After checking out various doggie day care in my area I decided on Morgan's Paws Pet Care. My dog is well cared for and the staff is fantastic. Prices are reasonable as well. I have been bringing my dog here twice a month for some time now. Check them out.

I love this place. We had to hurry and find a place at the last minute. From start to finish, Abby and the entire staff at Morgan’s very so understanding, accommodating and thoughtful. I felt like our dogs were in great hands! Plus, they have a really fun and friendly facility. Highly highly recommend!!!!

Owner & manager have good intentions, poor delivery. Owner struggles with her anger control and makes sure everyone has a bad day if she is having a bad day. Safety concerns for both staff and the dogs that attend daycare and boarding, although owner is working to get a lot fixed. Impossible to bring concerns to owner without negative repercussions I.e being cussed at, put down/talked down to, or blatantly ignored. Owner talks behind employees backs. Toxic workplace drama often.Can be the best place, can be the literal worst. all depends on the owners mood of the day.

Started taking my dog Grace here a little over a year ago and she loves it. She has friends there, the staff are kind and care about the dogs, and they keep her in the medium dog room instead of the large due to her temperament. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Plus she always comes home needing a rest.

Fantastic groomer!I am updating my review as we used their boarding services. I can't rave enough how great this experience was. From caring intake crew to the great care our dog had. We also adore Elyii. She is an amazing kind person in addition to being a great groomer.

I am so glad we found Morgan's Paws! We've boarded our dogs, Winston and Layla, here twice so far, and both times they have come home happy as can be. The additional services are fantastic (treat bags, extra playtime, bedtime stories and tuck-ins, etc.). The staff are great and so accommodating. I know they take great care of our pups in our absence, and we will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

The people here are the best I've ever met when it comes to caring for my dog. She is temperamental and had a lame leg while she spray stayed here. I had just moved and they have a discount for the month. The way they treated her and how my dog warmed up to them so quickly was amazing. For the size of the room dogs get and the amount of interaction they receive each day the cost of keeping your dog here is a steal.

For those that are interested in working at that dog daycare either: don’t do it or be warned! As a former employee who worked there over a year and half without any break, never called in, or taking any time off, the owner carries a huge attitude who’ll yell at her employees unapologetically whenever errors are found or when she has a bad day. New employees are hired immediately wouldn’t last long, will then quit due to the infinity toxic environment and drama whenever things go wrong throughout the building is the main reason this dog daycare is understaffed. They’re always trying to hire more employees in which most of them wouldn’t stay. Keep in mind, they’ll scream at you over through mistakes whether somebody forgot to do, left something hazardous, or other scapegoating etcs. Also, be FULLY aware according to their online job application policy, you’ll be working your butt off constantly throughout the holidays (not just only the big Thanksgiving and Christmas season). It doesn’t matter if you have a day off on a holiday or even having enough staff to cover up the shift, they’ll make you come to work anyway. Or besides the holiday pays, this goes for the same result if someone called off or when the staff becomes incredibly short. They’ll give you more extra workload day after day (sometimes a whole entire week without a break! Even after this passes by, you had to keep on working until you reach your upcoming day off)! No matter how hard-working you are or how long you’ve worked for this company, they’ll never notify you for deserving some time off or recognizing you after all of the process you’ve done! The only way to get time off was to discuss with the owner in which I’ve heard she never liked accommodating to people’s needs I’m assuming she never lets hard-working employees take PTO at all! Even on a board in the employee hallway says “DO NOT REQUEST OFF ON THE HOLIDAYS!” says it all! During all of my time when I’ve worked there, I was overworked and stressed out it became so unbearable and completely useless to work out with these solutions! I’ve had no any other option than to abolish my workdays at this trashy jungle by not showing up, moving forward to another employment elsewhere. If you needed time off on a job, this is NOT the location for you as you’ll become a slave to them! No life-balance existed in their policy at all! Just nothing more than a crook, false advertisement non-existing “benefit” to bring another new worker in to join the team to become a number to be humiliated from the asinine owner, PM management, and some of the coworkers too! WORST. WORKPLACE. EVER! 👎🏼

I've always taken my furbabies here to be groomed and they have always looked amazing when finished. One of my babies, a Newfoundland has severe separation anxiety which I explained to the groomer and never let's anyone else touch him. When I picked him up. She told me what a good boy he was and had even given her kisses. I was amazed. She built an excellent report with him and I will continue going back there. He's camera shy so unfortunately I'm unable to post a picture.

Haven't gotten to the part where I bring my dogs in, but through phone calls and a visit I can tell you that staff is responsive, nice and understanding. I had to reschedule and then also forgot vaccination but the staff was helpful and reassured me we could schedule walk through once completely vaccinated. Don't forget your Bordatella vaccine!

