Sam’s Club York has the greatest clerks, customer service reps and supervisors! Always concerned and effective. Hats off to the store manager, whom I never met, for having such a great team!

To our surprise, Cafe needs serious Dept of Health code inspections!! We had pizza and drinks there and thought it was yummy, but immediately after, both my family member and I suffered bad stomach pain and bathroom runs…😰😰Tables and drink station are always quite dirty... The cashier’s glove in one hand is kinda like decoration, bc when putting pizza in our plates, she was also handling cash, chatting and unknowingly fixing her hair! We really didn’t want to imagine where else she had her hands on behind customers…😫Will not consider eating there again unless improved…It is such a pitty bc we liked the pizza and great selection of drinks! Pls improve, bc we enjoy relaxing and eating after our weekly shopping there. Thank you very much!

Great place to shop! Great selection of items at wonderful prices. They have really good samples, too. You can save a lot of money annually shopping at places like this. This store is also nicely laid out, and products are easy to find.

I was in store 4/16/24 around 6:20pm. I did my shopping and was checking out. I always use the Scan and Go through the app. I had come on the 16th because I had received a reward through the app of $5 available to use after the 15th. When checking out through Scan and Go, the $5 wasn't coming off. Pre tax, my order was about $203. So I didn't understand. I decided to go through a register with an employee. Everything was scanned and still, the $5 wasn't coming off. I had taken a screenshot in the app of the reward, so I showed this to the employee. She was VERY nice and said she would ask for a manager to come over. Bunny, manager/supervisor, comes over and immediately had an attitude. I explain the situation and show her the screenshot I have. She continues to repeat that they don't honor 3rd Party App rewards. I then explained back multiple times it wasn't a 3rd Party App, it was through the Sams Club App directly and pointed the "Instant Savings Offer" portion of it out as that is direct lingo from Sams Club. Bunny then says that I am trying to scam them. I stood there stunned as I have never had someone be so disrespectful to me. Let alone how embarrassing it is to have someone insult you like this. I further stated I was not trying to scam anyone out of anything and that when I'm already spending over $200, I can clearly afford the difference of $5 but it was the principle of the matter. She stated she wouldn't be removing the $5 and again stated that I was trying to scam them. I said I would be calling customer support and to please suspend my order. I stepped off to the side and immediately called. I got Audrey/Aubrey on the phone who was VERY nice. I explained everything and she worked with me to resolve the issue. She sent me an email to respond back to with the screenshot, which I did. She was able to validate the offer and told me to head to the checkout. The cashier called the manager/supervisor back over. She again came back with an attitude. Audrey/Aubrey asked if I could hand my phone to Bunny, which I did. They talked and Bunny continued to not only insult me by again saying I was trying to scam them but continued to refuse to take the $5 off despite Audrey/Aubrey, who said she was from Customer Solutions, advising her to. I also need to point out that in the beginning, Bunny told me she was a Manager but while speaking with Customer Solutions, tells Audrey/Aubrey that she is a Supervisor. Not only this, while speaking she also admits she doesn't know about the offer I am showing. Audrey/Aubrey asked Bunny to please hand the phone back to me. Audrey/Aubrey then advised me if I checked out with the card I had on file with my account, she would directly refund $5 back onto that card and to just go ahead and check out. I went forward with this and have since verified the $5 has been refunded back onto my credit card.My point to all of this is Bunny needs retrained. This is a horrendous way to handle customer service. My membership expired last week and I will not be renewing it simply based off of this. I'll go to BJshappily. I have no desire to shop somewhere where someone in power treats customers this way. It was embarrassing for myself when I have done nothing wrong but am being accused of something I am not doing. If she didn't know about the offer, or even if she did, BUNNY should have advised me to call customer support. NOT make accusations. I've worked in customer support myself for 10 years, I've been a shift manager. I don't know what training she has had but she needs to be retrained. I can't be the only one she has treated so awful.I have contacted Sams Club support directly further about this already but felt this needed to be public for others who may shop there and have a problem.To further provide information as well, another email I received a few days later came in further validating the offer as a reminder for me to use my reward. I've provided a copy of my screenshot and that email to Sams Club support.

This was my first time at Sam's club and it was amazing. It was a great place to shop in bulk. The prices are great, the people were nice as well. They even have a person right inside the door that will sanitize the cart for you. The self checkouts were also very easy to use. I loved it and can't wait to go back!

I love Sam's and I do the majority of my shopping here. I also get a rotisserie chicken every week, if not twice a week because it's reasonably priced and easy meal. The young man that is usually there does an amazing job cooking them and very respectful to customers. Now this happened at least 3 times now that a girl is cooking the rotisserie chickens and they are ALWAYS burnt! You have to get these chickens at certain times of the day or they are sold out so I just took one even though all of them were burnt. Also the labels that they put on the container to scan is always worn off so I have trouble scanning it. I'm not sure why the girls has so many issues but I was upset that I had to take a burnt chicken, because I was not coming back later.

