Nice place bigger then what you see, it's a little pricey but take into consideration, the location if you need it & don't want to run all the way to other stores when they'll probably have what you need.....

The store and staff are very nice and very clean I bought gerbils from there they ordered them and they came in everything was good I go there to buy gerbils bedding and food and dog toys it's a cc lean environment and close to home I live 15 mins away I would recommend this place for small animals and pet supplies some things maybe little high in price but cheaper then petco

Couple weeks out from sullys haircut and he still looks great! They have cool different treats/toys for pets n alot of small dog toys you dont see much.. prices are great! Id try here any day before the big box pet stores!Hard to find treats as well such as duck heads and pig noses!!

My first time there. I will definitely be going back!! I couldn't find Figure 8 puffer fish and Matlyn ordered them for me and called me when they came in. We picked them up today. We are over an hour away and it was worth the trip. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Great customer service, helpful, friendly, and professional.

I've gone to this store for feeders for years and it's really a great pet store. They have really come a long way for a family owned place. They have an excellent selection of healthy dog and cat foods. They have fish, small animals, reptiles, and sometimes invertebrates, as well as enclosures and all the things you mught need. They also offer grooming services.

I'm extremely disappointed in their doggy day camp program. The other girl who was working there did a great job. I often got nice text from her on how my dog was doing. 3 weeks in a row I noticed the staff changed to very young, immature kids running the camp. Week 3 of the new staff I was told to come pick up my dog because he was being rude. I was told they told me about his behavior at week 2 but that was a lie. If there were problems he should have never been allowed to come back. Instead you had me come back and took my money. I should have gotten a partial refund. On top of that the owner said they tried to correct him but could not. Then she tried to tell me she has over 40 years experience. If that is true you should have been able to correct my dog. Just because you claim you have 40 years experience does not mean you are good at what you do. Then on top of that when I picked up my dog he had a slip lead around his body. Almost looked like I was picking up an inmate from prison. I don't appreciate being lied to. He has moved on to another program with more experienced people and did amazing his first day. I will no longer bring any of my dogs to camp and will no longer do business in your store. I was told by many people to avoid this place but I thought I would give it a chance. Now I see why.

Very clean store. Great help to the customers. Took our dog in for his nails to be cut. He was done in about 4 minutes. Our dog wasn't scared of the groomer. You can ask for a particular groomer that you like & have used before. I highly recommend this place. Good supply of products as well.

This is a very well stocked store with lots of variety. Prices are reasonable. Service is good. Other customers who had their animals in for beautification seemed very please and complimented the staff as they picked up their pets. Seems like a good place for future visits if you live in the Dover area.

Great small business! Variety of small pets plus excellent aquarium department. Prices of animals (example: bettas or cherry shrimp) much better than the big chain stores! They can order items they might not have stocked. High quality pet foods. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.OMG THEY HAD BLUE SHRIMP! Inexpensive blue shrimp! And some other interesting critters for your tank.A fabulous alternative to crowded, expensive and busy large chain stores.

Great mom and pop place to go to if you need simple reptile supplies in a pinch. More geared towards the cute and cuddly animals though. However, staff is very helpful. No bad experiences.

I love this place! I love taking my Dalmatian and Westiepoo. They do such a good job. So friendly and accommodating. My dogs actually get excited when I tell them we are going to get a bath! 😂

Staff are always very friendly. I can get supplies for my turtle, my bearded dragon, and my cats here. My long haired domestic gets groomed here; normally she is very friendly, I guess she was grumpy today but regardless the staff still treated her well and she got the grooming she needed. They give you an estimate on how long the appointment will take and usually they are right. Just takes a bit sometimes; dropped her off for her appointment at 12 and was notified she was ready around 215. When they told me she was ready to be picked up they even notified me ahead of time that the credit card processing system was down and to bring an alternative payment; this prevented me from wasting any of my time if I would have shown up not knowing otherwise.

Every time I come here, the staff is amazingly helpful and kind. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is knowledgeable about their animals and those you may have at home. Also, their products are very well priced. On a final note I was surprised that they sell live mice and rats when no other location around here does.
