WONDERFUL experience!Communication with everyone, the estimator, contractors and follow-ups have all been super thorough. The crew really works hard and finished our fence in 1.5 days! They fenced in the back yard and made it flush with the house in the front. They also are very respectful of your property. They asked where I would want the extra dirt, when finishing up the fence. I have a nice pile near my other shed. Highly recommend the tan panels and white post look.

I recently moved and the house we bought did not have a good fence. I have two dogs and they both can jump pretty well so we needed a new fence quick. I had reached out to multiple places to have a fence installed. Many of them a were at least 3 months out for install. I reached out to someone else they could install within 3 weeks however they had awful reviews and then I met Matt from future solutions. He was prompt for the appointment and did a great job of explaining the process, time frame and quality of material. They gave a great price and with a lifetime warranty it’s unbeatable. Throughout the process the future solutions team kept me informed while in the waiting process and I pivoted from the original plan and they were able to accommodate about 1.5 before install. It was fantastic!! I would highly recommend working with them for any fence install needs.

Tony and his crew did a phenomenal job on our fence. We wanted to fence in our back yard for our dogs to have a safe space with no worries and they achieved that with their above and beyond standards. Our main concern was having it as close to the ground as possible (we have dogs that like to dig sometimes) and they did that perfectly. We know it wasn't easy. We have a hill with a deceiving incline and bamboo along the back for that added annoying touch but they made it all happen and we absolutely love the final result. We can't say enough good things about these guys. Not to mention they completed the job in just under two business days! Thank you to this company who actually do care about the service and product they provide and are incredibly thoughtful along the way!

WOW! These guys know what they're doing!After our dog got out of the house by accident and was hit by a car we wanted a fence, because we didn't want that to happen to our other dogs. We went online and began the process of picking a few contractors to provide us with bids. After meeting the contractors, our decision to choose Future Solutions was an easy one. Matt, from Future Solutions, came out to our home and took measurements and was extremely professional. He came across trustworthy and honest. He promised a bid same-day and he delivered on that promise. Because of his professionalism, honesty, and care about our project, we chose Future Solutions. He represented the company in such a way that we knew we had an A+ team to do quality work for us.Once we signed the agreement online, they kept in contact with us throughout the process to let us know when materials were ordered and would be delivered, as well as a projected start and finish date. The process didn't take long at all -- we had our fence installed in a matter of weeks.The crew completed our 6' dog-eared fence in 3 days. What we appreciate is that they did not use panels. They custom made the fence on-site and nailed each panel onto the posts and rails they built. The custom look takes a bit more time, although you wouldn't know it because they worked so systematically and efficiently. Having the fence custom-built on-site is better quality than pre-fab panels. The fence line is straight and super-sharp looking. They used severe weather treated lumber, as well. We had a double-gate and single-gate also installed on the property. The hardware is super strong. The gates were custom-built and super sturdy. The lock on the gates can be locked from inside or outside the gate, which is also very nice.If you're looking for a fence company to do quality work in a timely and professional manner, seriously, look no further! These guys are the real deal. From their sales to management to their contractor crew, they are top-notch! We are extremely pleased with our decision to go with Future Solutions! Materials are top notch and the installer was respectful and efficient. How ever their Representative upon initial contact needs to listen without clogged ears and maybe glasses. The reason behind this is I had a blueprint from another company and it was exactly what I wanted. And ended up paying extra for the proper gates and opening I required so as to access the back yard. That is my only negative opinion.

Future Solutions built a fence for our backyard. It took them 2 1/2 days for a very large fence. Although it was slow to get the material (not their fault) their quality, workmanship and price were great. The four gentlemen who installed the fence were professional, personable and very qualified. They answered our questions and listened to our comments. They had to improvise in a couple of spots and came up with a very good solutions. Dave and his crew tore down my old chain link fence and put up roughly 300+ft of a 6ft tall vinyl privacy fence. Besides the great price he gave me, the craftmanship is second to none. We did have a few hiccups along the way, but 110% satisfied with the pro-active response to correct. although i did not meet the owner, my interactions with his representatives demonstrate he has customer first outlook on his workmanship.

Best price on fencing that we found but the whole process reflected that price point. Slight lack of attention to detail, though Future Solutions made it right in the end.Overall we are content with our new fence and it is a major improvement over the old wooden fence we used to have. The issue that we had was that the subcontractor (Elite Construction & Landscaping) that installed our fence was far more concerned with finishing the job quickly than doing it right. They had 183 linear foot of fencing torn out and replaced within a day and a half which was great however mistakes were made.One small issue that we have is that although our yard is fairly level no time was taken to make sure that the top rails were level. We have one post in the longest run of our fence that sits lower than the rest by an inch or so. There is no dip in our yard and no reason that post couldn't be in line with the rest of them or have the difference split with the following posts so that the top rail slants down in one section and then levels out for the remainder of the run. It really isn't too big of a deal though I thought it was worth mentioning in the review.The larger issue is that one of the posts next to our double gate was installed 2 inches too far from the other post. That meant that when the gates were installed the hinges were adjusted as far apart as they could be and the latch barely reached across to the other gate. The gaps between the post and the gates were large and the gap between the two gates was even bigger. That gap was large enough I could reach my hand between the gates and lift up on the drop pin effectively making the gate unable to be locked. This was an issue that I brought up to Future Solutions and they sent a technician out that day to look at it. He took measurements and had 2 new gates fabricated and he installed them personally the following day.The only other thing worth mentioning is that it took about 3 and a half months to hear anything about when the install would take place from the time we submitted the deposit. I'm not upset that it took so long and I understand that getting materials is a bit harder at the moment. I just feel that 3 and a half months is quite a long time to not hear anything in regards to the job or a rough estimate of when to expect a crew to come install the fence.Overall we are happy with our new fence and it makes our yard look much better. Though with how much we spent on new fencing we just wish there was a bit more attention to detail put into the install.Update:David Gatto reached out to me in order to discuss this review shortly after I originally posted it and wanted me to know that if I had any issues to feel free to contact him directly. We had a wind storm a while back which brought to our attention that one of the posts wasn't cemented correctly. I called David and told him the issue that I was having and he scheduled to have one of his guys come repair it at my earliest convenience. The technician repaired both the post that wasn't set properly as well as raised the post that was sitting lower than the rest bringing it back to level.There is one small issue that I feel is worth mentioning that we noticed since the original review. The post caps were never glued down and kept blowing off in the wind. I'm sure that Future Solutions would have taken care of this for us but it was just easier for me to spend a couple of bucks on some vinyl adhesive and fix it myself.Future Solutions have taken care of all the big issues that we had and our fence looks so much better now that the low post has been raised. I would love to give this a 3.5 stars because they have worked hard to make sure that we are happy with our new fence. However I'm sticking with 3 stars because for the price it should've just been done right the first time.
