I was recently visiting friends and I had never been to a Rutters store . The store was clean and a very good choice of different products. I could have spent hours looking at everything. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was how rude and unprofessional the young man that waited on me was . He thumped his fingers on the counter as if to say “hurry up “. He had his phone on the counter and he was looking over at it instead of helping me with the transaction . I had this feeling that he was not happy doing his job and would rather be somewhere else . In my era the customer paid the paychecks for the store . I appreciate a hello and a thank you after purchasing an item . In conclusion, if I ever come out to visit I will stop into Rutters store .He was an African American young man .

there only one coffee ready at quarter to five and it was watered down when something was said to the worker he said it's early and that's what it is

I often stop here as it's just minutes from my house. Staff pleasant and shelves filled. Made to Order menu great. However it feels a bit small and outdated when compared to other Rutter's in the area. Namely the bathrooms which are really dated. Also only four gas pumps.
