Did not get a chance to get any food but the men’s restroom only has one toilet stall. The staff is nice and friendly and the store is fairly clean. Not a whole lot of truck parking but if you get there early you should be able to get a park.

Very friendly staff and clean fuel pump area.Is a nice stop for fuel and grap something to eat,they also have a truck tire sit area if you need it,most likely not an area for overnight parking since is a residential area.Great food and fast service,place is like a 1/4 mile right off I- 83.

I go here every day before/during work for lunch and breakfast. The register workers are super nice. Unfortunately the kitchen staff isn't, and doesn't like being told their mistakes.I've purchased multiple pepperjack tornados that turn out to be pepperoni. Imagine if I had a dietary restriction or didnt eat meat. Then I get an attitude when I tell them its the wrong item .Again, love the workers upfront. Wish theyd rehire all the kitchen staff though. I only eat premade stuff because I dont trust them to get my orders right, hell, they cant even get the premade stuff right!

Parking for trucks isn't very large and spots are very tight but the bathroom is super clean and nice, lots of great food and extra things you can get that aren't available at the other big chain truck stops.

I asked the manager for chicken and egg breakfast sandwiches. They are on the shelf every day now and of course top notch. Others must have also discovered how great that combo is.

1 star is what I'm given. They put these new coffee machines in watered down coffee. Everyone comes to rutters because they made their coffee the old fashioned way a good cup of Joe. So no more rutters for my worker's and I. By the way the one star is only for the night shift cook. Other than that rutters is now off the list.

Food is delicious. Cheap too. I can promise that it’s safer to eat at this location than most restaurants, food temperatures checked frequently, they pull out expired foods(hours before they actually expire too) That’s true for food in the deli and out of the deli too.

I stop every day before and during work. Always really nice and friendly, and the store is always clean.However, at least 2 out of every 5 times I get a pepperjack tornado, I recieve a pepperoni. Luckily, I dont have allergies and it doesnt go against my diet. But they are gross and I usually just toss it, as I'm on break and don't have time to wait for them to make the proper one.The wrong person gets served something clearly labeled as pepperjack only to recieve a meat item? You're looking at law suit.

So it's been a while since I reviewed this store and I have to say, it's gone downhill. The staff that is still there from my original review are all still great, however there is a new manager back in the food area that will avoid anyone who has any concerns, is always rude, clearly doesn't know what he's doing, and always seems "stoned" when you walk in the store. There has been a loss of standards throughout the whole store, and while I'm all for gambling, the "game room" makes it very difficult to get from one side of the store to the other. I've been frequently heading to Sheetz lately because of this, and honestly, it's sad.The people who work here are easily, second to none, the friendliest and most courteous people you'll ever meet! The food is always fresh and never takes long, anything you could need, you'll find here, and for a gas station in PA, the beer selection isn't bad either!

Only recently had the chance to go to this location, and it’s my new favorite. Huge parking lot and great store inside. Just off 30 and 83 so super easy to get to and not out of the way really. Ordered food and it was ready by the time I came back from paying.

You might want to check your food. I ordered the pastrami burger with pickles and mustard, just spent 20 minutes in the bathroom with cold sweats too weak to even stand up. I had to lay on the floor with sweat beading off my arms and forehead while literally losing everything liquid out of the solid end... terrible feeling having food poisoning like this.

One of my favorite gas stations and convenience stores. Usually stop here every time I pass by heading south. Nicely laid out with lots of room and extra parking space.

Iam a customer at rutters and i understand their parking policies as parking for customers only and no overnight parking as 2 signs where put on my window of my pick up truck...i went in to talk to manager to see if he will make an exception being i only park my pick up during the day and my semi overnight not for multiple days and explain that iam a customer as i spend over $1500 a month on diesel fuel plus buy gas and food also from their establishment. I was told no i cannot park so with that said ill be taking my business to sheetz instead.