Our fur baby loves coming to doggy daycare here!! She gets so happy the moment this building is in sight. The staff is always helpful and nice. Prices are great for a full day and a pup cup appx $34. The online cameras are a little glitchy but it’s great the option is there!

Wow, fastest nail trimming on our Beagle anywhere. She was very friendly and Barry went back with no issue. Great price and his nail no longer scratch my leg up!!

First time boarding my dog here and the last. First off; you're checked in by a disrespectful staff (at least the young girl who checked me in was). Then they tell you that they can't run your card at the moment since they don't know where all the discounts apply. Then they were supposed to get back to me with all the final charges, but never heard anything back. After I picked up my dog I was driving and noticed that he had something on his face. I looked at it closer and it looked like a bite. So I pulled over and looked him over better and sure enough it was a fresh bite. And no one ever said anything to me about him getting bit. So I call right away to speak to a manager and/or owner. That evening I get a call from the office manager. After I explain that he's been bit; all she kept saying is that my staff didn't report anything or see anything and that thing's happen like this when dogs play. My dogs been to plenty of day camp and it's not a rountinly thing that he comes home with (never). He was even covered in dinge yellow like he was rolling in pee. No one even attemted to wipe him down or anything. Then I'm told by the office manager that I could have washed him down myself. Hmmm, not like I knew that since this is my first time and no one ever breifed me on all the amenities that where a available. No, I'm told by the office manager I should've read the web page (hmmm, trying to get ready for vacation and that's not on my priority list). It's like saying, you could also have your staff inform new clients about the extra amenities.

I was very nervous to board my doggies for the first time but Morgan's Paws was amazing! I came here because I especially liked how they have a 24/7 webcam access to your pets which was very reassuring for me. Also it didn't feel like I was walking into a jail cell like others I have seen. Very spacious and a calm environment. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my wants/needs. Thank you so much!!

We have had nothing but great experiences with Morgan's Paws! Tyrion loves going there. He has a "special" collar that he only wears there and when it comes out of the drawer he loses his mind. He gets so excited to go to doggie daycare that he can't stop vocalizing and pacing in the car.

Was not happy with the quality of this place. The hours of operation are probably one of the best highlights of this place. However I brought my dog here for the 1st time and was going to do a 1/2 of day care to get her acclimated to a new daycare. However I did not feel comfortable after about 30 minutes of watching the Web Cam. Much of that time the staff member who is in the Room was on their phone. When I asked the manager if they are allowed on their phone she said yes this is how they communicate with other staff in the building. Which is fine I understand that communication needs to happen but I also am familiar that there are mannerisms and micro behaviors that occur and It's pretty difficult to do that when the staff is on their phone and not paying attention to the dogs. When I brought this up to the owner she just stated that they've been doing this for years and if I didn't like it She'd be more than happy to get my dog for me. With her response of handling the situation I decided that this might not be a good fit for my dog and asked her to go get her. I see now why they have a rating of 3.2. The dogs also just Play in a cement basement type environment. And if you don't believe me please go to their Web Cam and see how long the staff members are on their phone not paying attention to your dogs.

I have had my fur babies at many facilities in the past. Morgan's paws is the only place that two of mine would let people touch their feet. It is nice to know I can check up on my babies any time on the web cams. Grooming and daycare is 100% the best

Karla, David, Chelsea and Roxanne would do anything for any of the animals that walk into this place. Knowing all of these people personally and professionally is the reason why I have only ever considered Morgans. Their passions show with all the love and care they give. My dog, Axle always enjoyed daycare and the attention he was given while there.

Morgan's Paws is a great! We've been using this place for dog boarding and doggy daycare for four years and have had consistently great service the entire time. The staff is busy, and at times there can be a 5 minute wait at the counter, but the staff works very hard to keep good service. I have a four year old Lab. He is very high energy. The staff here gives him plenty of attention at daycare as every time I pick him up, he's tired from running around all day. He's always excited to go back and when I do, the staff at the front always make such a big deal about the fact that he's back. They are very nice to my dog every time and I always walk away thinking that he's being given lovely attention.Three months ago there was his first accident at Morgan's Paws. It's inevitable with a dog as high energy as mine. He had a cut on his leg that took a couple of weeks to heal. I took him to the Vet twice to have it examined and for cleaning solution. Morgan's Paws reimbursed me for all of my Vet costs due to this incident without question. They really care about my dog and I appreciate their top quality service.

As a past employee of Morgan's Paws, I can say that this is the place to go if you care about your pets needs. Some reviews complain about the front desk but the people who are with the dogs 90% of the time are behind the scenes and are very friendly. The management cares deeply about the animals and they are always a priority. There are very detailed instructions on how to care for every dog (food, health, etc) and they are followed to a T. Do not be pushed away by the front desk because they do care about the animals and so do the employees working with them directly.

