Best store for finishing work. Selection is great and almost always has stock I need. Tip: always ask the associate. Sometimes they have stock in the back. Garden center is well stocked and floor is clean and organized throughout. Main store is well organized and efficient. The Lowes app makes locating everything easy.On a recent trip, Kai was incredibly helpful and she helped me find everything I needed. Definitely will be returning for more of the projects I have on the list!

Couldn't get staff's attention to save my life, and when I finally did, my request for assistance was met with a heavy sigh and eye roll, followed by an exasperated call for assistance in my aisle over the intercom while walking away from me, without any further acknowledgement. Mind you, I just needed to get storage bins off a higher shelf. I waited for 25 minutes before I left for Home Depot, but they sucked too, so... good luck

Went today on a Saturday and being spring and nice weather naturally it will be busy. Went to check out and not only were the lines long going through the aisle but also congesting the main walkway. Only one self checkout open, only one person at a register on the other side and just total chaos. Luckily the register just mentioned went fast and I was able to get out. I liked coming to this location over the years but if it's going to be like this, I can just go down the street to get what I need. . People want to get their items and get out with all of the confusion and not have their time wasted.

I really like Lowe's as a company. However, this Lowe's in West York does not have great inventory. Maybe it is coincidence, but there are many times that this particular store does not have inventory, but East York and Hanover have more than enough. For example, 50 lb. bags of Quikrete. East York has 448 bags. Hanover has 775 bags. West York - 0 bags. I've run into this same issue with insulation, PEX parts, 4x6 PT lumber, etc.

Great Lowes location. When I order online for curbside pick up it is ready FAST! Usually within 10 minutes. That is a great service when I have my kids in their car seats and a friendly employee just brings the order out to the car. When I have done pickup orders from other locations it has never been as quick.

Very convenient easy in & outMostly good selection.Took stars away because several departments have rude staff, that act like helping customers is a pain in the a$$. Most important they act like women don’t belong in the store.They definitely need competition, to keep them on the ball.

I went to this store today to buy a few items. I noticed they only had self checkout lanes open. There wasn't an actual cashier in sight. I put my cart back and went to Walmart to buy my items. Lowe's doesn't pay me a dime if I do their checkout work for them. So I refuse to be their slave labor.

Even though the place with the orange roof may have more variety in certain circumstances, Lowe's is always my go-to. Chris V. Makes this the place to be, and if you are looking for anything in particular, he knows exactly where they have it, right off the top of his head. Chris makes a trip to get hardware a breeze, and he always (and I mean always) has a smile.

Hats off to the employees in the flooring department. Preston, Richard, and Dan.I recently purchased carpeting there, and these three gentlemen provided the ultimate customer service experience. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. In a world where customer service is becoming an afterthought , it is refreshing to be treated with courtesy, kindness, and respect.

The pluming guy, John, in a camo Lowe’s vest was extremely helpful in every question I asked. He also has a great sense of humor, so if you had any quesiton you weren’t sure of to ask he wouldn’t make you feel dumb at all. He made my experience here at Lowe’s welcoming, very much appreciated.

I had a fridgidaire fridge installed on 11/15/23 as of today 12/28/23 it does not work. We had to throw away all of our food. Their solution was to give my work order to a company who is 2hrs away from york and unable to come for another 8 days. So now it's 5 days until Christmas, our fridge is broken, and we are using a cooler. Of course I asked for a better solution and was told "our apologies for the inconvenience." I realize this isn't all on lowes it's fridgidaire as well. I wouldn't recommend either one.

Horrible windows. Got them installed one year ago. While the window were laying on the ground I said do not install them I cannot have full screens I need half. The installer assured me not a problem. Now after a year of trying to order screens, they lost them, the order did not go in, came out with full screens, and or damaged. Now they tell me nothing they can d. Look how ridiculous they look, when you push them up they hang down. Worst windows ever! I’m very angry!

I just Spent almost $3,200 on Trex decking to be delivered today. Received my 90, 16' boards. 34 are filthy, a little warped and 5 are busted up. They added these 34 boards obviously off the sales floor display that customers have damaged and have just been there getting dirty. These came on top of beautiful, straight, clean wrapped 56 boards from the trex plant. I expect better from Lowes than this. All beware.

First employee I talked to had no idea if any of the grills were made in America. After searching a bit another employee was able to help. Lowes had one brand of North American grills the Broil King. I know some parts are imported, but it was the best I could find locally. I hope Americans wake up and realize what China is doing to our economy.

There are no employees on the floors to answer questions. Everyone was under 25 and were not experienced enough to answer questions. You need to hire some older or retired professionals that can assist your customers. For customer assistance, Home Depot wins hands down!

Needed radon detectors, and Lowe's had an excellent choices. Lots of great plants again this season. Friendly and very knowledgeable garden associates. I'm a long time gardener, so I like to quiz staff. 99.5% they know the answers. All Azaleas in pictures were purchased at Lowe's many years ago. Great selection of Christmas decorations.

Great selection, good prices, amazing staff. ( most of them anyway. ) I always pick Lowes over any other home improvement store! I Always take my dogs in for socializing! Most customers are thrilled to love on them too ! Such a win, win! Although, there is a lady AT CUSTOMER SERVICE who blatantly said " I hate dogs. I just tell people I'm allergic to them. " She had a very ugly attitude with me when I asked for help. (My dog is well behaved.) Management might what to work with her on her customer service skills.

I bought a brand new fridge & stove 6/25/2023. Stove delivered 7/4/2023. Has a big dent in bottom left side. I am not well ( disabled) & have tried & tried to get someone on the phone. IMPOSSIBLE NEXT DAY!!! All I get is automated!! I AM FURIOUS!!!!!!!

Bought an $1800 whirlpool refrigerator ,store experience good but delivery guys had no clue had to swap out the new one delivered cause of malfunction, second one doors not assembled correctly causing door sensors to go off fixed myself with alignment tool that came in pack that they didnt use , then noticed they put a dent and scrape in the side .partial refund...
