This CVS Pharmacy rarely has my prescription in stock. When I call, I’m usually on hold for 15+ minutes. On the phone and in person, certain staff are rude, dismissive, and clearly inexperienced. I live quite close to this CVS Pharmacy but I gladly go out of my way to go elsewhere.

I usually do not have any issues with the employees but the pharmacy usually messes up my prescriptions. Just a few days ago I received a liquid steroid for my daughter and when I got home, the top was never screwed on properly. I lost half of the medication. I don’t live near and we went near closing time. Therefore I could not go back the same night. Another time I was given just power; it was not reconstituted. I had to go back straight away. I used to work for a pharmacy and understood being busy BUT you can only help one customer at a time; FOCUS ON THAT PERSON and be thorough. Many use the pharmacy because they are sick. Not because they enjoy visiting.
