I love dollar tree store products and prices. It is a fantastic concept. However, the workers in this store do not seem to understand the customer value. Enormous lines have been my experience without any interest in coming to help by other employees that are not at the cash registers. Also, I only speak English, and two or three of the people who work here seem to speak only Spanish. It was very hard to communicate with the manager. Usually, I buy large quantities of items for events and I now go to the Queen St., Dollar Tree, or up to Yorcumtown for better service.

Employees are loud, rude and has no manners. Yelling out personal business in Spanish from one register to another is unacceptable. Who hired these ghetto people. Is finding people that are qualified that hard to find these days?And talking to customers like they are children is so disrespectful. Just an FYI I’m Spanish and what was Being said, could’ve waited when they were alone. Disgusted and disappointed at the representation of where she came from.

16 groups waiting in line with one register, I made that review a while ago and have had the same ridiculous experience many times since. If they cannot get employees, then put in a self checkout (other Dollar Trees in York have them). Tonight, I went 12 minutes before they were closes and the store was already locked for the night, I am furious!!!

Only thing we come in here for is greeting cards. Why spend 6 bucks for a card that gets thrown away immediately

Always count on this place to find items. They need to let the cashiers sit down! the lines are always long but that must be the ✨dollar tree aesthetic ✨

I was in there today I gave the clerk a 50 dollar bill my friend was with me the clerk said I gave her a 20 she was the manager she lied she ripped me off for 30 dollars I had no proof

Stopped on a whim looking for Christmas decor. Very neat store, lots of Christmassy stuff. Bought ribbon and ornaments and snacks and new take out coffee cups. Little note pads and dog treats and candy and cute little buckets to hold little gifts...the list goes on! Short line at check out...moved quickly and staff person on duty was cheerful and efficient ,no rush, just doing her job and somehow still smiling and making me feelWelcome. I'll be back for more bargains and good service!!

Stopped in for balloons, a few last minute decorations for a Memorial Day Party and a couple if graduation cards. I went right when they opened and store wasn’t busy and both employees were extremely friendly.
