My online order pick up was never picked in the store and then canceled with no call/ text or email to me. I even called the store and a manager was supposed to call me and never did…. This was my first attempt to place an order and it was awful and such a waste of my time!

This is usually a great experience since they opened as they are close for quick pickups, however today I was disappointed in the service at the register. The young man behind the counter had to help me, even though he left me know he was on break. Then move away from the front registers playing on your phone. The young lady that then helped me was not very pleasant either because I had picked up an item that did not have the bar code. All they had to do was tell me and I would have gone back to get another. I'm older but not elderly or decrepit. A pleasant attitude would help.

I love the new Dollar General on Bull Road. It's my favorite store. At least their stuff is on the shelf instead of on a cart, like at the other one in Dover. Much friendlier people too!!

New store. Nice clean organized. Lot's of products to choose from as well as some items i didn't expect the dollar general to carry and be so reasonably priced as its kind of a convenience style store.

Low to no stock on things I'd imagine I wasnt the only.one looking for today. No offers to check in the back for stock. Staring at an empty shelf...does not make stock appear. Lol. Its messy- and it doesn't seem like they're too concerned. Perhaps it's just been a crazy day- but- I wouldn't recommend going there today...its a little crowded and crazy. Wasn't worth my time to stop.
