I've made multiple deliveries here. The stafd is always courteous and easy to work with.Easy to back into BUT when coming here, approach the store from Queen St. You want your tractor facing Duke St to back into the dock.

Id give this a better rating but with the world as it is the employees are shady as hell everytime I go in they try to keep my black combat backpack behind the counter one lady yells bags upfront like we can't hear you the first time if your white I'd avoid this location as much as possible wouldn't trust anybody within or near the store if your smart go to dollar general on George Street friendly management and great employees

WISH I COULD DO ZERO STARS!!!! Horrible store horrible customer service the two woman I had to deal with were beyond rude, incompetent, and disrespectful. They humiliated me for using ONE coupon because they didn't know how to use a register. They wore NO name tags and gave me made up names when I asked for their names. I understand its a low income locality but MY GOD how do these people get hired?????? They were strung out looking pathetic excuses for human beings. There was only one register open for four cashiers . When the customers got annoyed and asked why they couldn't use another register they LOUDLY shifted the blame onto me and turned the ENTIRE store against me Every time someone got upset..I was scared for my life being harassed my employees and then customers .I was harassed and will NEVER RETURN I was polite as can be and they treated me like dirt. The two woman working seemed to be meth addicts or something of the sort and one claimed to be a manger She was atrocious to say the least. I WILL NEVER VACATE THIS STORE AGAIN. I only went there because it was close by but this humiliation may never leave me. I will most likely be suing for pain and suffering sue to the agitation of my social anxiety and the fact that I will forever be scarred from entering another store again. Also I saw at least 4 cockroaches on the floor behind the register. It was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life and I seriously thought I was going to be shot on the way to my car.. Family dollar you can do much better.

THE EMPLOYEES WORKING HERE DONT KNOW WHERE ANYTHING IS YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN HERE THEY DO HAVE CASH BACK OPTIONS I BOUGHT A BIG BLUETOOTH SPEAKER FOR 30$ IT DIDNT WORK AFTER 1 DAY I LOST THE RECEIPT SO NO REPLACEMENT WAS GONNA HAPPEN THEY HAVE GOOD PRICES ALOT OF SNACKS AND CHEAP ELECTRONICS ON SALE ALOT OF SALES ON MOST PRODUCTS THE STAFF IS IN DIFFRERENT MOODS SOME VERY FRIENDLY SOME MISERABLE YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE LOW QUALITY THIS IS NOT MARSHALL'S THE SALES ARE UNBEATABLE THOUGH . 1 STAR RATING FOR POOR SERVICE AND CHEAP MADE PRODUCTS.

worst family doller store i ever been to.. two girls working in there were horrible not even a litlle bit friendly. Wont never go back. Girl couldnt handle register and sorry excuse for a manager was rude to customers and stood there doing nothing but running her mouth. line was wrapped around the whole store

Security guard claims that all purses need to be placed behind the counter so employees can riffle through your purse while u shop... stay away unless u want your stuff stolen from your personal belongs while u shop

You need to start telling your cashiers instead of talking to each other to start giving people their receipts and all of their merchandise and I'm tired of climbing over boxes to get to something one day somebody is going to trip

They do have the family dollar items you come to expect at a family dollar, always reasonable prices, but there are always lines beyond belief. The staff are actually very friendly, when the staff is there.
