Staff is friendly but we will never get breakfast sandwiches here again. Got 4 of them for family and 3 had bacon. Bacon was barely cooked! It looked like raw bacon and was limp and greasy. We were on our way out for vacation so had to take sandwiches home to cook the bacon if we didn’t want to be looking for a bathroom 15 min after heading up the pike! 😫. Wish I had taken pics. Btw 30 seconds on high in micro is all it took to get it right. Please don’t take shortcuts. 😔

This sheetz has really dropped in quality. Orders are constantly wrong, and you never know what your going to get. Just ordered a milkshake and it wasn't even blended. I don't know who's training these people...I don't usually leave bad reviews but this has happened multiple times with different items.

Im very happy with the size of the sliders. You get 3. I ate one. Hahahaha. If you look at the price and the larger than normal sliders it works out to a very good value I’ve a burger.

I have literally and currently been standing here over an half hour waiting on my food. It is all the time with this location. I come here to grab something before work well guess what I'm late!!!!! I come here to grab something when I get off of work well guess what I'm late getting home to my wife and kids. It is no reason for anyone to be sitting here over an half hour waiting and I am still at this moment waiting!!!!! All to end up they set my food down never call my number nor put my food on the counter

Sheetz is what it's supposed to be, a convenient store. The made to order food is good. I think Sheetz is better than the other gas station/convenient stores in the area

I want to say a Special Thank you to Jayden that helps with food and drink. He is the best. WhatA friendly & Caring young man. Sheetz is lucky to to have him. I have a medical issue and when he sees me he asks how I am. I go to Sheetz for my Frozen Hot Chocolate. It's the only thing I can eat or drink. I have ALS.

While this is not my favorite Sheetz, they do have voodoo seasoning for the fries. If you have not tried the voodoo seasoned fries I feel deeply sorry for you. Chicken schnack wraps were delish.

So I went to Sheetz 2 nights ago and the tire ( air pump ) machine sucked the air out of my tire 😂 but I went inside to ask for help with it and an employee named Andrew came out to help me. He was awesome! So thanks again Andrew for your help! I got the tire fixed the next morning and everything is fine now. Also the nozzle on my tire wasn't defective. I had it checked. They said it's fine.

This store is horrible when you order on the app and pay in the store to pick up your food. Twice now they have let my food sit in the back and get cold while they waited for payment. This is after I paid at the register and was standing there waiting. I even heard the person at the register tell them that I had paid. When I complained and said that my food was now cold, their response was do you want us to remake it or do you want coupons. I wanted neither as I didn't have any more time left to waste and I'm not going back for a while. This store needs to learn to communicate better. Or perhaps Sheetz needs a better system that tells people when an order is paid.

I love Sheetz, I use to work at Sheetz. I think it's a great company. This location is probably the worst one around. I normally don't rate places like this, but on more than one occasion they have been rude and gotten orders wrong. To top it off if you try calling them to let them know your order was wrong you get picked up and hung up on. Today I ordered the most depressing burrito that I have ever gotten from Sheetz and I've just decided to not use this location anymore.

The man behind the pick up counter is angry and cursing. Addressing customers with disrespect and has a really bad attitude. Feel bad for his coworkers. Sheetz HQ might want to send someone to take care of this.

Still not sure as got 2 Gatorades for $5. Or it was $5.50 but my bill came to like $6.79 or something around there which to me just don't seem right as when I get them at other sheetzs it's not over $6 as I felt like there system is over charging ppl as I don't feel there's that much tax on them as just like when I get 2 bangs for 5.00 and usually only comes to 5.30 with the tax . So something just don't add up

Worse Place I've ever been in ,this place should be closed down. Fuel prices are way way over other Sheetz prices bathrooms are trashed sinks over flowing on floor so is urinal trash on floor the haul leading to bathroom has trash in shopping carts just sitting there for 2 days now and service is horrible and slow no one at register to check out. Awful

Best sheetz employees always smile and greet u. So I've read the previous comments. And I understand the frustration of being carded. However this only happens with one employee constantly. She sees me almost every day and I am well above 40 but she always cards me. But she doesn't just card me she cards everyone. It was the same woman who carded another customer for a lighter last week I was actually there that day. I couldn't believe she did that. However aside from her every one else is really friendly and nice at this sheetz. I customize my orders and they always get it right

Was carded for a lighter and told it was law. I unfortunately could not find the PA law where it states you need to be 21 to create a fire?!? I literally needed it for it’s intended purpose and nothing more. I have never been carded anywhere else for a lighter and even being 21 I just feel like that’s a real power move not anything to protect anyone. Also there have been multiple times ordering ahead of time that I have paid as soon as I got in the store and my food was kept for up to ten minutes with me having to ask every time if my food is ready and it being ready with them just ignoring me waiting there asking if I paid. There has to be a better system then just making the customer wait for their food to get cold. Service has definitely gone down in the past three years here.

We're in this location a lot- for gas, food and drinks, gift cards, etc. Today, with our whole family, we got to watch an employee we recognized in regular clothes carrying beer- male, real mouthy and jumpy- completely berate a senior citizen man for not realizing there was a line and walking with his coffee to the counter to pay. No one else cared or expressed any kind of frustration except this guy who began yelling at the man. The senior man apologized profusely but this employee just kept on going making a scene yelling at the older gentleman. My heart was broken for this poor guy. As a senior advocate and a geriatric care professional, I completely boycott this Sheetz and I'm trying to contact the owners. That was unacceptable as a human being let alone someone in a customer service career!

The supply chain issues with Sheetz are completely unacceptable. On numerous occasions I've gone in and they're out of basic necessities like milk and Gatorade. Competitor Rutters is never out and does not make excuses for the supply chain issues that they ALL face.

I enjoy going to Sheetz. I'm not a huge fan on how they changed the coffee station. I loved getting the huge coffee. Now it's like someone that never drink's coffee designed this crazy robot station. It's just not there. Mr. Shipley. Some advise. If it ain't broke don't fix it. Thank you.

Will never by gas from Sheetz any more I got a tank of water instead of gas had truck towed home and now Sheetz wants me to pay for another tow and still says they won't pay for it because a week has gone by and they supposedly checked their tanks. My truck still sits in my driveway broke down

I waited ordered and mto item then grabbed a few other things and went to pay. The cashier was very friendly so we were talking and I didnt realize that they didnt scan my mto order. The person working mto lat me wait almost 15 minutes before asking me what I ordered. Once I told them they told me I had to pay. I was confused since I was under the impression I had in fact paid. All I got was rude short answers of well you didnt pay for that and you need to pay. No apology for the misunderstanding no sorry for the wait. I go to this location and see some of these people regularly and this attitude is unfortunately commonplace with some employees, but I always gave the benefit of the doubt because you dont know what the attitude of the customer they are with is like. But this was unacceptable. If you work with the public you need to be personable!

They always have something new to try food wise. Some good deals too. Not the cheapest but I can pull my truck in without anyone complaining about it and get coffee and food. Not a place to over night park but there is plenty of room for a tractor trailer to park along the curb inside the lot for a few mins. Bathroom is decent as well.

Why is it that every time I try to get air from the air dispenser, instead of adding, it takes air OUT of my tires?! Seriously, do you not have an out of order sign or competent repair crew?I had even more fun when I got gas and the sensor that is supposed to automatically stop the flow of gas from the pump failed and gas went overflowing all over the side of my car!!! NOT SAFE!!! I was grateful it was pouring rain that day.
