I have been going to this pharmacy for over 5 years. Yesterday was my last time. Through the years the old nasty cashier lady gave me so many reasons to end the relationship, but it was convenient. Two nights ago I phoned in an order to Chris. He hung up on me. I called back thinking we were disconnected. No. No goodbye. Nothing. He was finished and hung up. I set up an account at Minnich's Pharmacy, near York Hospital. Super nice. Super sweet. Thank you Demaris! She completely understands that being nice and pleasant takes very little effort. WV

I have been going to Giant Pharmacy for a couple years now. I have Asthma and I get my medicine filled pretty often. Today I have had the worse experience from one of the reps there by the name of Natasha. She had an unpleasant demeanour and I when I told her I wanted to purchase a bag of M&Ms she had an instant attitude. After she rang my candy up, she literally dropped the bag on the counter. So hard, I had to make sure they weren't cracked. A few times I politely acknowledged what she did, but she blatantly ignored me. Then when I asked to speak with a manager, she yelled from the back "They are M&Ms, they are going to make noise". There are more details that added to this situation but this is the jist of it. Horrible experience and my wife and I will not return.

I have been going to giant pharmacy for years now, everyone has always treated me good, last week I was disrespected by a young red head sorry don't know her name, she is fairly new, and tonight I had a horrible experience with her for the second time, she almost had me in tears and remarked about my medication, she does not know medical history and I did not appreciate her comments, if I have to deal with this again I will be finding a new pharmacy

I've had no problems. The staff were particularly helpful in getting prescriptions transferred and in working out unexpected prescription refills. Two thumbs up.😊

The pharmacy has gone downhill in the last year or so. Lines are always long, simple refills take hours, and everyone working there seems miserable.

I have found the staff to be extremely helpful, particularly when transferring prescriptions from elsewhere.

When calling the number listed it gives you the Pharmacy and no option to speak to someone in the store/customer service.
