The cashier was either not very knowledgeable about the 40% coupon on Saturday May11th(1day sale) or she just did not want to help me. She said to me,not every one will get a coupon! I disgreed and when I got hime later I found one but it was too late for me to cone back and use it.

Clothing is not the same as it used to be. They are promoting big names for clothes, their petite sections is very small and most of the times their clothes don't was well and shrink. I used to love shopping at Kohls before they brought in all the big brand names at high prices

Store is clean and there's plenty of apparel options and home goods for you to purchase. Staff will greet you when you walk in if they aren't busy at the registers, but don't expect anyone else to say hi to you or ask if you need help with anything. The registers are almost always busy and the lines move slowly.

On 4-10-2024 myself and Mom headed into Kohls (York West). I was going to pick up my jean shorts that were shipped to the store and Mom was going to look around. Before we got there I had cut my pinky finger and needed a tissue or bandaid, I stopped by the customer service desk and asked if they had either one. I was given a tissue and an EXTREMELY friendly young women said she could get me a bandaid and that they had anything else I needed. I was so relieved and appreciative of her kindness. After Mom tried on some tops and was sitting on a bench outside of the dressing room, I had walked in another direction to check out a Tshirt. The same young lady that helped me out, was chatting up Mom and ensuring that Mom found everything she needed. She was SO kind and sweet. I really appreciated her concern for my Mom. Sadly, we never got her name, I truly hope this message finds her. She should know that she made a huge, positive impression on myself and Mom!

Morgan was amazing! Super friendly, very knowledgeable and I was shocked at how she remembered the scents my youngest and I enjoyed. He and I sprayed a lot of scents… but she knew exactly which ones we loved the most which made my mouth drop.

Management needs to be more aware of their parking. Do they really still need 12 pickup spots located in the front of the store. I get they don't want to take the signs down in case COVID, numbers increase and we're back to pick up, but they could easily tie a bag over half of them at this point and allow shoppers to park there.

David k at the exchange/return counter ran upstairs to check for the correct size mattress pad in the middle of a busy Mother’s Day weekend. I was told by another employee that they didn’t have what I needed but David offered to go and check anyway. A few mins later (I’m pretty sure he ran) he comes back with exactly the product and size I asked for. He is an exemplary employee. Thank you for going the extra mile!!

From the moment I stepped in, someone was running to get the items I was looking for and had knowledge about what was in stock and what wasn't. Had the major stuff I was looking for despite not being a full retail store. No complaints. Would gladly come here again.

Overall it was clean, the lines moved fast and there is always an associate around if you need help. I never had a bad experience at this store and hopefully none to come in the near future. Great job to the team of associates that make this store what it is.

If you need makeup in West York (or surrounding areas) go see Mel at Sephora inside of Kohls! She’ll get you color matched and do you right! 10/10 for sweetness, approachability, and product knowledge!