We have been boarding our dog at this kennel for a few years. Since management changed over the last year, customer service has steadily declined. The girl at the front desk is rude and lacks terribly in customer service skills. She may as well be working at the prison with her demeanor. We decided to discontinue boarding our dog there after I was charged for opening the wrong box of flea and tick preventative that was given to me by one of the employees. I hadn't opened the tube applicator, just the foil before I realized she handed me preventative for a dog 22-55lbs. My dog who was on a leash by my side when I asked for the preventative, is over 100lbs; no where close to being mistaken for 22-55lbs. Nonetheless,I was told I had to pay for the opened box as well as the preventative I needed for the correct weight of my dog which came to $120.00!! This is where good customer service comes in to play. I didn't pick the box myself. It's in a glass case in which only the employees have access to so why am I the customer, responsible for for the mix up??They said I needed to pay for it because they couldn't sell it due to the package being opened. Telling me the product would now "go bad" . The applicator was still sealed, had never been opened. I called the number on the back of the box; spoke to a representative from Advantix who denied that that claim had any validity. As long as the seal had not be broken, the product would still be good.The last thing I wanted to do at that point was board our dog but I was in a jam. I called back to say that he'd be picked up a day earlier than I had planned. They said told me that was fine. My husband tried to call them before picking him up but got the voicemail and didn't leave a message. He picked our dog up before 12:00 noon. Once he arrived, he was told we would be charged for the following day because he didn't leave a message!! We told them he was being picked up a day early! Maybe someone should answer the phone. The fact that they don't allow owners to tour the kennel should have been my first clue. Sorry I ignored the red flags. Please do yourself and your pet a favor, find another facility to board your pet. The employees aren't happy so what does that tell you about the animals?

I went there for the free dog vaccine clinic that they are having a special on this month and this place was the best that I had been to so far. They were quick, caring, courteous, clean, and more. I grew up on farms, helped with large breed animal rescue and have had pets all my life. So I have been around vets, and hospitals. I have also been to many of these clinics in the southern York co. to Maryland Line. I also took my cat which was not free but their prices were reasonable for getting her done at the same time. I was very satisfied with my time there and highly recommend them. I will be returning next month for micro- chipping. Thank you for caring about people's pets enough to hold a clinic in your neighborhood. As times get rough, us pet owners still want to be able to afford to take care of our pets.

I come here to get my little puppy groomed to the T. She always looks soo pretty when we leave. The prices are also very good here. I got her a bath, nails clipped and all her hair shaved down for less than 55 bucks. Most places you would hit between 75 and 100 for that. I don't do the boarding anymore because there are too many dogs running around together. My puppy was soo hyped up when I got her it took a full day to get her to relax. She was also more hungry than usual. But as far as grooming it's a great place!

We went here for a while and slowly things started happening that is making us take our business elsewhere.A big incident was our dog's ear getting bit and needing stitches. They told us his ear got 'caught' in another dog's mouth. I'm a realistic person so I understand accidents happen... but that just felt like an excuse/cover up. Another dog must have bit down and didn't let go - dragged its tooth down my dog's ear. It was completely split open. I'd rather honesty and details about the incident than trying to cover something like that up.The last straw was probably stupid, but hey, things build up and this is something to know if you still decide to go here. We got a second dog and wanted to get him evaluated so I showed up to our appointment and I forgot to finish filling out the forms. I asked for a pen and was denied because the forms need to all be completed beforehand. I should have just done it in my car and walked in 2 minutes late and they would have accepted me. They couldn't have waited a few minutes and instead turned down business. I understand rules but come on, I took time out of my day/work to bring my dog in. It's not like they are reviewing the stupid forms the split second I hand them in. There are other dogs getting evaluated so there's a bunch of other paperwork to review. Needless to say, have your paperwork completed if you don't want to waste a portion of your day.Goodbye Morgan's Paws! :) Gonna go to Tailbangers Pet Resort.

Not the Morgan’s Paws of years ago. My dog was attacked while attending daycare. I understand that animals do that, but I am extremely disappointed in the way the staff handled this. They cleaned him up and made no mention that he was attacked. When I brought to their attention that his ear was torn from his head, his eye was torn at the corner, and he had a deep puncture wound on the top of his head, they initially claimed they had no knowledge of anything happening and suggested this may have occurred prior to him coming in. Many versions later, the stated that the attack was unprovoked, but still would not provide detail. The staff was very cold and uncaring with regard to what happened. To make matters worse, they continue to allow the aggressor to attend day care. I pulled my dog out immediately. Morgan’s Paws is no longer the only daycare option in York County.. My advice is to look elsewhere.
