Tried placing an online order for pick up at the store. Got the confirmation that order was being prepped and I would receive another email when it was ready and that is typically within 4 to 6 hours. Well....this was several days ago now and nothing (mind you the order was only 1 item, not like I bought half the store). They took my money but I still have no item to pick up. Now I have to call the store and see what the heck the problem is. Not worth the hassle, will never do this again.

Love this place, always have unique quirky things. GREAT PLACE FOR GAMES. Also, of you are a novice painter or into journals, their art sections has everything. Acrylic paint can be found for $5 for a tray of 50 colors. Sketch books, utensils, etc. Wonderful exploration games for children. Any and every kind of accessories for your CELL PHONE, LAPTOP, KEYBOARD, HEADPHONES, BUDS, LIGHTING INCLUDING DISCO LIGHTING AS WELL AS SECURITY. Household items like makeup, mops, work out, nostalgic T-shirts and a great place for party supplies.

The sales team were helpful and loved there job..it's great for a store to have a team that smiles..during the Xmas holidays and store being packed the sales team devoted time to help the customers and the management showed a good relationship w/workers..I give this store 5-stars 🌟

Nylaa was so helpful! She was so sweet on the phone and then meeting her in person, she was full of smiles and helpful tips. Promote her! You have an amazing worker from answering the phone, helping customers at the drop of the hat and then cleaning up the store. Busy bee with a great attitude.

I was in the area and was pretty popular at the work place with the battery operated 3 light massagers. I have had 7 people at work have me pick up one for them as well. The next thing I may get are these work out exercise dice.....but I'm kinda thinking people like comfort more than exercising....😇😎

I really love the new layout. The self checkout was a surprise and am very attentive associate came over and explained how to checkout. I specifically came look for a tripod for my phone for the medical tel-appointment. I disconnected my appointment multiple times by holding my phone today. The one associate came over and explained how they work. She was so informative and pleasant. Great Store here in on Concord Rd York Pennsylvania.I highly recommend this store. Kudos to the 2 Associates that assisted me. :-)

Myself and the kids ran into this particular Five and Below to grab some quick gifts for young friends. The man working the registers was solo but full of life and kept a smile dealing with the rudeness of the people in front me. After his dealings I brought life to the fellow and watched the smile he had already turn bigger. Spanish guy it was but he made my day that day with his smile and patience.

To much stock in boxes sitting around, on big carts, couldn't look at 1/2 the merchandise cause it was blocked, some aisles were blocked aswell...they need more employees or better ones or more people on a shift just to stock items to make it safe place to shop, if there would have been a fire I bet some people might have been trapped inside..

It's similar to one of those shops on the boardwalk at the beach that sell a lot of little random knickknacks and such. It is a good place to find novelty items, like whoopee cushions. They have cheap gym stuff. Refrigerator magnets, t-shirts, phone chargers and cases, candy and snacks. Really good place to find cheap toys, games, and action figures.

Organized most of the time. Store is geared towards teen girls, but there are items for boys too. Gave it 4 stars because they could've had another cashier around 6:30pm. There was only one and the check out line was long.

5 Below was a recent discovery for my family. I had gone in there just to see what they had for party supplies as I was planning a my daughter's 1st birthday! I purchased the merchandise at the York Town Center where the customer service is terrible. Absolutely terrible... (I'm a retail manager for a higher end brand so when it comes down to customer service... I am extremely particular whe. Our myself as a customer) my first mistake was shipping there twice... it was staying within my budget which is why I contiued my planning through them. 2nd mistake, I should have looked at the receipt for the return policy... but I didn't ended up with a ton of extra flatware. I dropped by the Delco plaza store to make a return because why... would I want bright colored mixmatched birthday flatware just hanging out?? I dont... when I stepped foot into the store I immediately notices a young gentleman stocking... so I walked over to the cash wrap to proceed with my intent of returning... I waiting a few minutes (nothing...noone) I nicely leaned over and said "excuse me" that same young man walked over asked if it was a return pushed a button that rang over the intercom.. walked away saying for returns I need my manager. (Ok cool, right) nope I waited for 5 minutes before seen... the manager took no more than 30 seconds to see my receipt to blurt put "this is past our 14 day return policy"... I looked confused because silly me forgot to look as it is retail return 101 to glance at the policy before I make a return. She explained that I could swap our for equal or lesser value... also explained that if I did do the return merchandise certificate that for every so many days that certificate would it's value.... she's wasn't rude but she wasn't nicer either....if that makes sense. So once that was soaked into my brain I had asked "okay well would I be able to get the total of what is being return so I can find something?"... her response is what caused me to post a review because I've seen and heard enough from both locations that it's worth stating they have terrible service... she looked up at me after I asked her the question to state disgusted as if I the customer was an inconvenience " well I would have to do all that manually, totalling everything up and that takes awhile"... so I took back my receipt looked at her and said "well I guess as your customer I will drive home and do your job myself"... she said nothing but sorry. I will respect you policy 100% but I refuse to be told that what I am asking is an inconvenience to you... as I am respectfully following your policy... never again will I shop at either location. As much as its a great deal.... I will pay more for better service. If she were my manager (I oversee 3...I would have written her up if I caught wind of how she treated my clients) I paying $5 or below makes it okay for cutomers to be treated like an inconvenience.... you get what you pay for right? I believe NO.
