Coming here for 4+ years now, good finds. Love the weekly deals. They should bring their old prices back and give the cashiers chairs though. Chairs don’t disrupt good work. Easy donation process.

Poor customer service. I went shopping for a dress for a character that my daughter will play at school this week. I still had 15 minutes left and I ask if my daughter can try the dress. The person in charge said we are going to close soon and there is someone in the changing room. I stated I don't see anyone and she said well we are close for the day. When checking out and buying the dress , the gentlemen in the register didn't even bother placing the item in a bag. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend anyone to go there.

I walked into this location and the lady at the counter just stared at me. I said “hello” and she said nothing. That was enough for me to take my money elsewhere. I immediately left.

I was pretty happy with this goodwill. It’s a smaller store, so don’t expect to find as much as you would at other locations, but I was very happy with the quality of the clothes and cookware I found I thought that some of the pricing was a little high though. I don’t mind paying higher prices for brand new stuff, but I don’t expect to pay high prices for items that are clearly worn and used. The staff member who completed my order at the register was very nice as well.

Ur smoking somthing with ur prices used shoes for kids size 7y 30$?? They donated them so some one in need would be able to afford them but you messed that up never donating to you again probably won’t ever be back to shop cooperate should look into this location because somthing is WRONG.

My last review got deleted !!This place is horrible!! Everything in the store is over priced! I used to come into the store finding good things for a good price but not any more! My friend worked there for a month and told me how people in the back are looking things up and over pricing or just not putting it out! The employees here are money hungry and will watch over your shoulder at what you’re buying, can’t shop comfortably! They sell blank shirts for $7.99!!!

Great place to find clothing. 3 pairs of jeans were $21.00 The clothes was in great condition. They separate the house hold stuff by color. They have a dressing room so you can try on the clothes before you buy them. Plenty of parking. Not many clothes above size 3x. Lots of children clothes.

Second and last time coming here. I don’t know if it was because it was the end of the day but the lady was rude and looked as she didn’t want to be there. I came inside and “I” greeting them with a hello and got ignored and looked at. I walked to go browse through the store and one of them yelled we close in 2 mins!!! Okay she could have just said that when I said hello. I grabbed a toy for my daughter really fast and stood in line paid for it and said thank you and got a uhhuh!!!! First time I came to this store I got watched around the store by the same lady. It seems like they don’t care because a few people have commented on the same lady and she’s still there. I’m not one to make complaints but First impressions are everything especially when you’re the face of a company. Very disappointed

There's multiple businesses on this property Goodwill is on the end of this little strip Mall they have plenty of clothing just look to see what they have daily they have seasonal items if it's available they have a mixture of household items if you're planning on decorating a home shoes depending on size they all look like they were in good condition including children's men's and women the stores little bit small but organized stop by and see what they have daily

I’ve been to hundreds of Goodwill Stores across this nation and I have to rate this one among the worse. Items are out on the shelves by color. That’s all the good I can say. Otherwise each section is so VERY disorganized and it’s evident management is absent in this store & the one located on Rt. 30 less then a few miles away. Staff just shove items on the shelves and never take time to actually display items. Many items are broken yet still get priced and placed on shelves. Save your time and go elsewhere. Or demand management earn his pay and do his job. Manage is staff and train them on merchandising effectively. Give me one day and I’d have that store in ship shape. Smh. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Bought a shelf for my mom and had 2 days to pick it up. Went back day after bought it and they had resold it. One gentleman worker was very helpful but the women working and especially the manager hid in back to avoid dealing with me. Unacceptable. Despite getting my money back this is bad business. A new sold policy should be in place that doesn't allow for shady customers to take off sold tags and rip off legitimate rightful ownerBe very aware if you leave something behind to pick up later, they can't be trusted.

There is a good selection but items are overpriced. Very greedy for a thrift store. I have found some of the same items at Walmart, sold much cheaper. I get upset when I think how they receive everything for free and charge so much

So I love goodwill stores!! But after today I am really getting upset with how they are handling things. So my friend and I both pick out sweaters from the same rack and this rack was labeled as 4.50 each. But both of us were charged 5.75. When I asked why she charged us the way she did her response was all sweaters are 5.75. I stated that the sign said 4.50 from the rack we got them from and the rack was full of sweaters she stated someone may have put them there by mistake (me like a dog listening to a high pitch) seriously then they put the whole rack in the wrong place!! Seriously what happened to when we could go and knew what we were paying for?? I'm not happy!!