Nothing different about Sam’s except for the layout. Great experience and the ease of manuvering around was good. The restroom was very clean. Everything that I needed they had in stock. I’ll be back especially when I run out of plates!

Ordered a standing fan and then it never got delivered. Called and talked to someone they promised it would be delivered yesterday or today and said they had one in stock. Just checked email before work today and they canceled the order… York Sam’s this is a joke. Get told one thing but something completely different happens..

Saturday afternoon...very crowded, long lines. Some very Rude and Ignorant people there today. You have to pack your Patience but, some people just Feel Entitled 😒.Isles filled with empty cartons just sitting on the floor as if it wasn't crowded enough!

While we are not members, we did visit with my in-laws because they wanted us to try the pizza at Sam's Club. The pizza was fine, but the associate was miserable, not just to me, but to everyone in line. After eating dinner I went back up to get dessert for everyone. First off, the vanilla yogurt was not available. Second, I ordered a brownie sundae for my wife, and she made a berry sundae instead. I didn't say anything because of how rude she was during the entire transaction. If this is how the service associates treat members, I can see why a lot of members use the self-checkout.

I had purchased a 7 piece set for my deck. The set itself is of great quality and is put together well. However I had received a damaged table top when my order was delivered.This isn't a big deal in itself as things get damaged en route all the time. So I contacted Sam's club for a replacement. I spoke with Sharon C. who was a great help and did her bet to make everything as streamlined and smooth as possible.The problem begins with the company they go through for their furniture (Coronado Casuals). A representative from their company had called me and we set up a delivery date and time between 10am-2pm. Day of delivery rolls around, no call, no email, silence. I had to reach out to them via email and received no response for two days.When I did receive a response all I got was "I am so sorry to hear about this. Did your delivery ever arrive?". Nothing mentioning they'd reach out to me to schedule a new delivery or what the next steps would be.Today the replacement arrived unscheduled just as my girlfriend was about to leave for work. She she had to wait to accept the delivery making her late.On top of that they wouldn't even take the damaged table top with them. So now I'm stuck with a 100lb table top that I have no use for, and our local garbage service won't take it as ot is too large. Ill have to pay someone to come and dispose of it for me.This whole experience was frustrating (except for Sharon C. who was great) with Coronado Casuals and reflects poorly on Sam's Club for working with them.

Why would a store stop carrying products that rate 5 stars and people saying best ever? MINH Pork eggrollsDo agree that they have quality food but don't keep what the customer needs. coyote grill southwestern egg rolls.Don't like the fact that they'll say that a certain item cannot be ordered for a pickup, but you walk in the place and all five items denied you are plenty in stock.I had to do a customer service item which they did credit off the items that we returned and fixed another credit card issue that was not their problem. But I did discover like a lot of times while a business may have a policy of being very nice about something. If you get an employee who's new you may not get that policy. Fortunately when I was there in person the person did a excellent job of handling the customer service and the person who didn't know the information had become educated.

Yesterday during the storm the Curbside team really did a wonderful job trying to make sure we got our groceries. We made an in club shopping trip before getting my Curbside order and you could tel they were doing everything they could for the customers. Just twoof them. Asking to pull to the front for their own safety. We appreciate they even came out. Always a great job from them and I want to commend them for their customer service despite the weather conditions they were outside in! Not everyone happy about the wait but really wasn’t a problem.

Easy to locate items, first time here and found items similar to mg previous Sams Club location in Dickson City, Pa and Wilkes Barre, PA as well, had trouble finding an associate at the self-checkout, had to get approval for removing an item off the checklist for purchasing

Other than the fact that they check the card. When you walk in the door it's a good experience. Sometimes the lady who checks your card is kind of in a bad mood. Their food is cheap at the cafe, so we always grab hotdogs and a soda or pizza. The prices at Sam's are high, but you get way better deals.

The AT&T reps in this Sams location is terribly corrupt and mis leading. They offer unrealistic pricing just to get a sale. Please go to an actual store for your AT&T needs, the Sams club reps only want the money from your sale!!!

My go to store for groceries and tires. Recently purchased 4 tires and I will say the guys at the tire center are great, they are always very helpful and friendly. I ordered tires and they arrived fairly quickly. Booked an appointment for tire installation and the tech got me in as soon as he possibly can I understand they are very busy. Installation took about an hour wasn’t to bad. My only concern is that these poor tire technicians work in this cold weather with the garage doors open. I feel so bad for them, working condition unacceptable.
