Marlene did an amazing job with Jasper, he is a nervous puppy and still not use to grooming but she took her time with him to make him more comfortable. She did a great job and he looks amazing!

I honestly am very disappointed with Grooming, I went in about a week ago to get my Husky groomed. I got the deshedding treatment and I even told them after she was done she still had a ton of hair that was coming off. The manager gave me a 10% discount that was all. I paid 82 dollars for this and it was a waste of money. Not to mention my dog looked super stressed when I picked her up almost as if she was scared. If I find out someone put hands on my dog I’m gonna really do some damage to this company.

I was at the Loucks Rd location the other day to pick up some pet supplies. When I got to the register to pay, and it asked if I wanted to make a donation, I declined. The man with long hair behind the counter let out an "awwww", like a gesture towards me to make me feel bad or guilty for not donating I guess. I do not appreciate that at all. What this guy doesn't know is that I have a dog with an autoimmune disease that costs me thousands of dollars a year to treat. Between medications, tests, vet & specialist visits, I often don't have extra money. I also have other pets at home that care for as well. It all costs money. If my business at your store & me choosing to spend my money on your merchandise alone isn't good enough, then I will gladly be taking my business to the other local pet stores where I won't be made to feel guilty for not always donating.

Highly recommend not to go there on a Saturday afternoon just came from there. Went there to get a allergy eater for my tank and apparently the staff member was too busy getting fish for her personal tank I get all my fish there and supplies for the last eight years and never had a problem till today

Store was clean and there were a lot of items in stock and also on sale. The cashier wasn’t the nicest but the individual who grabbed some fish for me was very nice and super helpful

Love this petsmart, it's close by my job, they have a wonderful adoption agency, shelves are stocked with what I need when I need it. Service is super friendly :) love the workers! Best Petsmart I've been to in a long time!

I have been coming here for years always loved it. Today however a woman answered and told my child that she could just Google how the product works she's isn't a vet. If you don't like your job then find a new one. I have never went to a pet store and an employee just didn't want to help you.

We went to get my boyfriends beta some plants today. We always stop by the beta selection. Dead center there was a deceased one. It was absolutely disgusting you could tell it was there for awhile. So I took it to the counter and told the lady about it. All she told me was that she was going to put it right back on their display and if I didn’t like that to take it back to the aquatics person. Absolutely disgusting behavior. She should not have her job there she does not care about the animal care there. I’ve met many employees there as it is my local pet shop and they’re amazing. Don’t know what went wrong with this one. She was rude, lazy, and showed that she didn’t care about those animals nor the customers that would be seeing the fish.

I like the store and the products. I just find that the employees are given the wrong information and are either recommending products based on price or "popularity" vs the actual best interest of the pet. Simply because they don't know the best interest of the pet.I do wish they had washable fabric pee pads though. I never see them there. :/Otherwise nice store. It's always clean and employees are available.

I have a rabbit and some Oscar's and African cichlid, my mom has a dog and a parrot and cat and my sone has a dog and cat. We can find everything we need at decent prices.

PetSmart always has plenty of stock to choose from and I find the prices to be fair. Some stores have little cat product and more for dogs but they are the same for either. Store personnel can assist with any questions and are always friendly. Checkout is normally pretty fast.

Brought my new puppy in for a few things. The staff was so wonderful. Shannon did a bath for her. Another girl helped me pick out food, collar, leash, harness, and a bowl. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you so much Girls ❤ I will be back!

Always friendly staff that treat my baby well. No one has ever stigmatized her or ignored her based on her breed. Staff will pet her and talk to her. I love coming here for bi weekly toys for my super chewer.

Very clean and always stocked with our cats favorite dry food "Authority" brand. They love it! We also swear by using wood shavings and pine pellets over traditional cat litter. It last longer, smells better, & is easier to clean cat boxes too.
