Got food from Rutters at Mt Zion and came home to a whole box of burnt, EMPTY mozzarella sticks.. not even one had cheese in it…. $7.50 for BREADING. Rutters needs to hire experienced employees.

The store is clean my only problem is this is the ONLY location that refused my passport ID because they don't scanUpdating because they do accept passport IDs now

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. I won $245 in lottery scratch offs and I only received $232 and the cashier or place stole my other $13. Don’t go here they will rob your winnings!!!!!

I have mostly tried to avoid Rutters since they took an antimask stance during the pandemic, but today I found myself having to stop there (never delay a pregnant wife's request for snacks). I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and clean store. I'm used to convenience stores looking like a waffle house bathroom and hiring employees who weren't friendly enough for the DMV, but this store seems to be the exception. 10/10 will return to this location.

Be careful using atm tried taking 20 out got charged 2.50 fee and did not dispense my 20 so had to file dispute with bank and police report atm is a scam still out my money and lady at counter told me it should go back on my card please fix your atm stop ripping people off

The first part of this is typical with this area's convenience stores - they schedule one person to work the register, DURING peak hours, to save on the payroll expense of having a second associate there to hop on and assist. I see this frequently - a rush of customers comes in somewhere (or the dreaded FIST-FULL lottery ticket buyer), and now all of a sudden..... WHOA.... there are 9 people in line, becoming more antsy and frustrated by the second. HERE is what sets this particular Rutter's aside- HORRIBLE DECISION MAKING / GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF CUSTOMERS' NEED TO LEAVE WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME- this morning, for example..... only AFTER pouring coffee for a woman who is physically handicapped (this is generally a good deed, which I admire), did the associate approach the register and state that she could help the next person.... The lady's husband was STANDING RIGHT THERE, and anyone who can BEGIN to recognize social awkwardness, could have plainly seen that HE was going to assist his wife with her coffee..... before this overly cheery troglodyte decided to swoop in and Save the Day, unnecessarily jamming up and stealing precious time from my morning, along with the eight other people that were in line. This is not the first time that I've observed stupidity like this at this location..... BE WARNED
