Living by this Family dollar is depressing I thought after the renovation and new employees you guys would have some type of standard but here we are again 8:50pm on a Thursday night doors locked. What’s the point of having store hours when you just freestyle it. Sure the family dollars isn’t in the best of area but the store it self still seems to be ghetto. Just shut down the location it’s clear you can get it right.

“We close at 9pm” signs up. It’s 7 pm and all door are locked. As I’m typing this 5 other people have tried to get into your establishment. Can’t make money if you’re closed and no signs saying your closed are up

Horrible. No managers ever in site for assistance. Items are never in stock or in the shelves. This store has got bad within the last 6mos. Even more why advertise store closure at 10pm yet store has paper signs of closure at 9pm.

Apparently store is temporarily closed which is super inconvenient considering the dollar general on N Sherman is also closed on Sundays. Tired of unreliable stores. Do better. These stores have been terribly sad.

Have a paper sign on the door saying y’all close at 9 pm but doors are locked lights on. So many people keep coming and trying to get in. Losing a lot of business what a joke.

Our Family Dollar is a little small but they have just about anything you need at a good price. The cashiers are very nice and helpful and do a good job. Also I like their products that they have out. Homeland it's called and it really does a good job and works as good as any of the big brands. My grandson and I had fun shopping today!

Family Dollar (Mount Rose Avenue)Store was in total disarray floors throughout where dirty.Customer service was excellent and the cashier very friendly and attentive.I have been going to this location for years don't know what has happened absent management maybe?

FAMILY DOLLAR MT ROSE AVE.Most ignorant and disrespectful employees. Had to use restroom and was rudely told when the back storeroom I thot was bathroom n told why you back thereI explained he said we don't have a bathroom.Store was a mess. Total disrespect. I will never go to a family dollar ever again and will be posting on every social media account I'm on. I put everything I was gonna buy down . this store not customer friendly. Also the store stank. Storeroom door wide open no sign saying employees only or do not enter.

Pretty nice place. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Little pricey but that's the way dollar stores are. Hard to get around in the store cause they have carts full of merchandise in the aisles. Not to hard to find what you want though

Good store for your everyday needs, would have given it 5 stars but it's always busy with long lines at times. But the great variety of products and good customer service makes it deserve a 4 star rating!

I was actually the Assistant Manager here and as I read the comments please do not fault the new store manager she's definitely cleaning up the old store Managers mess... I actually miss u guys

Sent my husband here for 4 Sunday papers told him to make sure coupons were in paper he forgot and guess what NO coupons, we live off his income due to my health and I get my household items by being a smart consumer and using the coupons that we pay for, out of the papers, I've heard from store employee's how bad this store is, I should've known better they better make it right tomorrow.

It's alittle hard to shop, there were many freight carts full of full boxes all throughout the store, good luck getting around if using a cart..

Went there 2/7/22 around 1.30pm.. Store locked up and closed by health department notice due to rodent infestation!

This place is so unprofessional. Besides the fact that cashiers talk on phones and play loud music while they have customers in line, they apparently can't handle having the store open until it's supposed to actually close. They close at 10. I get there at 9:45 and the doors are already locked.

Store is trashy, the employees are useless and not friendly. They watched me struggle to bring a cart with a pole on it into the store. Told me to tip it, i had my infant son in the carseat

if i could put a zero i would no room to walk everywhere was a tripping hazard mop with dirty water was left out smelled like weed and cigarets and was smokey when you walk in
