Placed an order for here yesterday at around 4pm live by Hanover. Did some other shopping in the area while waited for my order that never was pulled until I called in and had to ask for a manager. The gentleman that answered the phone was clueless and didn’t seem to care to help me. Asked him when my order would be ready he told me he didn’t know. I told him I placed it around 4pm it was now 7pm and I asked would it be pulled today he said he didn’t know. Asked for a manager was on hold for a long period of time. Then Hailey gets on the phone she was nice on the phone but when my husband said he went in to get our stuff she had a snarky attitude and they Id him like we were lying about our order. Definitely going to take my business over the west York were I never have any issues and the staff is always friendly also gonna make corporate office aware of this as well. Hailey also told me that they didn’t see my order was pending pull and she would get to it. Just not satisfied with this store anymore.. employees need better training.

Great place, huge selection of food, artwork home goods, furniture, seasonal item... they have most everything. The staff was helpful and professional. Enjoyed shopping there.

Found the perfect recliner 40% off. Received a store credit card. Staff are friendly.The only downside is delivery is through a third party. You have to contact them directly to arrange delivery. $110 to transport it 3 miles.

Store was pretty well stocked and clean. Prices are still decent. Only thing was when I went to checkout, the cashier was just talking with another staff member and totally ignored us. Then he grabbed my items never saying a word to us and just continued talking away with the other person. I paid when he stopped scanning by looking at what was owed on the credit card machine. Was handed my bag with them still just talking away. Never was a word said to us. Kind of disappointing. Would have been a great review if there was customer service.

Needed a new mattress for my day bed. Spoke on phone and they were in stock. No problem! Drove to store and there was no wait, courteous service in the store at register. Drove around back to Door #1... staff member alreasy ready and waiting. Mattress in the car...maybe 10 minutes total. Awesomely easy. Mattress actually came down in price! I was greeted at the door and sent on my way with a smile. Now that is good customer service.

Big Lots has neat items & quick impulse items galore.We used to frequent the location near Rte. 30 but we found that when we went for advertised items, the advertised items were ALWAYS "at another location" & what's more of a difficulty is they no longer do "store-to-store transfers" since 2020 (& anyone with a sound mind KNOWS "the excuse").If...& ONLY IF I RETURN...I will be calling ahead to see if an advertised item in their flyer is on-location.

I ordered a gazebo which totalled approximately $1600 online for same day delivery. The website stated this item was available in stock. Shortly after I received notification that this item on my order was canceled due to it being out of stock. This is ridiculous that the website does not reflect actual inventory. Upon going on live chat I asked if I could go to another nearby location which also said this item was to be in stock to pick it up in person. This store was also out of stock even though the website stated there were two available and in stock. So naturally I requested a refund for this item as it is a pending transaction on my bank account. I was advised on live chat that this would take 3-5 business days to be cleared from my account. Meanwhile I have a limit of $2000 I can spend in a day with my bank. So now I don't have the item I ordered which your website stated was in stock, and I cannot complete a nother purchase today as I have a set limit. I submitted a complaint online and I'm sure I will NOT receive a response or any other type of compensation for YOUR companies mistake. Sale 101 I pay you for an item and service. Not I pay you and you do whatever you please and cause a huge inconvenience to me/my life.

There things cheap don't even last pleaee don't but door knobs and couch or sofa even dreser outside yard stuff break fast or easy. Rest stuff should good all saying be careful what u buy can go waste than got take back to store.

Didn't get a chance to go inside. But they have a nice big parking lot. . That is filled with local geese. 10/10 recommend

I usually go to Big Lots if I am on a quest for something (s) specific. Sometimes I find it there some times I don't. I never leave empty handed. The staff are friendly and the environment is pretty clean. They tend to carry different food items that you can't find anywhere else. I LOVE this. Their holiday stuff is great. The home goods section always pulls me in. But it's the food stuffs that I get hooked on.

Not very happy. Looked at five different items. None on stock with a 8-12 weeks waiting time for stock to come in. Third time have had this experience here. Love big lots. Not happy with this one.

Poor quality furniture!Bought a decent $440 recliner there and the handle mechanism BROKE after 3 months just from regular use,,,CHEAP, CHEAP!!!!!!Fortunately the manager Mike helped me out without a hitch and I really appreciated this.

Nice organized Big Lots, with helpful and attentive staff. Good deals all year long on various items. They also carry items that can't be found many places like the ginger candy I love. Good store!

Good store layout , high quality selection of household small and large items including essentials , good place for the newlyweds , new home owners and similar as they have a bit of everything and at great value. I was able to find a solid mix of products from Pop tarts to motor oil for my vehicle. Customer service in furniture was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable and helpful as well. In summary I highly recommend and would visit other Big lots locations with high expectations based off this store.

We had a nice little trip. Went in for a box fan and left with candles, dish soap, earbuds, Iced oatmeal cookies, and a surge protector. No box fan tho. We will be returning for an electronic wall mount fireplace with LED lights, and heat for 149.99 in 2 or 3 weeks if they still have it. Please do not buy that item. Lol. Store wasn't as clean as I expected, but it is right after holiday. Prices just a tad cheaper than Walmart. And the candle smells great. Line was short, fast, and the cashier was quiet, and friendly.

I was looking for hand towels but wasn't sure what grade of towel I wanted. They had a variety of colors and brands to choose from. In the specific color I wanted I even had a choice of 3 different grade of towel and the price, as always, fit my budget perfectly.
