Worst pharmacy. There was an issue because of store policy, and that's fine, not their fault, but while I'm talking to them to try and resolve the issue, they straight up IGNORED me because they were listening to two girls talking beside us.

Been without medication for two days since they aren't open on Sundays, Monday I come in and they are still closed, absolutely ridiculous and the employees just didn't care

Literally worst rite aid iv ever been to I drop my drink cleaned it up hands full of bags ur employee told me to take it out side I’ll never be back update here again today manager on phone standing a line seven deep not a single employee in sight why dose this rite aid suck so bad why do ur empoylees be so disrespectful why are all ur drinks and candy empty just shut this store down ur making ur self look bad

I go to this pharmacy often. I rarely have to wait and checkout is usually pretty quick. I trust them with my medical questions because they always seem to be able to give insightful answers about which medicines can help with whatever ailment I'm dealing with. If I could change anything, I suppose I would request that they are giving me more information at point of sale about how often I should be taking the medicine and how to do it (like should I take it with food?).

I am convinced that they just make up their own hours. They are never there according to the business hours. This has happened at least 20 times where I come to the store and they are closed when they are supposed to be open. There is supposed to be conveniency and having you guys downtown. But your never open

I like this rite aid the best friendly always stocked up the desr ok unless u catch them when the good deals happen if not its gone quick but the pharmacy is fast and 95 %of them are eye candy so I don't mind waiting a few minutes for my presentation.

They unjustly fired their employee in an incident that never would have happened had they hired a security guard to protect both their staff and their customers. Seeing how little they value either, I'll be avoiding this Rite Aid and all others.

I called, indignant, at what I thought was their mistake. Turns out, it was my error. The pharmacist was so kind and helpful. She corrected the problem immediately.

Esta es la peor farmacia que existe en la faz de la tierra. Para mi, tienen el servicio mas mezquino que jamas un cliente puede obtener. Les explico: Fui por un servicio de Western Union, pedí asistencia con una de las cajeras, al parecer me vio cara de ladrona, sin preámbulo me dijo VETE DE AQUI O TE PATEO EL TRASERO. Solicité hablar con la mánager, y esa es peor que la cajera. (INCLUSO PEDÍ UNA LLAMADA POR TELEFONO CON UN OPERADOR DE WESTERN UNION, Y LA CAJERA, UNA SALVAJE, ME COLGÓ LA LLAMADA).No sé cómo es que una farmacia de renombre tiene un personal tan mal calificado, sin calidad en el servicio. Si usted no se siente bien no pague sus culpas con los clientes. La cortesía vale mucho y es un referente de los negocios con ética profesional.Sentí mucha impotencia por ver como me pisotearon sin ningún motivo, pero creo en Dios y todo tiene su paga.
