This Sheetz is one of the better ones I've been in. Staff was very friendly and is always welcoming. One of the staff members helped me get set up for their rewards program and was very excited about it, which made me smile. This Sheetz also makes really good raspberry milkshakes

Ordered Mozzarella Sticks and they broke the sauce container it was spilled all over my food. The person MTO sorry it exploded. It was everywhere and they did nothing. It leaked into all the other foods we couldn’t even eat it. I love Sheetz but not this one ever again.

Got these 6 for 6 tacos and it was the worse tacos I ever had. If it wasn't for the lettuce, I probably would have gotten old stale shells only.Look at the pictures and see if you can find any meat

Got a steak sandwich and it was barely any meat, mostly bread. Not good Sheetz. Next time I'll go to Rutters. Also please have other choices of bread for grilled cheese besides sourdough bread.

This store sucks so bad if it wasn't so close to my work I wouldn't even bother using it be better off at RUTTERS customer service sucks and online ordering is a joke when you get there your order isn't up or when it is they don't put it out on the mobil pick up and when you ask someone if you can even get someone to ask they have no Clue oh and half the time the food isn't made right things that are supposed to be toasted are not toasted and then I have had things they are fried and obviously we're not shaken after being dropped causing the things to not be cooked properly and half the time the breads or bagels taste lile cleaner I'm gonna go out on a limb and say things are not being cleaned or prepared properly and that its a good chance the people operating the store have no clue about food safety

Very negative review on this place. We went inside with our daughter, we bought beer, clearly only for my husband and I, she was getting a power aid, they refused to sell to us because she was with us. We have bought beer at numerous other sheetz in PA while she was with us with no issues. Manager states this is Sheetz policy. Terrible policy. We used to be Sheetz fans, but will stick to wawa from now on.

Normally I LOVE Sheetz. BUT twice now I've dealt with fraudulent charges on my cards after filling my gas tank at this location. First one (roughly 6 months ago) I couldn't prove was this location, but someone in Ohio tried to use my card to buy $300 in groceries.A week ago I filled up, noticed the card slot looked different from the others, but after trying to pop it loose it didn't seem to have a skimmer. But I used a new credit card I never used anywhere else out of precaution rather than my debit. A week later (April 19th) someone tried to make a $500 purchase to Apple Inc using my new credit card that I have yet to use anywhere else since then. Thankfully my credit company denied it right away.I'll continue to frequent this Sheetz for my food and beverage cravings. Just bummed people do this kind of stuff!

Came in to get a beer after a long day at work and the cashier told me she needed to see my id, AND the id of 2 other young women that i wasnt even with. After realizing they didnt have their ids i was denied service. Absolutely ridiculous.

I hit this Sheetz pretty often at night, after work, or when I'm delivering with Uber eats. Pickups for Uber eats deliveries are always ready at the kiosk. Personal mobile orders are always ready, too. I've never had any issues with this location. The employees for the night shifts are friendly and the food at this Sheetz is pretty reliable.

Good Luck receiving any actual Sheetz training here ( especially 3rd shift). Individuals are not even making it a full 8 hour shift before walking out or quitting. The level of inappropriateness in the form of behavior , words, complaining about co workers and bosses on your first day is enough to know it's not where you want to be even if the pay is good. Often your shown two different ways of doing something ( the quick and easy way) and than the way your supposed to do it when certain Individuals are around. There's a lack in professionalism and customer service at this location as well as a high turn around rate in regards to employees. Retaining employees and regular customers let alone keeping a clean and organized store doesn't seem to be a priority.

They're freshly made hot sandwiches and fries are very good! Plenty of other locations all over the place!I would stay away from their gas though. Worst gas I ever used in my car. Nice bathroom facilities.

We normally love Sheetz but this location has deteriorated over the last several months. The outside area is filthy and the inside is was not much better. The food prep staff were rude. We will be avoiding this location in the future.

Generally we have good experiences with this Sheetz, but on our visit today, there were three to four customers who weren't wearing masks - either properly or at all. The store employees were clearly uncomfortable by this, but none of them asked the customers to put them on, as required by store policy. We're not inclined to go back to this Sheetz, but will go to the Royal Farms a little farther away, or the Sheetz further down US-30.

One of the first Sheetz built in York Co. Very busy, mainly because of the local. Many industrial commercial surrounding Sheetz. Very fast at preparing food. I enjoy the burgers more then some of the burger joints plus I can get some gas for my car. I believe it's owned by Shipley oil so the gas prices remain low compared to other places. They also have a membership card if you go regularly. That allows you to save on the Menu. Like I said the food is surprisenly pretty good considering it's a mini market. All though it's a big mini market. I guess it's a expanded market.. lol. OH MY, I had to get some coffee the other morning. PERSONALLY I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW COFFEE SET UP. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED TO SIMPLE REGULAR BLACK STRONG COFFEE WITH 10 packets of sugar IN IT. Even at home Vanessa had to have a KEURIG. well the coffee isn't bad but it takes 20 minutes to brew a pot. Then the set up it's not always the easiest when I'm in need of my coffee. Sorry I must e old where's my Mr. Coffee. ☕😏

So I ordered an mto burger looked like it was drop kicked across the floor and smashed wasnt even hot and I was there 5 min after ordering online the fries I got with it were nowhere near fresh and had pieces of other food bits in it also I order a cup of fries and might have gotten a small bags worth absolutely disgusting and never again will I order food from this place they have gone down hillSo update still this place is no better I like to use this store because nof it's location to my job so lately they apparently only know how to put the stuff out you ordered and pre paid for at the Mobil pick up sometimes last couple of days they have it in the back somewhere and they ask as I'm standing there waiting for food am I waiting I say yes name is Steve I'm waiting for my order 15 min later another crew comes up I ask is there one for Steve back there and then yup sure enough its in the back sitting in the prep table ready to roll I am so done with this store and the idiots running it

He was apparently done ringing them on, and just stood therr.... said absolutely nothing...I had to ask him what was the total?... he Still said nothing, just pointed to the card reader......You need to FIX. ...

I left my wallet on the counter, after reaching for my phone for the loyalty card, and putting my phone in the rear pocket (whereas I normally keep my wallet) than had to turn around and deal with my son I totally forgot about the wallet (containing over $700 and credit / bank cards) left and when I realized my irresponsibility I called and was asked the description I told the cashier my name and she said it was there! On top of that the cash was ther, I offered her some money as a reward but she refused and told me to have a nice day. Thank you so much! , you know who you are, I'm touched to know that ther are honist humble people out there theas days, plus the store and bathroom I previously used where very clean, and the employes where very nice.

Gas prices always match other stations. MTO is fast, but can get bogged down during a rush, however it's always the correct temperature. The cashier staff is able to knock out lines quickly. Making a left out of either exit can be tricky with that traffic light right there.

Ordered a taco salad and received lettuce with 3 out of 4 toppings I ordered and no chili!!! Disappointing as I wasn’t aware until it was too late to return to have them make it right!!!
