Sent my partner to pick up my list of items from the outdoor department. One item was to be a free purple pincushion flower (2.5 qt pot) as offered and reserved in myLowe’s rewards online account. Representative checking out the order told him that “he needs to have a coupon that was sent in the mail.” I tried calling the store manager two times to ask him/her to speak with the employees in the outdoor department to let them know about the offer. I could hear someone pick up the phone both times and just hang up without answering me when I was saying hello. So BACK to the store we go to take care of this issue, AS WELL AS, raised bed soil that we were overcharged for! I ADVISE ANYONE SHOPPING AT THIS LOCATION TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPT CAREFULLY BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!!

The store is so large for older people. I only went to get some light bulbs. The store is always well stocked, but it is hard to find someone for help at times.

I am really Impressed at the delivery technicians that came out to my home to deliver my General Electric washer and dryer today. The two gentlemen, by the names of Dave, and Dave were very professional. I will recommend this company to family and friends in the near future looking forward to doing business again great job and hard working men Lowe’s, you are lucky in having those technicians, by the name of Dave and Dave!

If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered a garage ready refrigerator. Lowes couldn't get it to me without damages so they offered another unit. This refrigerator is not garage ready like my original order. Fast forward to the winter and it doesn't work. Suprise. Apparently there is nothing that can be done despite the fact that they told me this was an in kind replacement. Not to mention- I have had non stop issues with Lowes and their subs... they ripped a hole in my flooring when delivering my washer and dryer. Damaged my dining table when they sent someone to give a deck quote. Now the refrigerator issue... I hope in my lifetime I see this joke of a retailer go out of business. There are too many options that exist with better customer service.

Always a great experience at this local Lowe’s. Staff is always friendly and kudos to the gentlemen that recommended I get the extra 150 feet of wiring for $11. Confirmed my thought process was correct.

I asked an associate for a non-LED indoor floodlight. When he confirmed as I suspected that these aren't made anymore, I asked if Lowes has a soft light LED version. That's when he went above and beyond by showing me a display of lit bulbs from brightest to softest. I could then easily select the floodlight that best suited my needs. This kind of customer service keeps me coming back to Lowes. Keep up the good work 👏

I'm being punished for going to a big box store.Called yesterday about a refrigerator and told them I needed a new one as fast as possible due to refrigerated medicines. I was told to get there asap and it would be delivered today. We'll here we are and nothing. They're now saying 4 days from now. Just another example of poor customer service.

I have had mixed experiences with my purchases at this location however the team that works in the bulk purchasing area were polite, professional, courteous, patient and helpful. I wish I could say that for the other areas.

I had a young man named Sam assist me in the lighting dept. He was very knowledgeable. Then I needed AC filters and he TOOK me to them. Hang on to him. He's a keeper!!!!!

Really like Lowe's for my gardening need. Great selection of annuals and perennials. They also have guarantees on most items. Great selection of Azaleas. Fall bush sale in on now, Nov. The ferns have just arrived.

Consistently out-of what i needed for 3 weeks in a row, I am a home contractor and this store is missing the ball on having 1/2 cpvc shark bite connectors its the only way to connect high end shower heads and devices!.

Went to west York store to order and have installed storm door and retractable screen and to have them installed. Site says they install screen door sales not aware. Paid the installation measurement fee and had it completed. Notified problem with installer claims don’t install screen will get back to me. Wait a week, no contact. Go to store, informed waiting for answer, will call back that afternoon. Wait a week, no contact. Send email to customer service who advise to contact store. Call store customer service puts me to installation, puts me build. Tried explaining my issue, told I can wait on associate who would be in that afternoon. Frustrated I express I should get a refund on measurement fee. Associate puts me hold and comes back and ask if I want door or not, no apologies. Puts me back on hold to get refund with customer service, which I hang up after long hold. Stopped by today asked for manager. Acting manager on shift refuses to speak to me and tells associate to have me call installation (been there). Left message for store manager to call still waiting.Received email from Lowe’s saying I turned down estimate, which is the problem, I have never received an estimate on storm door or retractable screen door. If they can’t install screen door at least follow up on the storm door.Still waiting

I was waiting to be rung up by the teller and he told us 6 times not to wait on him and that the self checkout was open After the 6 th time of him telling us all this I cussed him out and told him we are not moving and I didn’t want to go through self check out very rude and unprofessional and I embarrassed myself by cussing him out but all the other customers in line told me thank you and I was right for speaking up

Curbside pick up is horrible I waited almost 20mins for carpet samples I was the only car waiting called in the store and was told it’s only one person running the show

I LOVE Lowes they've made all of my DIY projects a breeze. I usually come in with an idea and the sales man points me in the right direction. They even cut all of my wood to the sizes I need. I have no problems with returns, I've even returned paint for a shade darker with no issue. They have a great selection of house plants too, many with a discount if just one leaf is browning.

Lowe’s West York, pa store# 2409 went above and beyond to help us design our kitchen! Jenny and George were nothing short of Amazing ! Jenny was our designer and was so helpful, respectful, kind, friendly and eager to help us. The store manager, Gia was so helpful and pleasant to deal with too. I highly encourage you to go to West York Lowe’s for all your home improvement needs.I feel Jenny needs some kind of recognition for her Outstanding service.
