The people that work there are nice but I used to love going to big lots for the sales. I can get better deals at Ollies and since the supply chain malfunction their prices has definitely gone up. I also don’t feel as I get A lot of rewards incentive like coupons on a regular basis. We also if they had an app but you have to sign on using their website portal. Overall they’ve got some neat stuff in the pricing is reasonable but I find it to be climbing slowly but surely

Just bought an electric fireplace from Big Lots. It was marked down to $299.00 Wednesday bf Thanksgiving and on Black Friday it was marked down to $249.00. Plus they offered me 6 month interested free. Great deal all around!

The prices of items have drastically increased, they used to be a little cheaper and that's why we went there.I was there did not get half of my list.Trying to find the register to pay and leave, ridiculous, I felt like I was in a maze. !!!!

Not as clean and organized as a store could be. Staff is somewhat helpful. Their selection would be great if they were well stocked but every time I have gone in they have rows and rows of empty shelves. Good prices but not worth the 25 minute drive

I bought a Blue Ray disc in there that cost 7.00 it said on it pre-owned or viewed,I get that but it also said on the disc digital copy included,very,very bad idea to get discs from there,when I got in touch with Disney they were very interested....... Captain Marvel was the movie by the way,so I can't give them more than one ⭐....I found out that none of the preciously viewed discs had codes in them.....

This is a great discount store. Very clean inside with good selection and prices. Great for food, HomeGoods, and furniture. The staff are friendly. Checking out can be a bit of a wait and there is not alot of space at the register. You can barely navigate your cart through the impulse racks. Also bathrooms are questionable not the cleanest and seem to be subject to nefarious activities.

I went to Big Lots with my Mom because she was looking for a love seat. She found one she liked by Broyhill and there was an additional 20% off the sales price. The lady that worked in the furniture department was really nice and answered all of my mother's questions.

GREAT! I wanted a folding chair. Found a whole lot of other deals...no chair. Asked the first staff member I saw. He walked me to the display and asked me if I had one of their cards. Then he asked me if I checked email. Turns out their cards changed so he signed me up for a new one and helped me save 20% with a coupon so I could get two nice folding chairs and a 36 inch table. He even carried the table outside and helped me load my car. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Sometimes they have the items I am looking for. I understand not all inventory is regularly available at this store. But the toy aisle was really disappointing to me and my 10-year old. They used to carry a lot of toys but now it is extremely limited. Otherwise it's a decent store with decent prices.

If you can get the employees off their cell phones, they are quite helpful with finding stuff in the store and loading large bulky items into our truck. This store has a lot of empty shelves compared to other Big Lots stores, so you just never know if they're gonna have something in stock.

They didn't have much variety and the store is set up in a very odd way. I went in looking for a sharpie and left with no sharpie. From my understanding they don't have an office supplies section for writing utensils and if they do, it's not clear enough to find it.

This review and the 5 stars I am leaving are for one amazing employee who has been at this Big Lots for years on the register. Her name is Bonnie . I have spent my life in professional sales and management so I guess you can say I am a little more demanding then the average customer because I know how much effort It take to deliver quality customer service on a consistent basis. For years both my wife and I have been amazed at the never wavering friendly, helpful demeanor of Bonnie. Lets face it in most stores today the cashiers come and go and are hit and miss on helpfulness based on their personal mood. Not so with Bonnie! Weather it is daytime, evening, a holiday, busy or slow if Bonnie is working the register you know you will have some pleasant conversation while she efficiently rings you out and bags your items. All this and she keeps the line moving at a good pace. I hope the folks at this Big Lots are taking care of her and if they haven't already offered Bonnie they should consider some sort of role above that of a cashier. If Bonnie could somehow teach her secrets of being positive and consistently 100% to other cashiers at Big Lots then the store would be a true stand out in the market place! We need more people in retail with Bonnie's skill set and commitment to old fashioned customer service. Keep up the great work!

Just paid $1000 for a sectional, hubby gets it home and it is damaged! To say I am angry is an understatement! The damaged part was hidden by the cardboard that was supposed to be protecting it.

Great place to shop. Fair discounted prices and great products. Super friendly staff to assist you with your questions. Would recommend to anyone that would like to save money on great products. Also they have a variety of stuff. From food to furniture and tons of stuff in between.

Nice store with lots of furniture and many more things to choose from including foods, household items and everything in between.I would've given the place a 5 star, but some items were out of stock due to the situation of the supply chain issues.
