I wish I could go above Five Stars for this facility, as the staff treat you like you are one amongst their family. Walking in this place makes me feel like I’m visiting my loved ones on a cold winter day after a long road trip where they greet you with warm loving arms and giving you a fresh, warm bowl of chicken noodle soup to warm your heart and soul <3 not to mention the prices beat a lot of other places ;) if you want professional, yet friendly interaction and quality medicine, this is your shop. Another great experience at RISE York, Nancy and Bridget greeted me with a "happy 420", just inside the door. Liza was my bud tender and did great and as always Lexi was there to make a great recommendation for focus. And I can't forget River and Audrey who always make me laugh.

This is THE best dispensary in York and Adam’s counties. I live 2 blocks from a different dispensary in another town and there is a 3rd dispensary 10 miles away. But I don’t go to either one. Instead I drive 45 minutes to get to Rise simply because they are always 100% with array of products and the most knowledgeable staff anywhere. Extremely helpful and updated on products. I’ve had less than good experiences at the other 2 dispensaries in my area so I am grateful for Rise and its staff.

The people here are nice and they have a pretty good selection. However I just wish they'd not announce your address, and so loudly. If they could incorporate a system where they wrote the digits of your address down, amnd then discard the paper I would feel much better. I had a guy peer over my shoulder where he could see my name by looking at my Medical ID which we have to sit on the counter. I purchase a good amount so I draw attention when they announce my total which makes me even more nervous. All he had to do is Google my name and my address digits and my home address pops up. This makes me very nervous and now I feel I have to put extra safety measures in place because of the lack of privacy. I like this place but I'm thinking twice nowadays.

From the woman who opened the door for me to the Pharmacist and the cashier, Rise was amazing! They all were very helpful and kind. I had such anxiety and they were so understanding. I’ve been coming here for about two years or so now. And I have NEVER had a bad experience. The workers are all so nice and informative. Coming from someone who likes to ask questions, they always have an answer. Today, Rebecca helped me out and made sure I got the what I came for and was happy. She informed me more in debt how the points work. Love this shop and will forever give them my business!Stop by after months of not coming in due to some personal reasons and the fact I was welcomed with open arms and Rebecca remembering exactly who I was. It shows how much they truly value their customers.

The checking out process is seamless, with Rebecca's extensive knowledge of all things cannabis and River's recommendations of strains never disappointing.I choose this location time and time again because of them! This store is my favorite and 100% my preferred dispensary! The store is clean, organized, and trendy/locate decor! (With a good parking lot too) I have been going to this store for over 4 years now and they have yet to disappoint. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. They will find you the best deals and products that are right for you! And speaking of inventory they carry the best products and accessories around. They help make experience easy and pleasant. First time there. Service was excellent, I got Chris both at entry to learn what to do and at check out, so if you get the chance to chat him up, do so he very knowledgeable. I’m sure the line can be long certain times of the day, but I was in and out without a preorder in a very reasonable pace. Definitely stopping back

Organic Remedies in York is always a staple! I honestly haven’t been in years but Rebecca made me feel so welcomed and right at home! Recommended their favorite strains to me, talked to me about the future of the industry, even told me of an OR that is local to me! Whatever you’re paying Rebecca (and all of the team for that matter), it isn’t enough! I don't get to this RISE very often, but when I do, I am always happy with the visit. This week I had Chris helping me at the counter, and like everyone else I have dealt with there, he was great.This may sound minor, but a pet peeve of mine is when the dispensary applies labels to the product in a way that covers some of the manufacturer's text on the packaging. That NEVER happens to me at RISE, but it does at other local dispensaries.

It's a medical bud dispensary in an archaic state. The majority of the staff are friendly, kind and seemingly knowledgeable. Due to no fault of their own, I've noticed they're becoming very transactional which I'm sure is no fault of these tenders, more likely the company is just trying justify another big bonus for the board members. The selection is much larger compared to others in the area. The points system is a weak sauce.
