Always takes forever just to get my script … I get a text saying my prescription is filled and it never is. I always have issues with this pharmacy… I went back 3 times ..3 different days to see if my prescription is filled when the woman at the counter told me it will be the next day and will be ready in the morning .. went back to the pharmacy the next day and it still was not ready… I do not recommend dealing with this pharmacy.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life! I don’t leave bad reviews very often but this place deserves it. DO NOT GO HERE! I promise you there will be some type of issue. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for the past 3 months because I had no other choice and every time I went in there to fill a prescription there was some type of issue. They NEVER answer the phone so forget it. The one lady that works in there is extremely rude and always gives everyone a hard time, but hides her rudeness behind sarcastic manners! I have never filed a complaint in my life but I filed one against this pharmacy! The staff do not care about their job in there and are lazy as hell! Find another pharmacy because this is not the one!

Every time we have to deal with this pharmacy there is always a problem. They didn't get it, they had It never called and put it back. Then there's the attitude's. They hate there job. They will get to it later. I really don't understand them there are way to many competitor's around that appreciate your business.

Went to pick up prescriptions and decided to check for empty bottles maybe one that can spray for some homemade oil, while we were there and then stop at a dollar store when we didn't find anything. Found perfect empty bottles that were also on sale 2 for $3. Didn't have to stop at a dollar store at all. Love this place. The people are friendly and helpful about anything that I need. Now, found out can find just about anything we need there as well so I will be looking there first for things.

I’ve been going here for my prescriptions for a bout a year now. I understand that it is a part of their job to not give prescriptions earlier than 2 days before it’s due, and to look out for people who maybe abusing the drugs they’re prescribed. I’ve been prescribed a controlled substance for 20 years now. I call into my doctors office a week before it’s due because that’s what my doctor tells me to do, and I know they can’t fill it until 2 days before it’s filled. Im a very busy person I work 50-60 hour weeks sometimes, and I don’t have a lot of free time, I lose track of days and I often forget the date/day of the week. I’ve never actually ran out of my prescriptions, sometimes I forget to take it all together and I’ll end up with extras. It’s not that I’m running out before they’re due for refills it’s that I try to get them when I know I have time to get them. On 2 separate occasions I tried to get my prescriptions 3 days before it was due for a refill instead of 2 days. Again I understand that it is apart of their job, and I apologized and explained that that day I knew I had the time to come get it and I didn’t have time any other day that week, but despite that they treat me like a criminal for coming in before I could get my prescriptions. I’m sure they see a lot of people that abuse their medication but I do not appreciate being treated the way I have been by the pharmacists there. It’s not their job to pass judgment on me, or anyone else for that matter. Because of that I took my business else where. I’m sure they’re good people, but I don’t appreciate the way that they treated me there.

The employees seem willing and able to go out of their way in order to serve their customers, and Denise, the current manager, is knowledgeable, pleasant, and appears to have a great repoire with her staff, which I believe overall leads to an efficient workforce! Keep up the good work!

I have never had any issues there. Everyone has always been very polite and nice. I work in retail and definitley know that you can't please everyone, people come in with attitudes and that attitude makes them the most miserable people to deal with, nothing you do will ever satisfy them. So you employees at Rite Aid keep your heads up, you do a wonderful job.

I went to get my usual prescription filled when I got home I realized the prescription was different the lady hadn’t told me that before hand she just gave it to me in the bag. When I went to return it they actually gave me a Lil push back. It was very unprofessional.

I love Rite Aid at 1400 West Market Street they have very friendly workers. Of course I've been going there for so long that I know most of the people there are some new ones that I don't know because I can't walk anymore so they deliver my medications to meThere's a few employees there that I just love so much you're always there to help and lend a helping handPlus the people that are in the pharmacy they are super great.

What kind of drug store opens at 9AM? Every other drug store opens at 8AM. Some other drug stores are 24 hours.