I stop by this store the other day found some deals and saw some things over priced that you can buy it new for just a couple dollars more than used for some of the things that were overpriced

The cashier was about as rude as someone can get, not only with me but with the two ladies in front of me in line. She didn't want to be there, she didn't want to be bothered, when she was questioned about a price she rudely replied "it is what it is Lady!" When someone asked for a specific item she replied, "we ain't got any!" And motioned for me to take the lady's place in line. I won't be back.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could! My son is 3 with a medical condition and a note stating that he can not wear a mask. We were in the store for 20min looking for winter cloths for him before the employee came up and kicked us out! She asked if he was 2years old I said no he’s 3 with a medical condition that prevents him from wearing a mask and proceeded to show her the paper work, yet we were still kicked out! Violation of his rights. Yes I myself had a mask on and Of course I emailed the company but this is the second time I’ve had issues with this goodwill store!

I usually donate clothing and household items to Goodwill. This past time I donated several boxes of household items and clothing. The clothes was practically new, washed, folded, and organized in boxes. I accidentally donated an old iPod charger and went back to the store, less 24 hours, to see if I could get it back but was told everything was sorted and stocked on shelves or shipped to other stores. I filled out a form with my name in case they came across it. As I was leaving, I looked in the large box bins outside and he drop off door and saw all my clean clothing still there, soaked from the rain during the night and morning. I was disgusted to know that all those once cleaned clothes would probably be trashed or perhaps put out to sell in that shape. I will be looking for another place that appreciate donations that are cleaned for others to buy.

This store is very clean and organized. They have very nice clothing and I feel it's better than the Salvation Army.They have lots of clothes! The employees are helpful and froendly.They have parking right out front and it's an easy in and out. I will be going back.

About the same as other York goodwill under same management....bad. 9 out of 10 items has flaws and the ones that don't are cheap brands. Seems like good items never make it to the shelves or clothing racks. Prices are too high. If you accidently buy a shirt with a defect, it costs you a gallon of has to return if they accept the return. You lose twice if they don't let you return. Its not worth the time to sift through all the junk items when you pay that much.

A lot of overpriced junk. I saw nothing useful, ornamental, or wearable that I was willing to pay for. Saw a used, badly worn and dirty frying pan for $10!! I recently purchased a new one on sale for much less. The condition of most of their merchandise is deplorable and most is grossly overpriced.

The young woman at the register greeted me. I asked where the belts were & she walked with me to where they were.There were quite a few to choose from. The slippers were next to them & I found a pair that were perfectA very nice experience.

I was supposed to move to an apartment but they already rented it so now I have to put everything in storage so when I dropped off some stuff I was hoping that they would have pick up available for my furniture that's almost like new but I guess I'll have to have another place pick up. It's too bad because I have shopped at the local goodwill and I wanted to give everything to them. Thanks anyway.

Great place for gently used kids clothes. All types of name brands for different ages. Waaaaay less expensive then trying to buy new as they grow so fast. Found some great toys too.

Always a great find just waiting to be found! I'd give a 5 but pricing consistency on housewares and electronics could use improvement as well as keeping up with racks being sorted by item type SIZE than color it would make life so much easier!

Gave this location a second chance and it is still the worst Goodwill location I have ever been in. It is messy, dark and disorganized. I found two potential items and neither one had a price. It wasn't worth my time having someone price it, especially bc I have never seen an employee look like they actually enjoy working there or helping peopleThe other issue, while I was shopping, a customer came in looking to donate some furniture. The employee said, "We don't take furniture on weekends." The man said he checked the website and drove 20 miles to donate it. The employee again said, "Well, we don't take furniture on weekends. " The man said that (they) should update the website then and the employee, in a sing songy/snarky voice said, "Sorry" and walked away.Save your time and just go to the Loucks Road, York PA Goodwill location that is only half a mile away. That store IS clean and friendly.
