Love Rutter's, always loved Rutter's. Rutter's is York County. There was a problem with the route 30 store the one by Kelly drive. Everytime I go in there the employees are all clowning around when I asked them to cook my breakfast sand a certain way they laughed. I don't know what he did but when I went to eat it. It was hard as a rock you couldn't even bite into it. So from now on I'm going to Sheetz. And I guess I will start buying all my gas there to. So you lost more then just a few dollars. How's that Mr. Funny man.

Negatives: the slushie/icee machine is almost always down, and they never have the medium sized chocolate milk, and then don't always refill their food island (where they keep Togo sandwiches and fruit and plasticwear)Positives: the food they make, for example the breakfast burritos, are always delicious. They always have freshly made food.I suggest stopping in if you're getting gas and hungry. Prices are always competitive for gas.

Bigger Rutter's with wine and beer selection. Food and specialty drinks came out quick, small area with six tables to relax and eat. Free WiFi.

The service here is the worst. Employees laughing and cohorting leaving customers wait until they feel like waiting on you. Then not even a hello when they finally decide they are ready wait on you.Just awful.

I go to this rutters everyday those two girls at the register I wish I remember their names but I think they are sisters one has dreads. But let me tell you they are why I always come back they always on top of their game. I hope they get recognized by their great work cause they keep ya business flowing.

I usually never have an issue with this store until tonight when I stopped for food and things for my mother. The young lady behind the counter ringing my items out was not only rude but very unprofessional. This isn't the first time so I should've known better, I will be making an official complaint tomorrow when I'm able to talk to the store manager. She needs better proper training on how to assist customers and how the register is rung so she can efficiently do her job.

Great atmosphere i love the funnel cake fries and there cheese burgers . Cashiers are always great here. Kitchen staff can be a little chatty amongst themselves they should consider customers waiting for them to prepare their food I mean it's okay to talk but if you can't multi-task and you should focus on your work first

Night shift cashier had all registers blocked aside from the one she was at. After I set all my heavy items on the counter she takes down the sign and tells me shes on the middle register.Doesnt help me move my items. Doesnt offer a bag. Just seems unhappy to be there.

Ordered a roast beef on a kaiser roll with lettuce and onion....hardly any roast beef on the sandwich. Usually the sandwiches are made half decent at this store. Need to train the help better ( they looked like new people)August 29....couldn't add another review so I'll add to this one....ordered 2 hotdogs (jumbo) opened first one up and this is what I found....usually when I order food from here I'm on my way to work....and can't afford to make a mess....

The cashier was great and the people cooking were as well. Another man, not wearing a name tag, was sitting in the counter across from the coffee pots when I came in. With most stores taking extra precautions to clean and disinfect it’s concerning to see an employee (or someone who appears to be) sitting on counters, using coffee machines, and climbing back up on the counter with washing their hands or cleaning anything...wow, ok and coughing without covering his mouth as I walked past to leave...

Hello. I would have like to posted this right to Rutters corporate but I couldn't find a way to do it. Just want to say the service in the evenings after 7pm is a joke at best. Never fails there is either one cashier for 10 customers or the cashiers are busy talking to other employees about who knows what. As a employee in a customer service focused field this is crazy to me. I get that people want lottery, a money order maybe, but to move at the speed of frozen molasses in the artic circle every night I stop in is beyond me. I don't even use a Rutters card to get the good deals because I don't believe in slowing the line down with unnecessary bull. So watching a cashier tonight look outside while talking to a fellow employee for over five minutes while the line got longer and longer is disturbing to say the least. This store used to be run well. With that said I can tell you that there is no leadership or sense of urgency on the side of the employees. You can take this on face value obviously but I can tell you I'm not the only one that gets semi peeved watching this poop show go down. Thank you for your time and I hope we can rectify this situation. It's supposed to be a "convenience store" is all I'm saying. Not waiters are gonna wait.

I waited 27 minutes for food that was not only cold, but the items were wrong. The employee in the food prep area was unable to multitask and drug her feet around like she just crawled out of bed. When my food was finally ready, she let it sit in the prep area and started looking for something in the refrigerator. She was slow, dressed in warm ups, sloppy, inaccurate and clearly could have cared less.

RUTTERS IN GENERAL IS A GREAT FRANCHISE COFFEE ☕️ SELECTION IS VAST THEY GOT THESE COOL EXPRESSO MACHINES WITH MANY FLAVORS TV SHOWING HORSE 🐎 RACES PLENTY OF SEATS TO DINE IN THEY HAVE GAS BEER TOBACCO PRODUCTS HAND MADE FOOD THAT THEY PRICE THEMSELVES WHICH THEY MAKE EXPENSIVE 1 CHEESEBURGER WAS 7$ ITS WONDERFUL COMING HERE STAFF IS SUPER CHILL THEY HAVE A CLEAN BATHROOM ATM AND YOU CAN PURCHASE A PERSONAL RUTTERS CARD TO SHOP WITH."WHY GO ANYWHERE ELSE"

Good for a quick stop for gas and snacks for the kids. Seemed overall clean but bathrooms could be a little cleaner. Also, paper towel dispenser wasn’t working in women’s bathroom. Staff was friendly.

This location IS OPEN although Google lists it as closed. Their food is tasty and Great to take with you. They have a small eat-in area inside. Food is excellent for "gas station" food. Good gas prices here too...usually lower than many nearby stations.

I really love this convenience store....this store was my first visit to a rutters! One employee at the grill marvin/Melvin etc made me feel really welcome and made my first rutters visit memorable! Great food! The wings were huge! Shame i live in KY rather than PA. Im dying to come back!

I really like the Rutters store in Duncansville Pennsylvania. However, I thought they were going to keep KING "SHEETZ " in line but, I see they have BOWED down to king sheetz in Blair county (concerning gas prices) and KING SHEETZ once again controls rutters as well. So sorry for that. It's back to buying gas at Sam's club. They're 14cents cheaper..
