Shannon Falci, the pharmacist at the Target CVS, is the most amazing person to join this team. She’s knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Shannon is willing to call your insurance company or your doctor to expedite your prescription and/or even ask for clarification, if needed. She has modeled how to be a professional and a team player. Now her team is pleasant and eager to assist customers and there’s seems to be less wait on line. I’m so happy she’s here in York.

DO NOT use this pharmacy if you have any life-threatening conditions and are relying on them to refill your medications in a timely manner. They are woefully and DANGEROUSLY understaffed. I've been attempting for days to get multiple prescriptios filled with no luck. They do not answer the phone, I've literally spent hours on hold trying to get through to speak to someone. The last several times I've stopped in I've spent 45 minutes waiting in a line that stretches all the way across the store. They usually have just a single worker waiting on customers. My medication was not refilled when promised and when told it would be expedited it still was not filled until the end of the next business day. My doctor's office could not reach anybody at the pharmacy and after multiple attempts to submit prescriptions finally had to send them into a completely different pharmacy. This is a very dangerous situation for those of us who rely on having our medications filled when we need them. CVS needs to step in and do something about this immediately!

I have never gone into this pharmacy and not had an issue. They are extremely unprofessional and overall rude. I had ordered my prescription 3 days before going to pick it up and when I arrived they told me they didn’t even have it in their system and I would have to wait half an hour if I want it filled. The staff member told me I need to call in ahead of time, and I explained to him that I did that. He offered no service. Would not recommend to anyone.

This pharmacy has been absurdly bad for years, but lately they seem to be trying to outdo their own ineptitude. Rarely are things taken care of on time, the line stretches through the aisles. It's just bad and Target itself isn't much better.

Not happy with Pharmacist. The Pharmacist Lisa was very rude and unprofessional with me today. I was told my medication would be ready around 10:20-10:30am and I came in around 10:30am it wasn't ready so she asks me to wait 20 mins i said ok. I come back 20mins later and she tells me to be patient and to hold my horse. At that point she just finished up with my medication and threw it across the counter to the receptionist. That not professional at all you don't throw customers meds around! This Pharmacist has always been rude to me and I'm tired of it!

Part of Target and you have to wait in the long RX pickup lines to checkout. No separate cashier/register for only items purchased w/o RX.

You call for day know won't answer phone. Have a prescription in process for 6 day or more. Don't fill it to you go and tell them you need it

Best pharmacy by leaps and bounds. I'm hesitant to review because I like it quaint, and quick. They know me by name, and are always extremely professional. I definitely recommend

They never ever answer their phone. I can’t imagine the elderly needing to talk to someone and they don’t answer. I’ve been in there before and they just ignore it.

This is the best CVS location that I've found! Some of the others in York are train wrecks, but they have it together here and the people are always super friendly and helpful.
