth of appliances, damages to each appliance due to incapable delivery crew. Even left after causing a gas leak that the gas company had to fix, a very dangerous situation. Spent 2 months for Home Depot insurance company to repair, then reimburse me the $1500 in damages that I had to foot the bill for. No compensation for aggravation or delay of not having any appliance to cook with. No member of management ever took responsibility for the very unprofessional experience. Will never purchase another item from Home Depot, no matter what.

Not sure why this store offers curbside pick up, or tells you that your order is going to be ready when they obviously can't handle the logistics behind it, which, someone wouldn't fathom would be all that difficult, but apparently- requires something for which this location is lacking. Should it be a 20 minute wait for a pick up? Should your order not be picked and ready to go when they tell you that it is ready? Because, when I'm being told on two different occasions that my order is not yet ready, after being told that it is, and being asked to wait 20 minutes for it to be picked...? I drove 30 minutes on Monday to get out here and find that I would need to wait 20 minutes. I told them it was fine, I'll be back on Thurs, if it could be ready by then. I was told this was an oversight. No. Not was intentional, because it is now Thurs and it still needs... 20 more minutes. How many days does it take to gather 25 of the same item? Apparently, longer than 3 and a half. Not impressed, or amused.

Today I was looking for a heavy duty extra large bin /storage tote, store associate very good for knowing exactly where they are but looking for extra large screw in hooks for hanging a bicycle and another associate was incorrect on location but I found them too. Wondering around I saw a few things of future interest so it's a good thing I was directed wrong. Also rest room is located in the far side of the entrance just in case you need it at this location.

usually a great experience but today i was looking at the plants and a random customer told me i couldn’t touch that plant because it was hers. she did not work there and if she did she should be fired. they were not her plants they were on the shelf and said i was propagating a 30$ plant. i already have that plant at home so i don’t need a propagation anyway.
