the Hispanic lady in the deli was awesome. made my order perfectly and very fast. was some issues with the deli manager I believe. I'm at least I think she was the manager. she acted like it but didn't really help at all or seem to know what was going on. may be a smaller store buy operates very efficiently depending in which staff is working. can clearly tell there is tension between ranks. but overall clean store and efficient.

This place is a complete joke! Don't ever expect your food in a timely matter tonight unfortunately I sat and waited 10 mins for a burger and pretzel bites wile the worker talked someone's ear off for 5 mins then left completely and was no where to be found considering there's 3 other employees just walking around, I'm very understanding but this was complete negligence don't bother head to sheetz right up to road or another rutters that's not this one.

Would be five stars , all employees are great and super friendly except for one , young girl with tattoos on her neck and glasses. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate , I had to walk out before I said something I would regret. Very disappointing since this was my daily stop everyday. Looks like I'll be going to the Sheetz up the street from now on.

Visited this store at appx 10:00 am today for milk. Stopped to use restroom. It was occupied. I waited and waited. Finally waited in my car. After appx 20 min...as I was waiting outside the door and knocking, a gal exited. She was a Rutter employee. The commode seat was trashed with feces and down onto floor. A latex glove and towel throw on floor. I personally cleaned up this mess as best I could because after waiting 20 minutes..I HAD to go. If this young gal had no problem with leaving this facility covered with her waste...what on earth is she doing working in a food product store. Where are your managers and who is hiring and training???

I wish I could give this small town rutters a better review, but sadly, during a time of pandemic this store and its employees do not enforce it's mask policy. I have been in here a few times recently, and almost everytime I am there patrons are coming in and remain in the store without masks. It's a threat to the community that we live in, and I will now patronize elsewhere due to this.

I'm being nice by giving it 3 stars. Rutters needs to step it up! When I stop at a convenience store on the way to work, I expect to get iin and be out as quick as possible. It irks me when I'm in line with 5 or 6 people already there, and 1 person on the register! Especially when I see 2 or 3 Rutter's employees n the back room, basically fooling around. They are notoriously known for slow service!

They are the absolute SLOWEST FOR FOOD, doesn't matter who is working nor time of day. Over 15 min for WAFFLES. Plus if u want customers to wear a mask perhaps the employee should wear them properly, wearing them on your chin is useless.

My food was made by a woman with no mask, the women behind the counter wasn’t wearing one either. This is exactly why COVID is STILL spreading rapidly. So disappointed.

For me, this store is on the way to York, and is a good place to stop for gas and/or snacks/drinks. Store also does lottery tickets and tobacco products, as well as touch screens for ordering food.

We have been waiting for food for 45 minutes and they were cooking food that was ordered after ours first. Employees were standing and talking instead of working! Never coming to this location again
