Good gas station! We stopped here for gas (we did not go inside), and it's a decent gas station. The pump was actually fairly high tech - there was a touch screen and the chip less card reader. Also, the price was comparable to the market. And the pump was quick and efficient. No complaints here.

I would like to give a shout out to Aaron, and Bobbie at rutters #47. Bobbie ALWAYS keeps the coffee area CLEAN, ORGANIZED, FULLY STOCKED, the coffee as fresh as possible, and always topped with a little light and very friendly conversation. Then on my way out there is Aaron always chipper, with a big smile leaving me feeling like my business is appreciated. Thank you guys for all your hard work. You have become an integral part of my day.

Very first time visiting this location. Very friendly cashier as well as the two guys who are cooking tonight. The bathroom was clean. Low carb chicken salad was delicious 😋😋😋

The staff are very friendly but check your food BEFORE you leave. I got a very sad amount of fries with my order and there's some sort of bone that was deep fried and thrown in with them. Absolutely no way someone didn't notice it in the clear container they put them in, I mean come on now.. this was my speedy dinner run because my sister is in labor and delivery up the road so I couldn't go back. The rest of my food was good as it usually is.

How about you tell the people who mow your grass to be more considerate of peoples vehicles!!!! How about we put some distance in between where we mow and the cars. The older gentleman with the push mower was cutting the grass litterly up against my grill and bumper that's when I heard a small thump.....while I was sitting in my truck.

I was in the process of ordering food and whichever person handles the food came back in on his smoke break, didn’t even wash his hands, and got started on food. Also, the attitude and shaking his head while whipping the screen abruptly because of the orders that came in. I’m a kitchen manager at a steakhouse and I know for sure I didn’t want my order handled by someone like this, so I cancelled it. Meanwhile walking out, he was slamming kitchen appliances. Whichever worker you had on during New Years around 1am needs to be seriously spoken to.

Always check your food before leaving. The people who prep the food do not pay attention to what is being ordered. I have Cole here various times after working an overnight shift at the hospital uo the road and they never seem to get the food right. I ordered a breakfast wrap with double bacon and double cheese and was charged for it. I open my wrap to see there is not even 3 pieces of bacon and one single piece of cheese. I doubt any of the workers would pay $8 for this so not sure how they think it’s acceptable to make and charge. Bailey has corrected the issue in various occasion but the workers just do not seem to care.

I mistakenly left my credit card at the pump after pumping gas. I realized two hours later and went right back to Rutter’s #47...Unfortunately, my card was no longer at the pump, I checked in with staff and no cards were turned in either as lost & found, but after filing a police report and after the completion of the investigation process... it turns out... A Rutters staff member that was working his shift at the time Took it upon himself to walk out to the pump, took my card, and began charging my card with multiple transactions.Charges have been filed, so that’s a plus but I have had very little success getting in touch with anyone at Rutter’s regarding this manner. You would think they would be a bit concerned or helpful. But NOPE!Coming from someone that had a lot respect for Rutters prior to this...Please!! Be very cautious!!

I just fell in their parking lot because nothing is plowed. The fact that nothing is plowed at 8:30 am is rediculous. There was a guy shoveling the car wash lane...maybe he should shovel around the gas pumps where people are actually standing...pretty sure no one is getting their car washed today!

This is a great Rutters. I have a lot of good memories here as I grew up. Bought a LOT of candy bars, monster energy drinks, and gallons of milk here. Good to support a nice, York-based, family-owned business. They are also very competitive on gas prices! No one prices their gas quite like Rutters does.

My wrap looked like a taco the meat was cold and hard. The only thing I liked was the drink. The bananas were green not yellow and my husbands veggie wrap was not what he expected. He said he should have gone to royal farms.

Stopped in for a snack today. And was very happy with the staff. My food was made great and they got the order perfect. Corbin was pleasant and happy to double check my order was to my liking.

After visiting your station with a friend of mine on 12/31/19 10:20 pm wanted to buy a six pack of beers but was told by the cashier that alcohol is only sold to USA and Canadian citizens. Never heard anything like that before.

Stopped in today to buy a half gallon of milk. There were approximately 15 or so customers in the store and I was the only one wearing a mask. The customer in line in front of me was coughing all over the counter, the cash register PIN pad , and the display of Energy Shots in front of the counter; he wasn’t wearing a mask nor did he bother to cover his mouth or cough into his elbow. Please enforce the mandated PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES for the safety of your customers and your employees!

So glad I paid extra for strawberries in my smoothie....He didnt blend them in he just tossed em on top.I didnt have another 30 minutes to wait for him to do it right.

This is the worst Rutters I have ever been to ever. The workers are useless, they have no pre made food, the little that they have should be thrown out because it is old and yet you are right next door to a new construction site with hundreds of workers...
