We were coming up to a year in our new home and began looking for a company to service our HVAC System. We found Prime Home who had several options for service. We decided to set an appointment. Nathan did a very thorough job on our system, carefully explained to me what he was doing, and suggested some things we might consider that could improve the life of the system and protect our family health. He also used his iPad to show me everything in detail, as well as emailed to me what we discussed. We are very pleased with his work and are considering an annual maintenance contract.

Wanted to convert my ductless oil-burning system to something more affordable that also gave me AC, so contacted several contractors regarding ductless mini-systems. All seemed like they knew what they were talking about, but Nathan with Prime gave me the most confidence that the system he proposed would get me completely off oil. He was also the most responsive to any questions I had and visited several times to insure I was well-informed about the process. Once I accepted their proposal, the work was scheduled quickly and completed within 4 days (6 heads and 3 outdoor units) in spite of being short-staffed due to illness for two of those days.Just turned off the oil system and activated the ductless, and once I figured out that the sun icon means 'heat' and not 'summer', I was quite satisfied with the heat it produces and am sure I'll be equally satisfied with the AC (well, unless my electric bills become unaffordable - too soon to tell). But as far as Prime is concerned, I'd recommend them without concern. Dustin and Byron (and Nathan) did a great job with the install and explained everything thoroughly. I have confidence they'll be equally great to work with for maintenance and repairs.

We worked with Nathan from Prime HVAC. Prime HVAC was on time and on budget, which was a big ask as we had an unexpected house gut and remodel and needed an HVAC magician to make it all work. He was able to design the systems to fit our needs at a great price! We have Nest thermostats that we can control with our phones which is super helpful when traveling, or even laying in bed and needing it a few degrees cooler in the summer or warmer in the winter. I would highly recommend Prime HVAC. On a cold fall day we lost heat suddenly from one of our units that heats our downstairs. Prime quickly fit us in their schedule in less than 24 hours. Nathan and his team were amazing! They were able to identify the issue with my AC unit quickly (moved into this new home last year and this was the first time using the AC). Nathan has been amazingly supportive throughout this whole process. I am dealing with a home warranty company who really would like for me to just go away. But Nathan is weathering the storm with me. After having a complete system install last year from a previous company, I had Nathan and Dustin from Prime Home HVAC come to my home to tune up my AC system. I was informed by them that it makes no sense for my brand new unit to not have a hard start placed onto it from the beginning. They said the hard start would elongate the life of my compressor, ensuring my system lasts for quite some time. I appreciate their prompt arrival, and the vast amount of information provided regarding keeping my new system in great working order for hopefully quite a long time. I won’t use names, but I will be turning my back on the previous company, and solely using Prime Home for my HVAC needs for the foreseeable future. Prime HVAC installed 2 systems in our house. Electric in the attic to serve the second floor, Natural Gas in the basement for the first floor. We couldn't be happier with the service, the team and the products, they are responsive and timely when we have questions or need service. Everyone we worked with were professional, clean, and courteous, and the price was great. Other contractors who quoted our project seemed either astronomical or fly by night. We have since had them back to install a UV filter in the system and the kids seem to not be getting sick like they used to. Excellent service! Nathan came to my home to inspect the current system and thoroughly understand my wants and needs. He was able to make several recommendations based on my budget and we decided to replace the entire old and inefficient heat pump and air handler unit, as well as upgrading the thermostat to a wi-fi enabled unit that can be controlled from my phone. He was even able to change the configuration and size of the furnace filter, making it easier to remove and replace with a more standard size. The service was timely, cleanly and overall very professional. They worked with us on the quote, and were able to install the next day after signing.The salesman was great, and the tech’s were fantastic. Bought this house last summer and wouldn’t you know it this summer the AC system decided to go and freeze up. Can’t say enough about this HVAC company. I had another company come out (not going to state names) but they told me my system was completely dead and it needed to be replaced. I had service tech Nathan come out and within 30 mins he had my unit back up and running and was priced very reasonably. I also signed up for their membership plan as it was a no brainer not to. Very easy process from start to finish. I liked that I was able to schedule online and when I needed to call and make a timing change they were very accommodating.
