I cannot say enough good things about this store, and would give more stars if I could. The staff is fantastic and always attentive as soon as you walk through the door. They even get on the floor with my dog and shower her with treats. The store is clean, well organized, and always stocked with products. My dog and I love coming here, and will always continue to do so!

Today I used the dog wash for the first time. Wonderful!Staff is very helpful. Baths are clean. Water pressure is great. Dryers are strong. Dry apron from me, and dog shampoo and treats are included. Total cost is $10.60 with tax.I highly recommend this Pet Valu!

They are always amazing to us and our dog. They always give her treats and pet her. They have a lot of natural options which I love. Their bath stations are amazing and make it so easy to bathe a bigger dog especially. I just want to thank you guys so much for always being my dogs favorite errand to run!!

I've been here three times and the staff have been so friendly and helpful. I've bathed my dog twice, they have lots of towels, three tubs, two drying stations (I just use lots of towels because my dog doesn't like the dryer sound). I have an English Mastiff, a big thick dog at like 160lbs, and he fits well in their biggest tub. He has space to turn around, though I'm kind of short so I do have to lean a lot over their thick tub wall.They provide plenty of shampoo, but not a brush, so I bought a scrub brush (a plastic curry brush) from them and I'll bring it myself next time.I go very early in the morning and I've never had to wait to bathe my dog.They often seem to have adoption events or sales or deals, so I would check the sign out front or call the store.

Going to this store, like most of the Pet Valu stores I have been to, is always a good experience. I have been going there once a month for the last 7 months to get food for my two dogs. Everyone who I've interacted with there is pleasant and helpful. I will gladly continue to shop here.

Great pet store. Love the dog bath area and so does my Golden Retriever Cooper. After each bath he picks out a treat in the store and the staff always greats him and gives him some small treats at the checkout.

We went in to use the bath for our dog. They have three size tubs, dog shampoo, towels, fur dryer and aprons for us to wear. Not only was it convenient and worth the money to have everything there with little clean up to do, the staff is very professional and super helpful with everything. They were very forgiving of our bad dog who peed in the store. The dog bath was 10 bucks, in my opinion very worth it to have everything right there on hand. They also have two different hook ups to keep your dog in the tub for the bath.

Great place to go to wash your pet! They have everything you need! $10 is a great deal for a dog wash. Always clean and the staff is always helpful if you need them. They have a lot of great pet products as well!

The manager was very helpful. He asked about our animals and what specifically we were shopping for. When I told him our was my first time there he took the time to show us each area of the storeand answered my many questions on the toys for dogs. My dogs are small/ toy breedsbut they chew threw toys made for 100lb dogs and he wad kind enough to explain the differences, other people's experiences and the best value. I will definitely be going back, the toys he recommended are actually still holding up and normally my 3 dogs go through them within a day or 2 and is been a few weeks. The toys were reasonably priced, they're tough and it's a great atmosphere. I would recommend this place to any dog, cat, or small domestic animal owner! They have a great selection and the quality for the price beats the major chains. I spent about $40 and I still have every item. I spend twice that much in half the time at other pet retailers bc the toys are of lower quality.

Nice pet store that we visit on occasion when we are in the area and need food and supplies for the dog. The people there seem to genuinely care about the animals and their selection is pretty vast for such a small place. The prices are a little more expensive but it is still a physical store to visit and actually see what you are getting instead of ordering off of the internet.

We LOVE the DIY pet baths they are perfect for my dog who HATES a bath. Not yo mention they're clean and well maintained. Staff ate always cheery and ready to help!

I guess its a pet store? Well as long as your pet is a cat or a dog other wise nothing for you here. Bigger reptile section at your local grocery store sadly. Cant even get the live food needed for basic lizard or turtle needs. Do your self a favour and drive right past and support a PET store that offers more then just fresh baked dog treats and doggie sweaters

Prices are little $$$ but they are very knowledgeable about their pet products and they do have a place so you can wash your pet and clean them up which is a great service

Pet Valu is my home store for pet food the managers here are so incredible they remember you on a first-name basis and the food that your pets eat I can't say enough about the customer service that I receive in this location as well as the customer deals me and my family in Pat would never go anywhere else but Pet Valu thank you from Max Korra and The Armors!