I must say, I am highly disappointed. I come here almost every day for lunch. It's what I look forward to during long agonizing work days. The people are beyond nice, the food is absolutely delicious. I'll normally get a burger or a quesadilla or wings or a pizza. If I'm in a rush I'll stay away from the pizza or wings -- these take at least ten mins to cook. Well today I walk in the door and there's a MASSIVE congregation of people standing waiting to pick up their food. It was like the food was coming packed with gold and diamonds today or something. Instead of ordering from the little machine, I opted to check out what pre-made food they had today. This is where the issues begin. I noticed they had a regular cheeseburger for $4.19. Sitting next to it was a DOUBLE cheeseburger... fat and juicy dripping with extra cheese. However, this burger was $6.19-- for those non-math majors out there, that's a who $2 extra. For what? ONE more party? Ridiculous. BUT I decided to buy it anyway. I thought "wow, for two whole extra bucks this must be an outstanding piece of meat". Boy was I wrong. Both burger patties were over cooked, dry, crumbly things. And to top it off, the bun was HARD. Hard like a rock. I probably could have used it as a door knocker and hear my guests arriving from the second floor. I ate it anyway because if you think I'm gonna wiggle my way through the hoard of people waiting for their diamond-infused mac and cheese bites, you're off your rocker. That's when I notice the "burger" was prepared at 10am. It is now after 12noon. In what world do you think it's ok to leave a burger sitting around for more than 2 hours? Ok, the heating device it's placed on awaiting some hungry sap to come spend money on it I'm sure is up to whatever the code for these types of situations is .... but the least they could do is make sure the bread isn't stale if they intend to leave it sitting for two hours. To wrap up, I will be back at this rutters in the future, but I can only hope my visit is a little more pleasant next time.

I had the pleasure of going to this Rutters with the vice president of marketing (I happened to be traveling with his son). Not only was he a great guy, he has a great store. Although this one's a bit older than some others, he assured me, the quality was all here. Certainly, Rutters could give Sheetz a run for their money. They could stand to do some more graphic design work, but the hand-written signage in certain areas is kind of charming. Of course you can get all kinds of cold drinks and snacks, but the real question is, how is the food made to order? In short, it's GOOD! You use a touch-screen panel (slightly janky in design but pretty straightforward) and some folks in the kitchen make your food and call your number. There was a bit of a wait, but it looked like some new folks were training. I got some kinda chicken sandwich, toasted on GARLIC bread, and appreciated the fresh green pepper slices I added. It hit the spot!

Rutter’s Motto is “Why go anywhere else?”. Probably not the best question to use as a slogan...but since you’ve asked-1) The MTO food is overpriced and a terrible value. There are a at least 10 other alternatives within a 1 mile drive that offer a much better breakfast or lunch/dinner combo.2) The Mountain Dew Black Cherry Kick Start was taken out of the fountain machine for these stupid, generic craft sodas that nobody will drink.3) The ApplePay service has only worked on one register for months at store #15. Super frustrating that nobody cares enough to fix it.4) The slushy prices will be at least $.50 more than any other gas station in York during the summer. Fortunately the slushy machines will not be working half of the time, saving folks from paying their ridiculous prices.5) There’s a clear lack of leadership on location. One of the girls working the MTO counter at store # 15 stepped away briefly to make out with her boyfriend at the end of the MTO counter before returning to prepare food. If there was a culture of professionalism established, this wouldn’t be an issue.There’s plenty more reasons but I’ll try to keep it to my top five. Hopefully someone can take this feedback and do something with it. Thanks.

No fuel locks on pump nozzles for diesel. My truck has 2 tanks and I usually fill both at once.Just another reason to stop going to Rutters.

Horrible people who work here. Nasty attitudes employees and manager. Ask them to do somthing simple like their job, it's the end of the world. Food is always cold.

I esp really like ur storez, better than ur competion 1'z! I m generally a pretty happy camper... First the co-worker deleted my food order, so she had to ask for my receipt to complete my order.... 2nd I ordered a large apple cider and when i received it, it wasn't even full.... 3rd my wrap was made with the wrong sauce and didnt get all my ordered toppings on it.... usually love coming here because it's always good but this time was horrible... oh also the cashier was on the phone the whole time while ringing me out and she had to rescan my rutters card about 4 times... very unhappy and wont be back for a while.

The idea of a gambling room is a good idea until you realize that penn national has to be called for anything having to do with the gambling room the rutters attendant cant do anything but call penn national and they have to send a tech out so now im gambling my girlfriend puts money in a machine n the screen goes blank with her money still in it and we have to wait for a tech to come out either rutters associates need to be trained to handle machine problems or penn national needs a tech onsite 24 hours

I have parked at this location once before, over night, i didnt order any food at that that time, partly due to fear of using a touch screen, but not this time, i was very impressed with my order and the quality, very friendly service and the food and coffee are awesome, if your in the area you must stop here, we have a Dairy store similar in Oklahoma called Braums, which is really good, but i think they could learn something from Sutters, and i dont say that to be mean, its just true, and I love Braums
